Traveling to India? Find Alwar hotels

Was only planning to stay for one night but stayed on for three! It is a real escape into a calm oasis, very different feel to larger Indian cities. It is a place to come and luxuriate upon oneself and re charge. The views are superb especially at dusk, I recommend taking a dip in the magnificent pool and watch the sunset! The sevice is excellent, Everyone takes a real pride in their work and it permeates through the historic buildings. I'm sure there are more modern and plush hotels out there but I don't think you would forget this one easily!

This nice modern hotel is on the Delhi Jaipur highway about 15 minutes from Neemrana. It has facilities of a well managed 4 star hotel. It is one of the better hotels in the area. Clean rooms and lots of activities.

This fort hotel is situaated 170 km from Delhi, take NH8 towards Jaipur from Delhi and then turn left from Bhiwadi and take the alwar tijara road(which is better than NH8), the map on hotels website is good (just don't miss the sign boards once you have exited from Alwar). The hotel is good with spacious rooms (I booked a basic room and was upgraded to Kadamvan as there were no other guests when I checked in). The staff is attentive & friendly, there is not much choice in food but their fixed menu is good. 100% vegetarian, the wifi was not working when we stayed and mobile network is poor in this area. Recommended for people who want to have some time with family & friends away from our usually hectic life. There is not much to see in Alwar, but visiting Sariska is a must from this location (40kms from the hotel). This is a well maintained heritage property, you will not find any TV in the room, and you will have loads of time to spend with your near and dear ones. Avoid going there at night the first time, as you may miss the sign boards and enter another village. As long as you don't wander around the roads are good, only one patch for about 2 km without proper road but comfortably drive-able.

It was a pleasant stay at Hotel. Specially the staff members were very humble and decents people. Like the room maintenance of and other features including swimming pool. Food should also include some typical Rajasthani menu also.

Service was lil slow.. May be bcoz hotel was fully booked due to new year. But hotel arranged a Rajasthani folk dance show wch was very entertaining... So thanks to hotel mgt for this

Amazing place. Far from chaos. Amazing place for couple to relax and spend time together in nature. The tent camp is definitely an amazing experience. Privacy for each tent is definitely observed. Food is also amazing.

Good and clean resort with nice room set up.. Friendly staff and food. However providing WiFi in rooms in current days could add value. TV connection, channels were not working, which was not mandatory for us as we were on holiday and relaxing.. Walking around the farm, garden, picking up Gooseberry/Amla was good experience for children..

Being a jungle resort, gave it 3 stars for cleanliness, however rest all aspects are full 5. Experience it once.

I used this as an anchor for my visits to Siriska and other places in and around Alwar. The staff is courteous and makes up for the isolated location. Toilet was bit dirty, but they cleaned it on request. Also they provide a well-sized soap here, which is great to see. Peaceful stay for most.

This resort/hotel, located right on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway has all facilities such as pool, games, gardens and club etc. Good for a short stay be it family or solo traveler.

In the middle of the town. Nice parking space. Great breakfast and ala carte dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Just on the flipside, our daughter being a toddler needed some more space to play around. I would recommend the hotel.

I guess that anyone can sign up their hotrl with Agoda to attract customers from all over the world. This is why reviews are so important when selecting a place to stay. I did this when booking the Amrit "resort" and there were a few negative comments amoung the good ones so i thought "how bad can it be?" The answer is BAD! The place should be codemned. All linens were filthy. We booked a deluxe room but they need to get a dictionary to look up the meaning of deluxe. All outside furniture was wrecked. On complaining about the room we were moved to a larger room that was equally filthy but at least they gave us a new bedspread. To summerise, dont stay here...even if there are no other beds in town!

