Superb”

All within 10 mins, either by foot or by car to places of interest, ferry terminal to Rottnest island, kings park, woolsworth, restaurants, just to name a few. Located nxt to elizabeth quay bus station but if u hv a car, be prepared to pay aud35 per day for parking at Adina. Stay at Adina was superb. Hanging out at the balcony while enjoying the weather plus the city view was a perfect quiet holiday for us. Adina upgraded our stay from studio to one bedroom apartment. Place is wonderful n staff were friendly and helpful. I would say Adina was the perfect choice for a short holiday in perth

Short but great stay and convenient location”

The Adina apartments are an excellent choice, especially if you have a function at the PCEC like my husband and I did. Facilities were good and the rooms comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. Check-in was smooth, and staff were efficient and friendly. Wandering across the 'piazza' area between the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre to our room at the Adina in the early hours of the morning after our function was indeed very convenient!

Good location and hotel”

Adina is close to the elizabeth quay station, you can find buses and trains from there. The rooms were comfortable and clean. They would even clean the leftover dishes that we left in the sink. The entrance of the hotel is not on the main road. You have to take up the elevator and walk through the common building which has the Perth convention centre, E and Y office and the mall to come to the main road of the city. Walking distance from worth visiting places in CBD, and it is also the nearest hotel to get Green and Blue CAT buses.

Nice & Comfort”

Centrally located, spacious room & neat & tidy

Upon check in, we were informed that the carpark lots were full and told to park at Perth Convention instead. We were given special pass to enter the carpark and the reception lady was nice to remind us to use the pass otherwise, will incur heavy parking fees from Perth Convention. We only used the pass for one day as the following, we returned our rented car to the rental company. Soon after we return to the hotel, we returned the special pass immediately to the reception. However to our surprise, we were told to pay for the carpark upon check out for two nites that we booked. We felt deceived over the reception failing to inform that the carpark is chargeable at AUD27.50 per nite upon check in. We are under the impression that the carpark lots at your hotel are not available and thus was told us to park at Perth Convention using the special pass at no charge. We really appreciate your clarifications.

Clean and a good value for a business trip”

location, clean, quiet

It was a good stay. the bistro next to the lobby has good food and service. Internet is ridicules. the free lobby internet is not internet. in fact I don't know the purpose of the free lobby internet as it is not useful at all. It was cheaper to use my mobile phone roaming service from overseas than to use the internet provided service by 1/2. room clean, but the cleaners are average. they did not refill shampoos and mixed did not do well taking care of the kitchen. Dishes were not washed that were left for them. overall, i think it is worth the money compared only to the existing market prices for other hotels to stay at. but Perth is far over priced for everything.

Though a tad exxpensive but thats Perth I guess, this ws a really great stay the aapts are about one block walk from the city centre but away from the bustle, bus depot downstairs, with 711 etc there as well, one block walk through next door building (EY House) a block from the rail and ferry( only way to go to Freementle), The apt was clean and tidy with a decent size balcony and a lovely park area in the grounds. definitely another stay there coming up

Great Location nice rooms”

Location, good service,

my husband and i were in perth on business and the location of this hotel was perfect. walking distance from city center, close to train and bus lines, and best of all close to the river where we walked everyday. we had booked a self contained 1 bed apt, but were up graded to a 2 bedroom. knowing the size of these rooms we would certainly stay there with our 2 children. i think this was quite affordable for a city location.

location, room , service crew

I had a fantastic stay at Adina Apartmnet Hotel. It has a strategic location with the city centre just round the corner. Woolworth, Target and HabourTown outlet mall can be easily accessed by foot or their free CAT buses. The busport is within 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. Their service crew also provided a lot of information and secret hunts on where to go and what to do. In short, value for money with great service!

Bright and clean rooms in a great location, close to Elizabeth Quay.”

