"Had a few issues -
1. The room did not have controls for Air-conditioning so sometimes it was very cold and sometimes warm. This made it difficult. When I asked the staff they were not able to help because of technical fault.
2. The water flow in the bathroom was inadequate to take a bath.
As I was staying for the night and was on a business trip, I did not have time to call up staff to get the issues resolved, however, you expect these basic things to be taken care of if the hotel is charging is so much in a location like Bareilly. Some points that they should work on."Show more

"After a disastrous encounter at another hotel in Bareilly I made a last minute booking here very late at night. I turned up about 15 min later to some very helpful staff. They sorted me a room out which I was very happy with. Clean, tidy, very 5 star. I only stayed 2 night's and was completely satisfied. If you want a top place to stay, make it the Sobti Continental."Show more
