Check in and check out were efficient and fast. Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. TV and WIFI worked properly. There were convenience stores nearby. Transportation wise, the location was perfect. The hotel was adjacent to JR Chiba Station (West Exit), and JR Chiba Station was connected to Chiba Monorail Station and Keisei Chiba Station. It's a great base to explore Chiba City and Chiba Prefecture; and it's easy to go to Narita Airport too. It took some time though to reach central Tokyo area (around 40 minutes train ride).

It is very near the Chiba station. hotel room is huge for Japan standard. we had 3 beds. 2 were double beds and the extra was a single/super single. toilet is amazing. it had a standing shower and a Bathtub. room was clean. bathroom was squeaky clean. water strength was strong. breakfast was good too! short walk to food area. highly recommended hotel to stay. staff at reception was very polite and helpful. would love to stay here again if we do come back to Chiba prefecture. thanks Daiwa

although it is not my typical hotel choice, but this is great. Good location if you are stay in Chiba area, within 5 mins walk to the station. Hot spring is great, so relax. Will stay again indeed!

The hotel looks new and everything was very high-tech. In the room, when you switch on the TV, you can view how busy the restaurant is and whether the washing machines are free. The room size is acceptable and very clean - the beds are very comfortable and room layout was thoughtful. The bathroom is massive and there is a full size bath as well as a shower (with rain shower head), which was super convenient. There are two Daiwa RoyalNets in Chiba - this one is in Chiba Chuo and it is directly opposite Chiba Chuo rail station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main Chiba station and main shopping area. There is an Ichiran just 5 mins away ! The only thing is that I was in a room directly facing the pedestrian walkway and the traffic lights were constantly making pinging noises. If you would prefer total quiet then ask for a room that does not face the pedestrian walkway. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I get a chance.

Very helpfull staff (Okana and omato ) . Made our stay very pleasant. They are truly assets to vessel inn. Hopefully I will come back to Japan and stay there again.

my stay in this hotel was lovely. it was just in front of the train station so i had an easy time locating it. it is also very near to banks and resturants and to aeon mall, making my stay so easy. the people manning the front desk were very approachable. they try to help despite the language barrier. the hotel tries to help the environment with their eco program, and encourages the guests ro participate also by giving incentives. cable internet was available in the room which allows me to talk withnmy daughters who are left at home.

This hotel is probably one of the better hotels to stay at in Chiba, price-wise and location-wise. Although I got lost in the Tokyo subway for 2 hours from Kamata but the overall experience was a positive one. It is on the same building as the Keisei Chibachuo station. Mind you that Chibachou station is a Keisei station, not JR station so it doesn't show in the JR subway map. The closest JR station to this is the Chiba station which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. SOGO and other department stores are located at the Chiba station. 7-11 is across the street, a cinema is on the same building as the hotel as well as C-One, Daisho, and KFC. McDonald's and Yoshinoya are located just across the hotel. Tesco is about 5-minute walk and Yoshikawa-koen Chiba Urban Monorail station is also within 10-minute walk. I went to Makuhari Messe for my business trip of Tokyo Game Show and the best route that I found was Yoshikawa-koen -> Chiba-minato JR station -> Kaihin-Makuhari station. I really like the hotel and the surrounding area, I wish I stayed longer!

This is the best business hotel in Chiba, All facility is good room a quite small but very comfortable. This is the best small hotel for rest in business trips.

We booked this last minute as unfortunately our previous hotel booking fell through and everything else in Narita was fully booked. It was quite pricey as we had only made the booking the night before. But the location was excellent as it was opposite the Chiba station and they provide guests with literally everything and there are extra freebies you could get in the lobby including different shampoos and bath salts eventhough they are already provided in the room. I didn't specifically look to book into a love hotel as we only had an overnight stay and travelling out to Chiba wasn't in our plans but definitely no regrets in staying here.

The hotel is located within an easy walking distance of Goi station, and there are many restaurants, family restaurants, izakayas etc. right around the hotel. There is are two 24 hour family restaurants with 3 minutes walk as well - which was great as I had to make an very early check-out on my second day, and I wanted a proper breakfast before I continued travelling. They also have some really nice looking restaurants in the hotel itself, but I didn't check them out. I had to check-in late, but the front desk runs 24hours which was a great relief. The staff are professional and helpful, and the room was very reasonably priced and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

This is my second time staying here. We booked the big room (4 beds for 4 people) that ‘s very big and comfortable. Everything is good. Location is also nice, not far from Chiba station or if you’re lazy to walk, you can come here by bus ( 1 stop) or taxi (about ¥800). There are many restaurants and minimarts around the hotel. If you have a car, there’s a parking (¥1500 per night).

Breakfast is good. Everything is good. The only I feel bad is there are using centralize aircond, not able to control temperature in room.

The hotel is at the very convenient location near to station. I am surprised that I can walk easily to JR Chiba Station and many shops along. The staff are nice and helpful.

It is 4 stops to Makuhari Messe and 1 min walk to train station. The room is bigger and cleaner than normal single room in Tokyo. I believed that it is not a new hotel but the room had been renovated recently. It had many sockets and USB. I cannot find any difficulties to stay and had a great sleep at here.

I stayed overnight for an event in Chiba and this was a great hotel for that purpose. It is extremely cheap, but none of the facilities or the room itself show that. The room was extremely quiet, which was a welcome change from some previous experiences at other hotels. The room I had had some surprising amenities like a stove and sink, which though I didn't need them were nice to see anyway. All in all one of the best values for a hotel I've ever had.

I have stayed here when I come to Chiba. The location is close to JR Chiba station and other shopping malls. I like they provide free Japanese style buffet breakfast and free wifi in the room.

Keep in mind that this is mostly a campsite, so don't expect the Ritz. We stayed in the lodge with a simple room with futon, and shared toilet/shower. Not super cheap if you're just thinking about the rooms, but given the location amongst the trees and access to an incredible park next door, it's a decent price. Staff were really great and helpful, no fridge in the room (but a shared one downstairs), can rent BBQ sets for a good price (with needed tools, plates, etc). The Showa no Mori park is really great, and young kids will love the incredible slides there, plus tons of open space. Go to the little shop by the big slide and get the bubble liquid and tools....you will never blow bigger bubbles in your life, and it's all homemade by a local guy.

Found the hotel very conveniently located close to Chiba Station, and local restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable although small.

I went to Summer Sonic 2014 in Tokyo(Chiba) and this was a great place to stay. Everything else in the area was fully booked, yet I still somehow found this amazingly cheap place on Agoda. From the hotel you can walk to a train station and zip over to SS. The capsules were surprisingly roomy and the whole place was quite clean although a bit old. The staff are friendly but none really spoke English when I was there. There was free, open wifi on the first floor by the Coke machine. Be aware that you have to check out at 10am and check back in again at 12 if you are staying multiple nights. Oh, and it's men only at this place. All in all, I'd stay there again if I'm back for SS again in 2015!👍

Breakfast is good for Japanese as i am not used to the Japanese style breakfast. The hotel is clean, staff is friend, close to the Chiba station.