Accommodation: We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment. The living room area had floor-to-ceiling glass windows with a balcony overlooking the convention centre. Both bedrooms in the apartment also had large windows so there was a very airy feel. There was plenty of natural lighting in this apartment. Wardrobes provided were spacious with shelves for me to store/organize my things. The wardrobe's sliding doors were lined with mirrors so I didn't need to go to the bathroom just to touch up my hair. (It is little details like these that really matter to me.) The clock radio next to the beds in both rooms also had a little iPhone dock where I could charge my phone. (Android users - sorry, you're out of luck! You'll still need your charger. :P) Televisions had plenty of channels. Kitchen area has the basic necessities (plates, cups, cutlery) and a refrigerator. So if you're thinking of hoarding food from the nearby Woolies, you can! The room decor was very modern and minimalist. It's a very welcoming apartment to be back in after a day of exploring. The only gripe was that the wooden sliding door to the second bedroom didn't work (one bedroom had a normal door and the other, the wooden sliding door). It wouldn't budge no matter how hard we pushed it. Bathroom also did not have a detachable shower spray hose, only a wall/ceiling mounted shower head - though I noticed this is pretty common in Australia. Check-in/Service: Check-in was fast and smooth, however the lady on duty was not very pleasant to a delivery guy who was there to deliver food another hotel guest. She was pretty rude to him and refused to let him make the delivery to the guest's apartment (probably for security reasons, which is understandable) but her tone to him could have been a lot better. Understandably so, the delivery guy got really upset with her. This commotion took place while we were checking in. Our key-cards were also programmed incorrectly - our stay w

Modern apartment style room in good location”

Well equiped room, huge bathroom and friendly staff.

Located adjacent the Perth Convention Centre, this hotel is well positioned and although parking choices were expensive the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a huge bathroom and well equiped kitchen. The lift has secutiry access and the adjoining restaurant provided tasty room service. Apart from a check out time of 10am, I found this hotel to be a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

The Decor was very modern and fresh and staff were very friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel when we eventually found how to gain entry into it. The location was great for the places we intended on visiting. We can not complain about the hotel room or staff in any way as both were fantastic. The hotel sits right at the entry of the Perth Convention Center and there was a very lively bar downstairs which we visited. We will be definitely staying here again.

First Great Australia trip”

A comforty and peaceful apartment within walking distant to CBD and supermarket and near Transperth transport links. Staffs are friendly and understanding for my delay to check-out on time on the last day for departure to the airport. Despite my first time to visit Australia, after shopping and sightseeing I would packed all my food, drinks and head back to enjoy the comfortable nest. In all I would highly recommend Adina Apartment.

Location, Cleanliness, Well appointed

The function we were going to was within close walking distance of this hotel, so it was perfect for our night out. Taxis in Perth can be very hard to get, especially on a Saturday night,so eliminating that problem was important for us. The drive in entrance to this hotel can be confusing, we have stayed there twice and both times have been confused by the entrance.

Good location but terrible parking”

Location, reasonably helpful staff

The location of the Adina Apartment Hotel in Perth is good. I had read about the difficulty of getting a car park and rang the hotel to see if I could infact pre book a parking bay in their (very difficult to locate) car park. They said they do not take reservations for car parking and I would need to book one when I arrived and based on availability. Let me say I will never stay here again while they have this policy. I arrived and drove around the block twice before I realised that I would have to park in the public car park under the Adina. There was two car parks available which I found after driving around for 10 minutes. I then had to walk with all my luggage for about 10 minutes to get to reception. So what should have been a relatively easy and quick check in (the hotel is not far from the airport) became a long and tedious affair. They do have a very good and easy to access car park (once you work out where it is) which I was able to book for $28 a day! I would never run the risk of arriving here to find out a park is not available. They should simply take pre bookings which they could charge for in advance.

Very noisy!”

Apartment layout and big bed

We were unlucky to be staying on a Saturday night when there were 2 parties on the terraces of the restaurant. This meant that when we ate at the restaurant, all of the party-goers had to walk past to go to the bathrooms - and then started to get confused and going in the kitchen!! This didn't make for a relaxing dinner ..... But was rather entertaining! When we returned to the room on the 2nd floor it was very noisy as we were over-looking the back terrace. Rather frustrating. When we mentioned the noise to reception, they told us there was nothing that could be done as the restaurant was owned separately but it should get quieter after 12pm. How helpful considering that we'd already had a long flight that day and were only in Perth for one day. There was also a palaver with the parking. The Adina has 30 spots which were already all taken by the time we arrived. 2 other people were already complaining when we arrived. However, we did find parking at Wilson Parking (entrance on Spring Street) for $10 for the weekend which was a bargain and much cheaper than the Adina. This is only 5 mins walk from the hotel so a better option that wasting time at the hotel. The layout of the apartment itself was very nice but not sure I'd stay again considering the above issues.

Well equipped apartment. Neat, tidy and clean. The room had everything we required. Proximity to cycle tracks, walking routes and Kings Park makes this an ideal location.

our apartment had everything we required. we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. i was impressed with the efficiency of the manager and his staff, especially during the 3am fire evacuation - that was a new experience! daily cleaning was excellent and despite being next to the main perth bus depot, the noise level was ok. proximity to the convention centre was another plus. visitors to the apartments should check car parking and street access - parking is very limited and the entry to the drop off zone is very confusing.
