"Not a thing I can find to complain about! After a stay in some less than savoury three star hotels in the area, we moved (after getting a great deal on agoda) to this hotel, and we were happy we did! The rooms were spotless, and very roomy, with modern decor, western style bathroom, large bath tub (with free luxurious products for use), and electric toilet with all the bells and whistles. The beds were lush and comfortable, with clean white linens, and several plush pillows on each bed - a great sleep for anyone! The view was spectacular, with our room (and floor to ceiling windows) faced directly to Haeundae beach. The staff were courteous and helpful, explaining all of the hotel guidelines, rules, and available services, in spectacular English. We visited the "Good Thai Massage" available in the hotel, and it was wonderful - fair price, wide variety of services provided by skilled and knowledgeable massage technicians. Overall the best hotel experience we had in all of Korea (let alone Busan), and we will be returning during our next visit. Thank you so much!"

"Out of the four hostels I stayed in Korea, this is the best one. Originally I was planning to stay in the Haeundae area, but since I had booked a super early train in the morning, then I decided that staying in front of the Busan Station would be a better idea. This place is LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES ❨Yes! ❩ walk from the front door of the Station. There are plenty of Korean restaurants ❨BBQ, fried chicken, cold noodles, Jeju❩ and cafes and convenience stores ❨GS25 and CU❩ dotting these few streets, still opening at 11pm. Not to mention there is a Chinatown opp the Stn. This hostel runs its own cafe. Looks quite pro, judging from the barista. The quality of room is very high and CLEAN ❨Yes, u read me right. I've encountered many dirty places in this country.❩ The rooms are operated by door passcode, very pro. I'll definitely stay here if I ever get to visit Busan again. Happy travels! "

"The room was great! very much value for money, clean, up to date, easy to get around, shops and subway nearby within 5 minutes walk. Staffs were polite and flexible. Breakfast was basic and the same for the 3 days I stayed there. However, I got locked up in the bathroom for good 30 minutes as the door latch was outside part of the door, It was loose and I did not realised it locked me out when I closed it. I kicked it and worse was when the bottom part of the door got jammed by the curb. Manage to lift and pushed open the door after a good 30 minutes of screaming and banging the bathroom walls , and called FO. Housekeeping removed the door completely that afternoon. Up till now I do not understand why is the door latch outside when the door is a see through glass anyway? Anyway, aside from that experience, I had a very great stay and will stay there again if I visit Busan!"

"The location is superb, just across the road from Busan KTX Exit 1 where there are small eateries and 24 hrs convenience stores. At Level 1 of the hotel lobby, there are 2 washers & dryers (beside the toilets) which is a plus factor and there is drinks vending machine, water dispenser, ice dispenser and microwave. The 2 of us stayed in the twin bedroom at 20th floor for 3 nights. The hotel room and bathroom is small and we can only open our L-sized luggage on the bed, but everything we need is there and the room is clean. But when we want to request for additional pillows, we can only ask for maximum 1 extra pillow per room. And when we have some issues with the washer & dryer, we tried to approach the counter staff for help but they cannot offer any help or assistance at all, which is pretty disappointing. Overall, the experience is good, room is clean, really easy to reach both Busan KTX and Busan Station Line 1 metro subway (Tips: There's a lift in between exit 4 and 6 if you are too tired from climbing stairs). Staff needs to improve on service standard as they were pretty "cold" and nonchalant attitude towards us."

"Our stay in Busan would not have been so great if not for the friendly people in Kimchee! The staff was very nice and helpful. When we accidentally had to extend our stay in Busan for a few days, the staff did all that they can to ensure that our multiple transfers to the only available rooms were swift and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the subway station. It's also super near Seomyeon's lively night life. We appreciate that there's a nearby convenience store and a vending machine outside. Lastly, the shared kitchen/lobby is also a great place to meet fellow travelers. :) "

"Me and my husband are on a honeymoon trip to Busan and we stayed at 2 Heaven Hotel for 4D3N stay. We booked a Deluxe room and we are already impressed by the designer room, a PC and the jacuzzi bathtub. It's luxury for the price we paid. On our last day, we got upgraded to the Premium room where we had a beautiful veranda (with a swing and jacuzzi bathtub). The Premium room has 2 jacuzzi bathtub (one at the veranda and one indoor toilet), 2 PCs and bigger space. The room is clean and absolutely romantic for me and my husband. We staff are polite and even though we had a slight language barrier, they are patient and well mannered."

"This hotel is AMAZING!!! I fell in love with the pictures at first, but once I arrived there I was in AWE. It’s brand new, (only been one month since opening) so everything is white, clean and beautiful. I initially chose the standard capsule cause it was so cheap, but my friend and I upgraded to the deluxe oceanfront capsule which was not that substantial of a price difference. It was amazing waking up to the beach view in the morning! The rooms are not that expensive either, especially the capsule rooms. When you check in, the friendly staff politely prompts you to take off your shoes before entering, it’s a no shoe zone indoors. They provide you with an electronic room key that gives you access to the elevator and your locker, which upon opening receive a nice care hotel package of pajamas, towels, tissues, a mini razor, and a small water bottle. It’s very modern which is nice. What really sold me was the karaoke system that’s in the lobby cafe area, it’s free to use as a hotel guest. The owner is super friendly and cool, he owns a very well known karaoke bar chain that is located in several areas in South Korea apparently. That’s why the karaoke sound system is such nice quality. I absolutely loved singing to songs overlooking the beach! I anticipate the karaoke being a popular thing amongst hotel guests in the busier summer months. The decor of this hotel is exceptional. Full window oceanfront views, squeaky clean white floors, gorgeous modern interior design is only a minor detail of this beautiful hotel. I loved being able to look at the beach waves while eating breakfast in the hotel cafe. The Room Rates are very reasonable for the quality, grace, and luxury of Gwanganli Hotel 1. It felt like paradise staying here. This hotel stay is a must if you ever visit Gwanganli beach in Busan!!!"
