Excellent Stay in South Perth”

We had a great one-night stay at Peninsula Riverside. Our room was one of the cheapest, but had everything you could need - kitchenette, separate bedroom, spacious living room, two TVs, big bathroom, etc. The location is superb, literally across the road from the South Perth foreshore, and a few minutes walk to a supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants. You get a some discount coupons and food/drink vouchers for some of the most popular bars and cafes close by, which was awesome. The receptionist was also exceptionally friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location”

We booked at Peninsula at the last minute to watch the 2019 Skyworks. We managed to get the last apartment, which was the standard queen. I didn’t expect it to be spacious. It was very clean and in order. Diane, in the reception, was very friendly and helpful. Peninsula’s location has a fantastic view of the Perth skyline (especially at night), and the ferry terminal to go to the city is just across the road. There’s so much to do in the area. Highly recommended.

Weekend away ”

Clean, comfy , convenient, This is a great place to stay for a weekend away. Close to the city but still enjoying south Perth. Clean Comfy beds. Great self contained apartment beautiful views. Close to ammenities. Lovely staff. We love it. Great parking too

Amazing views, spacious and cozy room”

The riverside views are amazing! Lovely area to jog in the morning or late afternoon. Grocery conviniently located near the area as well as brunch places. The room is well maintained, own courtyard is cozy and beautiful. The bed is comfortable, small living room is cozy and clean, the small kitchen is very convenient and has the basic pots, pans and utensils. Great place to come home to after a day of going around Perth :)

Nice stay with view of the river. ”

The stay was really good. Nice size apartment. Staff service was really great and helped us to store the luggage and items when we arrived early. Really appreciate the service provided by the apartments. Would plan to come back to stay again the next time we are at Perth again.

5 very comfortable nights spent here whilst visiting family and friends. ”

Quiet, clean, friendly helpful staff, fantastic view of Perth city from our room, a number of good restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk, very close to ferry, extremely relaxing after long days sightseeing. A definite for our next visit to Perth!

Absolutely perfect ”

What an amazing experience. The staff here are simply the most wonderful and accommodating people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Sue was immensely helpful in regards to my special requests, and Diane was just amazingly kind and warm when we checked in for our stay. We had a good number of people visiting our suite and every single one of them commented on how lovely Diane was. I would absolutely recommend this place, and can't wait to stay again.

Awesome weekend ”

We came to friends in the area for the night and stayed at the peninsular it was lovely. Staff friendly. The sheets were crips and clean. Also the amazing discount voucher for use at restaurants in the river. Had a lovely stay 😀😀😀

Wonderful Views, great location”

Booked here for my husbands 60th, had a lovely time, staff very friendly, location is fantastic for restaurants/cafe's, walking the bridges etc., or a quick trip on the ferry over to Elizabeth Quay. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Tracey

Disgusted and disappointed ”

There were faeces stuck in the drain mesh in my shower, a gift from the previous guests that had not been received by the cleaners. I had already unpacked when i discovered and couldn’t be bothered moving so i rang the front desk and asked them to get cleaners to fix it asap, they apologised and said cleaners would be in at 730 the nxt morning. I left my room at about 730, back at 430 that evening, looking forward to finally having a shower. My room had been serviced but the faeces were still there and the fan off so the room stank. I went to reception, more apologies and I was given a new room. So instead of organising dinner for my toddler and I, I was packing and moving rooms -new room cleaner but had no balcony and a worse view/no view with little breeze. I was offered another discount voucher for a nearby restaurant but I hadn’t used the ones I had. There was no discount/refund on the room charges, no follow up to ensure my stay was good, and upon check out I felt very unwelcome.

Good surroundings and nice city & river views

Easy access with a car”

Situated strategically near the main highways giving access to the city, Fremantle and other main attractions. Also very conveniently located near the ferry terminal to the city across the Swan River. The plus is the free parking. As for the facilities, the basics, with kitchenette facilities for self-catering. The plus is the free Nespresso coffee at the main pantry. Will stay again.

Overall it was great. The only thing is the kitchen utensils (kettle & toaster ) were rusted. Microwave's door very difficult to open. So it's useless to us😔

Simply awful”

We booked a 2bdr apartment and upon arriving they said the booking they had was for a 1bdr apartment even though I showed them the confirmation showing clearly our booking was for a 2bdr (and we had paid for a 2bdr). It was 10:30pm, I'm 6 months pregnant and I had my 3-year-old with me. The staff on duty was rude and unprofessional. At such a late hour we had no choice but to cram 4 people into a 1bdr. Regardless of this specific situation, the room was not nice. The bathrooms are dated and unpleasant and I definitely would not recommend this place.

Feedback after 7 days stay”

The basic of soap, shampoo and toothbrush aren't refresh everyday by housekeeping, the night shift staff acts like bouncer than front desk helper... day time female staff is nice and friendly. Everyday you need take boat go to city (if you don't mine), surrounding all are expensive restaurant with a Zoo... but good if you like to jogging in the morning, go out from your hotel and turn right - you can see casino and stadium with around 5km.
