I have stayed at Trinity Silom many times. The location (five minutes walk from Chong Nonsi station so easy to get from/to the airport quickly and cheaply - about an hour and 80b, or £2). It is also near many eateries (LonLon Canteen IN the hotel is recommended), places to receive a massage and shops. The reception, concierge and cleaning staff are all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the staff in the leisure complex are less so - scowling at you as you sign in! The rooms are a good size and have comfortable beds, English speaking TV, a fridge (with two bottles of water supplied each day) and kettle. There is also a safe. The standard of upkeep could be improved, with some ceiling stains from water leaks. The air-conditioning in the gym was not working for several days which made it very uncomfortable. But the 25m swimming pool is a real bonus and often not busy. Unfortunately, some guests don't read the rules and the staff don't enforce them: eg using the pool without showering first; not removing shoes; smoking; drinking alcohol; and spitting in the water!!! Overall, though, the positives outweigh the negatives considerably and my recent stay was very enjoyable.
Staff are very kind and helpful. Superior room was scruffy, with several (easily fixed) paint scuffs in wall (oddly) above the bed. Also bad odour in bathroom some days, despite five star cleaning. Last year, I had a deluxe room which bigger, but most importantly was lighter and had a view. I couldn't open the curtains in the current room as it faced another building. The best things about the hotel are access to an OK gym (some equipment has been out of order for a very long time and its reception staff are a bit unwelcoming) and a 25m open air rooftop swimming pool (unusually, it was much busier this year). Also the hotel has a great restaurant in the lobby (LonLon Canteen) and many other eateries and a supermarket just a few minutes walk away. Chong Nonsi station is also a five minute walk, and you can get to the airport in an hour with two easy changes for less than 100 baht.
Hotel room was in big size and good cleanliness, but some maintenance of room should be there . Well rather than above said point, Hotel staff was very welcoming at the time of check-in, even after then also. This is close to Patong Night market and Thanaya Street at the walking distance of 10 minutes. King Power Mahanakon also at 5 minutes walking distance. BTS sky train and MRT blue Silom Line also at 5 and 10 minutes walking distance and both are well connected to major destination of Bangkok. If someone can travel by metro, this is the good option in good price. This is good option also because there is no loud music of disks parties and bars from outside . over all stay was very pleasant, Definite I would like to stay next time also. Thanks
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around. However, one thing I didn’t quite like was the design of the bathroom — the glass wall allows shadows to be seen from the room, which makes it feel like there’s not enough privacy. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding curtains or frosted panels for better privacy. Other than that, everything was excellent and I truly enjoyed my stay.
the hotel is fantastic for its location being 5min walk from chong nonsi station, not to mention the food options, 7e and mcdonalds are just nearby. the staff are friendly and the front desk helped to collect and keep my parcel before my arrival to attend a concert! room size is definitely spacious and just nice that they had a room ready when i arrived at 11am! cleanliness is something to improve on since i noticed the kettle area had quite a number of ants but i was okay with it. the plug points beside the bed are loose so had to use the ones on the table. overall, still an excellent value for money!
I visit Bangkok often and have just recently discovered the Silom area. Trinity Silom Hotel is in such a fantastic area with so much to see and do in every direction. The BTS is close by, as is quite a selection of food, and great cafes. Our room was well appointed, the gym was quite good with everything I need for a good workout, and the pool is massive!!! I would definitely stay again, and recommend Trinity Silom Hotel if you are looking for a mid range hotel with all of the amenities that is close by to transit, shopping, and nightlife.
The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location of this hotel is pretty great with only a short walk to the train station. Plenty of nice food along the street. There's even a pharmacy nearby which is useful for emergencies. The 7-11 is nearby but too small and crowded for my liking which is a shame. To access the swimming pool you'd need to cross the street into a different building which is a bit weird but i could live with it. There's also a small street market which is walking distance. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
The location of this hotel is superb next to the Chong Nonsi BTS train station and 10 minutes walk Silom Subway station which make it easy to get around Bangkok. There is a Villa Supermarket on the ground floor and 7Eleven on the corner. Lots of restaurants and shops around and 10 minutes walk to Patpong night market and 15 minutes walk to Lumpini Park. The swimming pool and gym is located on the 9th floor of the building opposite the hotel and the pool is very big with lots of sun-beds and chairs. The view from the pool is also very nice. There are two hotel wings, one is through the lobby and the other is on the left hand side from the lobby. We stayed in Premier room on the left side. The first room we got was on the 7th floor but as soon as we opened the door we asked them for another room because of very bad smell and we got room on the 5th floor. The plumbing on this side of the hotel is very bad and we had water from the shower all over the bathroom floor the whole time because the floor drain couldn’t cope with the water from the shower. The bathroom sink also had a drainage problem. The cleaning staff was very helpful but but it was clear that this problem in the rooms was nothing new to them. The rooms on the lobby side of the hotel don’t seem to have so much of the plumbing problem I’ve been told. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable with 4 pillows but only power outlet on one side of the bed and also on the table next to the TV. The air-con did work well and was cold. The view from the room window is to abandoned building next door. There are coin operated washing machine and dryer on the roof which is very convenient if you are staying for some time. You just take the elevator to the 7th floor and there are stairs to the roof next to the elevator. Forty minutes for the washing cycle and 50-60 minutes for the dryer, costing 100 THB total. For this hotel-price in this location I’m OK with a little bit of problem.
