Convenient, spacious, clean”
We had a short stay in Adina, but it was a pleasant experience overall. The reception was very friendly and helpful, they provided our kids with activity books when they knew we were going on a road trip. Short walking distance to restaurants, shopping malls and Elizabeth Quay as well. Would definitely come back to stay.
was ideal for a concert we went to at the convention centre. Very comfortable and had facilities to cook and do your own laundry if you were there for a few days. Our only disappointment was the metro restaurant the dinner was just average and I wouldn't recommend it.
Bright and clean rooms in a great location, close to Elizabeth Quay.”
Accommodation: We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment. The living room area had floor-to-ceiling glass windows with a balcony overlooking the convention centre. Both bedrooms in the apartment also had large windows so there was a very airy feel. There was plenty of natural lighting in this apartment. Wardrobes provided were spacious with shelves for me to store/organize my things. The wardrobe's sliding doors were lined with mirrors so I didn't need to go to the bathroom just to touch up my hair. (It is little details like these that really matter to me.) The clock radio next to the beds in both rooms also had a little iPhone dock where I could charge my phone. (Android users - sorry, you're out of luck! You'll still need your charger. :P) Televisions had plenty of channels. Kitchen area has the basic necessities (plates, cups, cutlery) and a refrigerator. So if you're thinking of hoarding food from the nearby Woolies, you can! The room decor was very modern and minimalist. It's a very welcoming apartment to be back in after a day of exploring. The only gripe was that the wooden sliding door to the second bedroom didn't work (one bedroom had a normal door and the other, the wooden sliding door). It wouldn't budge no matter how hard we pushed it. Bathroom also did not have a detachable shower spray hose, only a wall/ceiling mounted shower head - though I noticed this is pretty common in Australia. Check-in/Service: Check-in was fast and smooth, however the lady on duty was not very pleasant to a delivery guy who was there to deliver food another hotel guest. She was pretty rude to him and refused to let him make the delivery to the guest's apartment (probably for security reasons, which is understandable) but her tone to him could have been a lot better. Understandably so, the delivery guy got really upset with her. This commotion took place while we were checking in. Our key-cards were also programmed incorrectly - our stay w
Short but great stay and convenient location”
The Adina apartments are an excellent choice, especially if you have a function at the PCEC like my husband and I did. Facilities were good and the rooms comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. Check-in was smooth, and staff were efficient and friendly. Wandering across the 'piazza' area between the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre to our room at the Adina in the early hours of the morning after our function was indeed very convenient!
High quality service”
100% friendly and helpful staff. Available for luggage storage after check in and taxi call service. Very efficient. Apartment is well maintained, equipped with all kitchenware and washing machine. Room is spacious with high privacy.
Great apartments in a noisy location ”
The apartments are great! They are large and modern and have everything you need. However they are located on and above a bus station and train station so the location is very busy and very noisy and the view is traffic and lots of buses. It suited my purpose as I was in Perth for a seminar.
First Great Australia trip”
A comforty and peaceful apartment within walking distant to CBD and supermarket and near Transperth transport links. Staffs are friendly and understanding for my delay to check-out on time on the last day for departure to the airport. Despite my first time to visit Australia, after shopping and sightseeing I would packed all my food, drinks and head back to enjoy the comfortable nest. In all I would highly recommend Adina Apartment.
Clean and a good value for a business trip”
It was a good stay. the bistro next to the lobby has good food and service. Internet is ridicules. the free lobby internet is not internet. in fact I don't know the purpose of the free lobby internet as it is not useful at all. It was cheaper to use my mobile phone roaming service from overseas than to use the internet provided service by 1/2. room clean, but the cleaners are average. they did not refill shampoos and mixed did not do well taking care of the kitchen. Dishes were not washed that were left for them. overall, i think it is worth the money compared only to the existing market prices for other hotels to stay at. but Perth is far over priced for everything.
Nice & Comfort”
Upon check in, we were informed that the carpark lots were full and told to park at Perth Convention instead. We were given special pass to enter the carpark and the reception lady was nice to remind us to use the pass otherwise, will incur heavy parking fees from Perth Convention. We only used the pass for one day as the following, we returned our rented car to the rental company. Soon after we return to the hotel, we returned the special pass immediately to the reception. However to our surprise, we were told to pay for the carpark upon check out for two nites that we booked. We felt deceived over the reception failing to inform that the carpark is chargeable at AUD27.50 per nite upon check in. We are under the impression that the carpark lots at your hotel are not available and thus was told us to park at Perth Convention using the special pass at no charge. We really appreciate your clarifications.
Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
Enjoyed my stay tho the gym could have a little more space. The cleaners need more training as the young ones only emptied rubbish and changed towels instead of cleaning the bathroom daily and doing beds properly like changing sheets in order to come to hotel level.polite staff throughout.
Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Unfortunately we weren't informed that parking was $30.00 extra per night until check in. When booking on agoda, the rooms advertised that every room had a kitchen. We booked a studio apartment and it was not fully equipped. It was a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Not what we were expecting. However, there was a BBQ facility and the hotel staff were kind enough to arrange utensils, crockery etc. We had used the in ground heated pool and found it to be cold. Also noticed the spa was barely bubbling and the tiles around the spa are missing.
Good location. Room was comfy, clean, and spacious.
All within 10 mins, either by foot or by car to places of interest, ferry terminal to Rottnest island, kings park, woolsworth, restaurants, just to name a few. Located nxt to elizabeth quay bus station but if u hv a car, be prepared to pay aud35 per day for parking at Adina. Stay at Adina was superb. Hanging out at the balcony while enjoying the weather plus the city view was a perfect quiet holiday for us. Adina upgraded our stay from studio to one bedroom apartment. Place is wonderful n staff were friendly and helpful. I would say Adina was the perfect choice for a short holiday in perth
Fine on a deal, but a little disappointed with housekeeping”
3rd time staying at the Adina and booked under a "Upgrade your stay" deal, which included late check-out, and upgrade from a studio room to a 1 bedroom apartment and a bottle of wine. Because there was 3 of us staying, we did request a roll-out bed, which when we arrived to our room, it was missing, along with the bottle of wine. Called down to reception, and was informed that it would be after 4pm before everything could be sorted...was closer to 5pm (2hrs after the call was made) before a bed was bought up, then had to chase up a pillow for the bed (the spare in the cupboard was missing) and then the bottle of wine on top of that. Because I had to wait around for things to arrive, it pushed back my plans to get ready for a family dinner back and I only just made it in time...the whole point of staying in the city that night was to make things easier!!! The room was also missing items, such as chopping boards and 1 bathrobe, so my guess is old guests are pinching items and the housekeeping aren't checking supplies and fixing the issues. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and able to help in securing a second carpark for the room even though they were booked up.
Another great Stay”
another excellent stay. Karlee at reception has always looked after us well on our multiple stays at the adina. thanks for getting us our requested room, it really made our stay better See you on the next trip!
Adina Hotel Perth - Review”
We were very happy with our stay. We requested (and got) an early check-in, and got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The apartment was large, clean and quiet - thanks to the extra double glazing on the windows. The view wasn't spectacular, but that wasn't an issue for us.
No problems and clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. We have two gripes 1. Although a non smoking hotel people can smoke on their balcony and if you are next door this is a real problem. Smoking should be banned on balconies and a smoking area designated away from rooms 2. Charging formtheninternet seems to be the provence of most Australian hotels. This hotel followed suit. The sooner this is stopped or added as an unseen charge to the bill, and free internet offered, the better.
Great rooms. great business hotel.”
Great hotel with comfy rooms and bed. Working at an exhibition so relied heavily on the hotel food which wasn't that great. We encountered a few rude staff in the bar also. If you need to be close to the PCEC, look no further though, it's great for that and the city is a 7 minute walk if you have the time you can go elsewhere.
It was a good hotel, however I stayed in the room right above the nightclub / bar downstairs which had music going late on Friday and Saturday night.... I was working at the convention centre so it would have been nice to be in a more quiet room. I should have given feedback to the hotel at the time - next time.
value for money ”
I had a fantastic stay at Adina Apartmnet Hotel. It has a strategic location with the city centre just round the corner. Woolworth, Target and HabourTown outlet mall can be easily accessed by foot or their free CAT buses. The busport is within 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. Their service crew also provided a lot of information and secret hunts on where to go and what to do. In short, value for money with great service!
