lucky to have this hotel available”

Bridal Tea houses are all in acceptable quality. We had a great time there. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is easy to locate with big banner. Although the room size is small, there is noise-proof which make us slept well at night.

Not too difficult to find the location although there were no direct transportation from the Airport. Everything were perfect except the shower. The water is either too hot or cold and it seems difficult to adjust the water temperature.

        Clean and Convenient, Well-equipped amenities
        None

we have been looking for a low price hotel room for one night stay without no expectations. surprisingly at the low price we paid, we checked-in a room even though small in size, but clean with a decent decoration. all in-room amenities as needed are provided. even located in an old district with no subway, but public bus travelling in/out from tsimshatsui (the famous tourist district) is just in the corner, and it was an opportunity to experience a typical local life just by walking around the hotel.

Far from the city but not bad. ”

Stayed at the hotel for 4 days business trip. in To Kwa Wan area. Clean hotel but quite small as usual..No wonder about the size of the room as long as I still have space to place my luggage. Around the hotel is convenience. You still can find something to eat (yes, delicious ones), convenience store and 7-11 But the only weak point for this branch is the transportation. If you have to spend your daytime shopping in the famous shopping area. You have to get a taxi or local transportation. No hope for MTR.

Don't expect service but room is clean same as other Bridal Tea House ”

Room is really small like similar price of hotel room in HK. Room is clean which is the standard of other Bridal Tea House. Convenient for having food but not convenient to subway. Only can take bus and taxi. Staff service is really bad. which is below the standard of this chain hotel. They don't even want to talk to you. You show him reservation voucher and he get a room for you. That's it....... Just like a cash machine to get the things done.

Comfortable environment and enjoyable room design.”

Friendly staff, near to bus station, great view to outside with a big window. The most important thing is the security of the area. The only thing to concern is there is no MRT yet (in construction) and less food options around.

        Very good”

Hotel is quite far from MTR but accessible thru bus. The room is quite small but its ok since its really affordable. Wifi is good. Its hard when you want to take a bath early in the morning. Its either you have cold or hot bath (not warm). You can hear the noise from outside the hallway. But all in all, we are satisfied with our stay here.

Bcoz really i had a hard time to make the shower in warm state. (Too hot or too cold)

        Clean and confortable”

I enjoyed my stay here, the room was spacious compared to other hotels in HK. I availed the family room, the one good for three persons. The room was neat and clean. The area is accessible by bus to any part in HK (I guess, but mostly I think yes). I thought it was worth for the money you spent on thia hotel. Definitely recommended. One sad thing, its not accessible by train, and rising a bus might get you jammed in a traffic.

The hotel is unexpectedly nice. As it is very convenient by bus to every places of interest. It is surrounded by all kind of good food from Hong Kong style cafe, McDonald's, to nice restaurants . The check in staff was friendly and helpful and check in was fast. The front desk staff Mr Yip is very helpful and patient to guide us on transport to take everyday. Please send our gratitude to him.

the room is cozy and modern albeit the very small space, only one person can move around the room at a time. not even a space for luggage and shoes :-). the water shower is very strong though hard to control the hot and cold. overall stay would have been nice if not of the insects that bitten us on the 3rd night, the itchiness and wounds we bring back to Malaysia 😑

It's cheap for Hong Kong, so don't expect too much”

Cheap (for Hong Kong), Nice staff in reception, A window (!)

The rooms are very small, as is typical for Hong Kong, however, the bed is actually big - being two singles pushed together. The most annoying thing, apart from the difficult location (bus or on foot only - metro will require a long walk), is the paper-thin walls. Literally so thin that a TV on a normal volume in the adjacent room will penetrate to yours. So just pray you have considerate neighbours, which unfortunately we didn't. Wireless only available in reception (more of a desk with a few chairs).

        small room

we arrrived late in the evening and the main entrance is located in a place where you can not park your car there. the room is so small and is facing to a heavy traffic road, quite noisey and no wi fi in the room ..... basically, it is dark in the surrounding areas. Quite terrified when walking alone in nearby areas.

        Modern, clean, well decorated

This room was very nice even though I've stay only one night and it was for the new year eve. Comfortable room and enough space to put clothes even if the space is limited. Modern and nice decoration, the price was somehow a bit expensive for what it was but I can tell it was because we were there on December 31st to January 1st

        clean and a nice area

this is a nice hotel that's very clean. the staff is also friendly. however, it is quite far from the mtr so if you don't know how to navigate hong kong's bus system you'll have a tough time here. there's a nice view of the harbor, but when we were there construction blocked the view. i imagine its very nice when it isn't there. very big rooms which are rare in hong kong.

        Eh...”

Nice helpful staff, understood english ok, clean room

I have mixed feelings about this because the price literally doubled in the 3 days I was looking at it. I'm starting to think these sites have a mechanism that recognizes statistically when someone is going to buy. Although, it's probably just my bad timing. it's not terrible, but not great, and still the cheapest 3 star in town. This hotel is not near any public transportation although taxis are easy to get and very affordable in HK. My friend lives there, so it wasn't an issue for me to get around. There is no wifi as advertised except in the lobby. The problem with this is... there really is no lobby either, just a front desk and one chair crammed into a tiny corridor. However, they do have LAN connectivity, so take a long network cable or portable wifi router. I think they have a network cable you can borrow. Overall the room (including the bath room) was nice and clean. It had a weird elongated shape, but worked. There are lots of switches to figure out, but once you do, it's ok. I had an aircon, heater, water heater, many lights, desk, and basically everything I could want. However, I only got three channels on the TV and only one was in English. The one problem with the desk is the electrical outlets pointed the wrong way on the desk so that the cable extended down into the desk and literally would not plug in. I broke one of my cables before I realized I could pull the desk out from the mirror and let the cable feed behind the desk. The room came with a electronic massage chair as well as a foot massage gadget. The chair was pretty used and after putting a blanket on it to cover the funk, turns out the back massager portion was broken anyway. I never tried the foot massager. The bath room was very nice with extremely powerful water pressure and an extremely hot water heater. Best showers I've had in a long while.

        Just a cheap pick

Things are not very pleasant except for the price. Room is rather small and front desk is not friendly. location is not good. But bathroom are clean at least (and it is very important). If you are looking for a long stay from cost perspective, it is considerable.

        Location and food around

The location is very excellent in terms of location as Kowloon City was the old airport area, roads connecting the area lead to all over HK. Plus, it is near the Thai Food centre Kowloon City, you can have a very great meal and relatively low cost (compared with Tsim Sha Tsui area)
