Dalat hotels & places to stay

We stayed here initially for one week but finally prolonged it once and going to do so one more time totaling overall time spend in Da Lat of 3+ weeks. Before we stayed in another hotel in Da Lat center and studied through Agoda/Booking/AirBnB all options nearby Tuyen Lam Lake. We like calm and relaxed leisure outside of noisy locations. Terracotta is the best hotel in Dalat for us meeting all our requirements. It has a fantastic park cultivated with love and taste. Placed right on the shore of the Tuyen Lam Lake, it provides you great opportunity to start your morning with the walk having water on the one side and pine-trees forest from the other. The service - both standards and attitude to guest - are superior, we are feeling ourselves like at home. We found "our place" in Vietnam and for sure will come back there not one time. One wish, if I may, is that the hotel increase number of options in the menu for vegans. From Russia with love, Vlad and Oxana (room 6206)

Dalat Palace is the premier hotel in Dalat Vietnam. Great old worl style rooms , friendly , attentive and professional service. Spa is fantastic , food is of reasonable quality if a little overpriced. When we visited the hotel was very quiet. For stays in Dalat I would reccommend Dalat Palace for those with the budget.

Dalat Edensee is heaven on earth. Dalat itself is a beautiful place, undiscovered by many of the tourists who come to Vietnam. We arrived at the resort and were immediately greeted by the staff, who provided us a drink of ginger tea while we waited to check in. We were then personally escorted to our room in a buggy. The resort is beautiful and has a wonderful view of the lake. There is also an in-house spa. The best part of the hotel is the service from all the staff - from the receptionist to the restaurant waiters - we were treated like royalty everywhere we went. It was the best experience ever on our trip from the South to North of Vietnam!

After a year of so much heat in the north of Vietnam, we finally managed to go to Dalat and we found a beautiful location to spend 4 full days (and 4 perfect weather days!!). The Hotel is in a small valley surrounded by pine trees hills abt 20 min far from Dalat city center and 20 min from the Airport. The location is for Golf lovers but if you're looking for a very quite place to stay, this is the one! Shuttle Bus is arrange for airport pick-up and daily transfer to the city. Very convenient!! Room was big enough for all of us (2 adults and 2 kids) but next time I would choose for the Golf court view. Good choice of food for breakfast (western and asian) as well as for lunch and dinner. One set menu was on the house together with complimentary daily afternoon-tea. Lovely! Staff was also very friendly. Check-in and check-out were done quickly. Through the hotel we arranged also a couple of private car tours. Very convenient and at a very good price! We'll definitely come back!

Dalat Hotel Du Parc is an impressive historical building in perfect condition. Staff at reception are very polite and helpful. If you are a golfer try out the golf course that belongs to Dalat Palace and Dalat du Parc - there are special rates available for hotel guests, its design is very nice with lots of water hazards and flowers everywhere. Golf and airport shuttle upon request. No breakfast facilities or restaurant, meals are available in the Cafe de la Poste just across the road. Gorgeous old building, good food and drinks, yet very expensive. I would definitely stay inherent Dalat Hotel du Parc again.

My favourite hotel in Viet Nam -- and one of the most stylish I have ever stayed in. With two rooms booked we had a whole villa to ourselves, with exquisite furniture, beautiful fittings, two living rooms , a stunning view from our balcony and a wonderful open fire with a butler always on hand to light it for us. Far and away the best hotel in Dalat - don't even think of staying anywhere else. Staff fantastic -- grounds beautiful and each villa more wonderful than the last. Restaurant is set in a superb villa of its own - excellent breakfasts though the food at lunch and dinner is only OK (by the standards of Vietnam which are admittedly very very high) and expensive (ditto). Don't forget to have a perfectly mixed long drink in the beautiful upstairs bar, sitting on the balcony looking at the stars. Ooohhh - I wish I could be back there again! Pool is also lovely (though water a little bracing at 1500m altitude) .

We have previously stayed at a couple of different hotels in Dalat. The luxe hotel was a far better hotel for comfort, clean and service. The staff were fabulous and the service was amazing. The buffet was fantastic . The luxe hotel will definitely be our choice of hotel when we return to Dalat.

