Best hotels & accommodations in Bat Yam

We arrived in Bat Yam, we used the driver they sent to pick us up. The Air Conditioner did not work well the first night, we were too tired to deal with it that night, so we checked the filters the next day and found them full of dust and debris. after cleaning the filter it worked better but still not very cold. You get what you pay for. Very very reasonably priced, with the beach right across it. No elevators and warm and helpful staff. Its like coming home to a relative or friend's house. Very basic facilities and no hearty breakfast. But hey, this was what I was willing to pay. So its okay.

Dirty, drain smells from cigarette, staff smoking on reception and don't speak English, rooms don't have locks on doors!!! I truly don't understand how this hour "hotel" can be offered for public. It shouldn't be even called hotel - for fraction of a price you'll get much better service in cheapest hostels in Tel Aviv.
