"We wanted to try the best hotel in Cox's Bazar so we decided with royal tulip. They provided shuttle service from Cox's Bazar to the hotel which is about 1 hour ride. When we waited for the shuttle there was some issue with the shuttle bus, hotel management immediately sent out a car to pick us up, very good response from the management. The hotel is very nice, locates in front of the beach and away from the crowd, we felt serenity here. I wish they have shows at scheduled time, or informed us of activity list when we checked in. Rooms are nice, breakfast is good. We are satisfied with the stay"