We had business in an area between Da Lat and the airport and took a chance on Dalat Sacom Resort. We were so pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the location, well appointed rooms, breakfast buffet and helpful staff. It is quite a distance from the main road and from anything else besides the Swiss Bel Resort, but the shuttle service makes it possible to get into Dalat itself. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

My wife and I went to Dalat for our honeymoon. We requested for airport pick up, and to our surprise, we were picked up in a 1941 convertible Volkswagen. We booked a city tour with the hotel and was driven around in the vintage car. Our driver was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was designed with a warm feeling. I did not like the free dinner offered by the hotel, but loved their buffet breakfast. Our stay at Dalat was short, but it was memorable time for the newly weds. Thanks for the staff. I would love to come back and stay at Saphir Dalat Hotel.

Tulip 3 is the newest Tulip hotel in Dalat. A bit further than 2 others but it just takes 5 min walk to Dalat market. + Pros: Facilities were cutting edge, rooms were clean and tidy, staff were super friendly and helpful, especially receptionists. + Cons: The price is a bit higher than most of nearby hotels, and even though your room is front of the hotel, all you see is... other houses.

Our stay with Zen Valley Dalat Resort was wonderful. The location is peaceful and captivating and even though it is slightly out of the main strip of Dalat it was only a 10 min ride to town and costs around $4. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Viviene she was amazing always smiling and helped us with deciding events for the day. All the staff we smiling and great to talk to. We had one of the bungelow, B1 and it was extremely spacious, clean, large shower, comfortable bed and television as well as a spectacular view. All up i think that this hotel should be in the 4 star range, for a 3 star hotel is is fantastic and we will re visit with great pleasure.

I have lived and travelled in Saigon for four years now and I must say that the Saigon-Dalat Hotel is the best one I have experienced. The rooms were the cleanest and most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed in. It had everything one could ask for. It was also quiet and warm. Yes, I know most people don't think of Vietnam as being a place where the weather can be cold, but in Dalat, it can! And it was while we were there. But the room always remained a comfortable temperature even without the use of heating or AC. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was adequate and the selection was good. The hotel is not exactly centrally located, but Dalat is such a nice city to walk in, that getting around by foot is certainly not a problem. I would highly recommend the Saigon-Dalat Hotel to any visitor to Dalat.

Struggle to find a new hotel for our quick visit to Dalat. I finally decided to stay in Blue Moon, where i stayed 2 years ago in a company trip. Blue Moon still remains whatever it is in my recalled memory. Near by Xuan Huong Lake, so we can just take a 1 minute walk to go to Thanh Thuy cafe and another 5 mins to get to Dalat market. Blue Moon acquires a well-trained numbers of staff, from whom you will find very helpful day or night. In Blue Moon, you can also enjoy their reasonable spa service and don't forget to give yourself a relaxing drink during the section. I love to visit Dalat sometimes in a year and Blue Moon would be a good choice to do so.

Hana Dalat hotel is located within walking distance to the market. Can find lots of street food and Lien Ho bakery round the corner. Room is well equipped with modern fittings and spacious. Excellent wifi speed compared to 5 star hotel Vinpearl Condotel I stayed in Nha trang

Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and informative, she advised us not to waste extra money for cab but just rent their motorcycle with cheap price. We booked the Dalat one day tour from Tulip hotel itself, which is so convenient. Staff helped us to book bus ticket as well, which saved our times to go Bus Central. A great bakery & restaurant right in front of hotel, don't worry abt your meals. Near to night market (walking distance), but do not ever try the steamboat in night market! very expensive. Room is so big & bright, no air-cond needed due to cold weather. Just tell the staffs all your quiries/worries and they will help you whole-heartedly. Rent a bike to enjoy your trip in Dalat for one day, then take the day tour on 2nd day. We missed our days in Dalat the most after we are back from VN.

very close to the waterfalls, there are at least five waterfall venues around and outside the city of dalat........there are flower gardens, budhist temples, cao dai pagodas, khmer temples all within a 30 minut radius of dalat, hotel can arrange trustworthy taxi's. dalat is known for its healthy organic living lifestyle, more so than any other place in vietnam (i know, because i libe there) definately bring a wide angle camera, and good walking shoes, the mountains are very scenic, green, green, and more green and water water everywhere. i'm going back and staying in the river prince hotel for xmas - snow in south vietnam??? who knew??.