The Trinity Silom Hotel is part of the Trinity Complex: hotel, offices, condos, small interesting mall of artisan clothes makers, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, and direct access to the day market of Sois Silom 5 and 7. It is slightly inconvenient that the hotel pool is located on the 9/F terrace of the adjacent condo/office building, but the pool is large and both 9/F and 8/F terraces are nice places to be with planters galore. The place needs some touching up, including brightening up the dark grey-painted hallways. The lighting in the bathroom is not adequate to be able to clearly see your face (deliberate?). The aircon system in my room blew quite cold, no matter what temperature I set it to The unlighted display of the remote made it even more difficult to use. But the window opens to warm you back up and the Off button works on the remote. I had a twin bed room and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Staff are all responsive and polite. Location is very good for transit and access to Silom Road.
I've been staying here for about 10 years now, some parts are starting show their age, still very nice for the price but could do with some TLC. The staff are all so nice and helpful. Pool is accessible across the drive way in Trinity complex, very large pool with shaded area and great views of Bangkok skyline. My kids, 20 and 22, loved it. Sky train is close by but at night time there are a lot of rats around Silom.
For the price, this is a very good hotel, excellent connections next to the BTS, close to the business district, good restaurants and bars. What needs improvement is more and hotter water in shower, the pillows and bedsheets were clean but old, the air conditioning needs to be improved, it was slow and ineffective (either it needs servicing or replaced), ventilation is always an issue with Thai hotels where they rely on the air conditionner to push air around.
All in all great value for money, remember to bring your amenities (toothbrush, comb and face towels). The hotel is slightly old but overall still clean and tidy, and very close to BTS station, we originally had to book for 2 different rooms due to availability issue, but they offered to let us stay in the bigger room for the whole journey! The only bad side is the swimming pool is located in the mall which is not connected to the 2 hotel buildings directly, we find it a bit inconvenient and didn’t use it.
I have been taken care of many times when I go to Bangkok alone. It is just a few minutes' walk from BTS Chong Nonsi Station. The accommodation does not include meals, but there is a Morning Market nearby on weekday mornings from Monday to Friday, making it convenient to get breakfast. Additionally, there is a supermarket below the hotel where you can buy necessary drinks, snacks, and daily necessities. If you want to use the hotel's pool and gym, you will need to go to the building across the street, where the staff will call the elevator for you. No voucher is required, and towel rental is free. The hotel is somewhat old, but the rooms are spacious, and the king-size beds make it comfortable. In terms of nightlife, you can reach Sala Daeng Station (Si Lom) in about a 10-minute walk, where you can have a vibrant night!
We had a very smooth trasaction both in checking in and out. Kudos to the courteous staff indeed its a land of smile. Staff is well spoken and no misunderstanding occured during our whole stay. Location has a perfect access to the train ride with a minute or 2 walk to Chon Nonsi station. Very near to the market where you can buy food and snack when you just want to chill in your hotel room. Walking distance to Pat Phong night market. The sorrounding has plenty of food choices too. We had to stay the whole day in the hotel due to upset stomach still our child of 20 years of and and 14 had some things to do and didnt feel bored at all. There's pool, basketball court and tennis court plus the gym for a morning or afternoon stretch. The room is tidy and clean plus its quite so you can rest from the whole day tour. Indeed the place is perfect for us.
This is a very good hotel with a convenient location not far from a Skytrain station. If I had to mention a small issue, I would recommend that the hotel take a look at the chair in the guest room. I stayed in Room 405 and sat on the only chair while working on my laptop. The chair was very uncomfortable because the seat base sloped backward (about 10 degrees). It was very unpleasant to look at my laptop screen while the chair pulled my whole body backward. I recommend that the hotel replace the chair with a new one that does not have a backward slope in the seat.