The location is perfect. Just outside Alwar - so you miss the hustle bustle. But convenient if you want to get away to Sariska. We booked a Suite, but ended up getting a Deluxe Room. The hotel was kind enough to refund the difference in cash, on-the-spot. Pleasantly enough, the room (Maharani room - 112) was big enough to qualify as a Suite. Dinner was Ok Ok. Nothing spectacular. Noise is an issue. A temple counch woke me up at 5 and then started the super loud morning prayers. I was fine with it as it helped me wake up in time for the morning safari. On any other day, I would advise earplugs. The sit-out in the courtyard is lovely. Very refreshing. The staff are really helpful. On the whole, superb from a value-prop point of view. A definite thumbsup

This hotel is at a convenient location from the hotspots of alwar sightseeing- siliserh lake, sariska wildlife sanctuary. It is a clean and comfortable hotel.

hotel yuvraj is located in a quiet part of the town of alwar and gives solace to foreign travelers tired from the laud honking of indian road. i was a bit skeptical about the hotel quality before my arrival since it was rated as one-star. i was however pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. the hotel is run by a traditional rajasthan family, and it is more like staying as a honored family guest than staying at a hotel. the hotel owner is very friendly and caring. he has years of experience working at a prestigious hotel in delhi, and thus he is well-equipped to deal with international guests. i stayed at the executive room, and it was comfortable and warm. it would have been better were there wireless connection in the room. but you can use wireless on the ground floor, and it is fast enough. my overall experience was very positive and i highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel staff and manager were courteous. helped us with local knowledge and maps. room service was good. food was not very great but considering the location, the availability itself was a good thing. we checked out early at 5am and the hotel staff helped us at that time. they also provided us with early check-in. Overall it was a good decision to go for this hotel

Very nice stay although very expensive and not worth this much amount of money. Good staff and food and nice environment. Could have worked on making it little less expensive. Negatives, it is in South of Sariska and the only way to reach is go round about it. It is not in sariska and takes approx. 2 hours to reach the main gate of Safari. Also the road to reach this place is very bad.

AlwarBagh is a perfect place for leisure. Very comfy bed and rooms. Big washrooms On the highway Close to sarsika wildlife park. Breakfast was good. Overall I will recommend this place.

We love this place. Our three children from 12,15 and17 years also loved iT. Only THE WiFi was not working very Well.

I was there for 3 nights with family it was awsam experience. Service is so so good. All staff very polite and helpfull. Overall I will rate at 5stars for service facility and quality staff. For kids also wandered experience. I recommend this property and will come again in future.

Trees and Togers hotel is surprisingly an amazing place to relax and stay with your family or friends. It has many cottages for both couple and family. Cottages are very clean, beautiful, spacious and well mainatained. It has personal terrace and open space and surrounded by foothills. The food is amazing. You may not have boufet (in case less number of people are staying) but whatever you will order for breakfast will be up to the mark. Thumps of for that. The only let down was that safari will be arranged from sariska only which is 18kms away from the resort. No pick and drop available. The 1 km road to the resort is a bit bumpy but worth it. Points to remmember: : no wifi.. no bar.. family place.. can get your own alcohol.. amazing place to stay and relax.. good food at a reasonable price..airtel network works there.

For the room rent charged, the room was spacious and clean, with functioning TV, AC and clean bathrooms. However, bathroom geyser was not working but they made alternate arrangements. In general, service was good but maintenance needs to be given more attention.

Thanks Agoda for enabling us to book this new property. This resort has excellent location just before the Sariska national park zone, and decent hospitality. Quite big resort, with lawns, organic farming, dining, 3 side beautiful mountains... overall nice settings. The rooms were cottage types Swiss tents with most facilities, easily got extra beds and blankets. There was delay in generator starting most times when there is power cut. Food was good, but the Tandoor was not available although mentioned in their menu. They said next time it would be available. Overall we n our kids had a great time.. A new property, we didn’t expect much service, but surprisingly their manager mr pramod organised our trips to sariska national park, bhangar fort and the silser lake too. Very smooth, no hassle, and full points to him. We will definitely be back, and this time for a longer duration.

Ram Bihari palace is everything that you would want in a quick, weekend getaway. It's far enough from the city to make the air cleaner and yet not so far to tire you in the travel. Stay, staff, food, locale everything is top notch. Swimming pool is the icing on the cake. The lake offers a beautiful view and if you're lucky, you'll get to see live folk performances For a budget traveller, it might seem like an expensive choice, but the resort is worth every penny. You can try the nearby desi thaat restaurant to save up a little on the meals.

If looking for peace of mind and away from the hustle bustle..and tht too in a good budget, this is the place!! Amazing people Vikram and Karan who are running the place with a very warm and helpful team. A definite visit for a group/family visit or even a couple..!! Food was good, home-made type.
