Staff were all friendly, welcoming and professional. They go above and beyond to assist you. Check in and out was made very easy. We couldn't fault any of the staff at all. Our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It was quite difficult to find the main entrance but It’s easy to access to Southern Cross Station. The stuff was so gentle , the room is clean , amenities are very awesome and enjoyable night viewing. I would like to stay there again:)

It has everything you need, comfy bed, clean sheets, fresh towels, microwave, cutlery, wine glasses, kettle, mugs, iron, hair dryer - and not too far from Southern Cross Station and Southbank. Spencer street outlet is also nearby. Enjoyed it.

Great Location”
Great place to stay . Comfy rooms close to all of Melbourne. Tram in Collins Street to City a few minutes walk away. Quiet area. Simple room great if staying to go to Etihad stadium. Cafes close by for Breakfast. Walk to most things or at least to transport. Inexpensive for being so close to Melbourne central. Can walk from Spencer Street station if come by bus form airport.

Very well located- almost sits on the Southern Cross Station. So, the trains and skybus are right at door step. I just stayed for a night a got excellent deal at the last minute. Very comfy bed, toilet, plates with cutlery and the microwave in room was awesome!

Ticks all the boxes”
Chose this hotel for proximity to Marvel Stadium. Arrived early and was accommodated with early check in which was appreciated. Staff were friendly. Location is centrally located and plenty of transport nearby, southern cross trains and sky bus to airport. Rooms comfy and clean. Bathroom layout a little pokey. Turn the light if you’re using the bathroom at night. Toilet behind door, sink sticking out from counter, and door stopper in the middle of the floor prove obstacles. Overall good value for money.

Stayed 6 days. Good buffet breakfast, comfy bed, toiletries replenished daily. Room service food was also pretty good. Microwave in the room saved me a lot of money. Also love that there is a washing facility downstairs.

Great location, nice and quiet”
We stayed over after football at Docklands. Location was perfect and the room was nice and a lot quieter than hotels right in the CBD where I've stayed before. The only issue was that I booked for 3 of us (1 adult, 2 kids) but they only provided towels for 2 and the spare bed (a fold out sofa bed) couldn't be folded out because there was a table next to it. If we had been staying more than one night I would have got them to change things around for us but as it was only one night and we had a King bed, the kids were very excited for us to all bunk in together and there was plenty of room.

glad to take the plunge into re visiting Melbourne city on Mothers day weekend. The location was tucked away but easily accessible to the shopping precincts of DFO and Southern Cross station and around the corner from Docklands. definitely stay again

My windows both looked into the windows of tall office buildings, which was not great, but I really liked how things within the room were designed. It’s not fancy but the design is comfortable. The location was just about perfect for my business trip.