I stayed three times at Trinity Silom during March 2023, and I must say I really liked my stay there. I stayed in the Premier rooms which have a more private access, are large and quiet! Quality of sleep is important to me and I never heard external noise or noise from next doors. The location is amazing, being 3 min walk to the BTS (Chong Nonsi), steps to the morning market (30 sec walk), and of course Silom is ridiculously close! My favorite feature was the use of the swimming pool! For those who like doing laps, the pool is done for that! I used it morning and evening and I also loved the view from there. Staff was always amazing and helpful, knowing you by your name. It felt like family. The rooms were cleaned every day (of course) and it was clean! I always want to thank these people who work hard so that we enjoy our stay. For me, no hesitation to have, I will go back and ask for a Premier room again. Location, friendliness, cleanliness and the pool are the winning assets for me. Thank you everyone for the great stay, and I will chose you again!
I had stayed at the Trinity Complex Airbnb years ago so when I had an issue with another hotel booking I decided to try Trinity Silom Hotel. The location is great! You're right by 7/11, restaurants, BTS, and there's a grocery store in the plaza you're at. Check in was simple and there's a separate entrance you can use so you don't have to walk through the hotel lobby. Pool is pretty standard - not many lounge chairs available so it can be a little tough - but it was a nice feature and gym was clean. They have a tennis court but I didn't try to use it, though that is a rare feature! BTS in either direction is a short walk and there's multiple 7/11 nearby and restaurants all over. Easy to get a Grab or food delivery. Local spa around the corner is nice and reasonably priced. Walking distance to all that Silom has to offer and a quick train or drive to Yaowarat, Siam Square, Icon, etc. Also, not too bad of a walk to Saphan Taksin to catch a riverboat. Highly recommend!
We stayed for a total of 4 nights, including the day of our late arrival. Advantages.. 1. Price - By my standards, this accommodation was perfect in terms of location, food options, and the friendliness of the staff at this price range. If your goal is sightseeing, I would absolutely consider returning. 2. Location - Although there aren't really any disadvantages, all of them can be resolved by the location alone. There are various massage shops within walking distance, including a Health Land nearby, and King Power Mahanakhon is just across one pedestrian bridge, with Lumpini Park, Patpong Night Market, etc., all accessible by foot. I've only heard of Bangkok's traffic nightmare, but experiencing it firsthand was beyond imagination. There were times when we couldn't move for about 20 minutes in heavy traffic. Since we were there for sightseeing, we went out in the morning and returned in the evening. A hotel vacation in Bangkok? It’s a 5-minute walk to Chong Nonsi Station and a 15-minute walk to Silom Station. Walking to explore the streets while commuting between these stations is fun and quick. I think I read somewhere that walking in Thailand's weather for 10 minutes is tough, but just for reference, I visited in July of the same year and again in December, and in December, as long as I avoided the strong sunlight during the day, it was manageable in the morning and after sunset. 3. Breakfast Market - There is a market right in front of the accommodation that operates from 7 am to 3 pm. Our family resolved our breakfast by buying food from there to eat in our room. Particularly, all fruits are 15 baht, and most menu items are priced around 50 to 60 baht. It’s not just about the price; we really enjoyed the food. In fact, we didn’t even need to go out for dishes like pork knuckle rice or rib noodles because… when we went, it seemed like only Koreans were around. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and there are even a lot of places serving Korean food. 4. Friendliness of the staff - From the late check-in to all the questions I had through a translator and right up to checkout, there wasn’t a single moment when the word “kindness” was absent. It was pure friendliness throughout. 5. Others - Before going to Bangkok, I watched a lot of YouTube videos, read blogs, and looked at Google Street View to familiarize myself with the area around the accommodation and the main tourist spots. I checked out many reviews for other hotels and accommodations. However, since everyone has different preferences, even the best hotels will have their pros and cons. For me, since my main purpose was sightseeing, having an appropriate price and location was a priority, and this hotel was perfect for that purpose. Oh, and I didn't see a single Korean person there… so it really felt like I was in a foreign country. Disadvantages.. From my perspective, I can't really point out any specific downsides, but if I had to mention some… It seems that people coming to Thailand often bring their own filter shower heads to replace the shower head, but this hotel has a fixed shower head that cannot be replaced? And the drainage isn’t very efficient? The elevator is a bit old? That’s about it. These were not issues for me at all. If I had one inconvenience, it was that every morning there wasn’t really a suitable table to eat the food we bought from the market, which was a bit uncomfortable. ^^;
Excellent location with a weekday morning market nearby offering fantastic food options. The room is spacious, and while an upgrade would be a nice bonus, it is still a great deal for the price point. This is my go-to hotel whenever I am in Bangkok due to its close proximity to the BTS. I will definitely be back again soon.

“Great location ”
Nice spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Staff was lovely and helpful. I got several packages delivered at the hotel and they were received and kept safely. Great rooftop swimming pool (but the access is via the building next door). There is a very good restaurant on the ground floor next to the entrance ( a bit on the expensive side but good dishes).
