Couldn't even stay there!”
I've stayed in better places in 3rd world countries. Unclean is an understatement. Room was average and you didn't even get linen or towel. This was extra. Shared bathroom was disgusting. I couldn't even stay there and walked out leaving my two night booking cost behind with it. I know its budget accommodation but the place is in need of a major renovation.

Budget overnighter”
While it's true that you get what you pay for, and the staff were very good at dealing with our late arrival, the room smelt of cigarette smoke, the television didn't work, and there wasn't even a glass for a drink of water.

Very suck!”
Don't stay in this place!!! They want you pay the bond when you check in ,and use the credit card that you book in agoda and told you when you leave this place they will return the bond. And then when you leave this place and the city, you found you didn't get the bond back, they will use any kind excuse to take the bond. My roommate and I all be take the bond, and everyone know they always do this dirty things even though the yiro shop boss besides the hostel. I went to police is useless... Australia government just want you apply your loss... And this place live many homeless, they didn't clean the room every time . Just let you know!Don't think about this is a cheapest place! It's a dirty place as same as those heart!

Half-Way House Not Backpackers”
The Owner, Location
Common Areas were not cleaned or maintained. The share kitchen facilities were filthy with rotten food in fridge and unclean dishes and utensils. Motel rooms did not have an option of a kettle etc, so therefore must use common areas shared by homeless locals on long term arrangements, some of whom are obvious mental health patients. TV in motel room unable to receive channels, the bathroom was unclean with soapy slag marks down the mirror (as though someone staying prior had spat a mouthful of toothpaste straight onto the mirror. The only available smoking area was kept in a extremely filthy state, with food and tobacco all over the table and surrounding area, left uncleaned for days. Although the long term clients did regularly empty for resmoking, dropping everywhere.Very disappointing stay. It seems to be a government overflow for community members needing secure placements.

Is really good, the staff is friendly and the price is really reasonable, however the building is a little old. But comfortable and convenient. Can choose private rooms with toilets.

Cheap and nasty but did the job”
Not far from public transport, really cheap, and ample hot water.
I booked a double or twin room but got a family self contained apartment! Sure, it was old, not particularly clean or well equipped, but the 20 year old bar fridge worked, the mattresses were reasonably comfortable, there was lots of hot water for showers, no signs of critters, and for what we paid and were expecting (a windowless cell), it was quite adequate! Staff were okay; maybe a bit blase, but I never had an issue to test them. The reception isn't always attended (shut for a few hours in the afternoon!!) but they leave a number on the door to call.

Lowest price lowest quality.”
Location is very good and staff were quite helpful.
The location is quite good, air con in some rooms and the staff let us store some luggage for a couple of days for free. Now the negatives... There was no lock on the bathroom door nor was there a shower curtain. The sheets hadn't been changed since the last people left a few days earlier. The reception isn't open any where near the hours on the notice so you have to ring them and wait around. Everything is cramped and not clean. Unless you need a bed for the absolute cheapest rate possible you're better off spending an extra dollar or two a night and staying elsewhere.
