-The comfortable living area has a TV/DVD, leather lounge and armchairs, with water and bushland views from the expansive windows.
-The living pavilion has a heat pump and there are panel heaters in the bedrooms.
-The pavilions are joined by a large enclosed deck with a wood fire, lounge and antique huon-pine shop-table and Eames chairs.
-In front of the living pavilion there is a sun deck overlooking the channel with a bath on wheels.
-There is a gas barbecue tucked down the side.
-There is also an outhouse with laundry and toilet .
Particular features of the property include the use of Tasmanian timbers, including polished silver wattle floors, celery top pine deck and oiled Tas Oak cladding; double glazing or UV glass throughout, an outdoor shower and a moveable bath on the deck; and internal wall and ceiling linings of hoop-pine ply.
It's a short two minute walk to the safe and sheltered Nebraska Beach. The new bistro, art gallery and providore at The Point are within a short drive on Nebraska Road or a pleasant walk along the beach and foreshore.