My family has visited Dalat City a few times and this is the best place we have stayed! Wonderful and friendly staff greeted us upon arrival and each morning when we had our breakfast. The morning breakfast menu is slightly limited but very delicious food with unlimited serving were served. My kids and I enjoyed the local dishes very much. The room is so comfortable that my 2 children wanted to spend times in the family suite we stayed. The view from the room was fantastic and it was like looking at a wonderful painting or picture from room. The room is so adequately and well equipped for guests. You can find everything you need within it. Only shortcomings are the pillars in the middle of the room and the second bathroom which is very small toilet and lacks a basin, mirror and ventilation in it. The master bathroom is big and comes with a bath-tub and a shower room and 2 basins. The surrounding environment is so peaceful and tranquil. We had so much space to ourselves as Binh An only has about 16 units (villa). The lake next to the resort is a wonderful place to take a stroll as you can really hear the wind, the trees and birds singing coupled with the wonderful weather which make our stay close to perfection! It is an ideal and perfect honeymoon place for newly wed. For people who want to escape or not live in the city or next to the beach this will be a wonderful get away. Will certainly come back to stay at Binh An Village in our next trip!

What a truly brilliant experience. We have been travelling Asia for 7 months and this is by far the best Hotel we have stayed in. From the time we arrived we were treated like family. From the doorman and security staff to the bellboys and reception staff we were treated with nothing but respect and warm smiles. We were greet by the GM Mohammed at check in, what a splendid and kind hearted person he is. We were shown to our big room with massive comfortable beds. The shower and toletries were great quality and the room well equipped, a big television and couch area was a nice touch. We ate here 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed here. The food was delicious and plentiful and the service attentive. We enjoyed Happy Hour in the lounge with buy 1 get one drink complimentary. Drinks were nice.and the cocktails on the mark for a 5 star hotel. We swam in the indoor pool during our stay and were provided with warm pool towels to dry off. The gym was very well equipped, it had everything you would ever need. I spent some time in there. There is a 2 level childrens play area which is like an amusement park. Fun rides and all for a minimal cost. Breakfast was good. A mix of asian and western food. There is taxis for the 5km ride to town, they will have a shuttle bus operating soon. This hotel is still in its soft opening and was truly wonderful. We didnt want to leave. We had so much fun here and felt like really valued guests. They will have a casino opening soon too. Our 2 and 4 year old were spoilt rotten by all staff. We felt very safe here and very much welcomed. Thank you to Mohammed (GM). Helen (Sales and Marketing Manager) and each and every staff member for a truly wonderful stay. You all went far above and beyond what we ever expected. We will be back.

Tulip II is a great hotel! We have been all over Thailand and Vietnam and can honestly say it was one of the best places we stayed at that price point. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The facilities are clean and could not be more centrally located. It was a 3 minute walk to the market and night market. The only negative point is that breakfast is not included, but I think this is typical of hotels in Dalat to not include it. I stayed here with my husband and two kids and would recommend it to anyone.

I was planning to go to Dalat with another 2 friends (a guy and a girl). Thats why i was looking for a suite with seperate living room and bedroom areas. Sammy's deluxe suite offers a very nice roomy bathroom (with bathstub and stand). Its living room also has complementary drinks and teabag. The hotel locates very closed to downtown Dalat and Con Ga Church. It took only 7 minhtes to walk to Dalat market. The staffs are very nice. We asked for an extra bed and they charged only 17 dollars for it ( fairly cheap price in my opinion). In general im very pleased with thus hotel during my stay.

The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and cozy during my stay. More importantly, the water is warm haha (showering without warm water in Dalat will sicken you haha). I thought I make a right choice. The hotel is located near the bus station which is quite not convenience to go to town, but if you rent the motorcycle this will make your stay in this hotel perfect. You can ask the staff for renting the motorcycle. The hotel will provide this service with reasonable price. The food is above average for me, serving both local food and others. Love the strawberry juice. The staff is very serviced-mined and helpful. She helped book the ticket to Mui Ne, call Agoda Vietnam to cancel my booking, and get my money refunded. That was really impressive.

Iris Dalat hotel is very good in my opinion; the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is near the famous Dalat night market too. buffet breakfast taste awesome too

Dalat Terrasse Des Roses is a great hotel - the staff were so friendly and the owner is on site and very helpful. He even arranged some tours for me - which is a definite must when you are there as the guide speaks great English and is very knowledgeable. The rooms are cleaned properly - and the garden is amazing...a lot of hard work goes into it by the gardeners. Rooms are very big and the staff will gladly call for a taxi to pick you up and take you to town. I will recommend this hotel to anybody - a real gem in Dalat city.

Great spot to walk around the city! It’s better if Hotel can offer a fan because Dalat nowadays is quite hot if you close the window. Staffs are friendly and please tell the guests that they shouldn’t open the window by a lots of mosquito .

Yes, it was right choice to choose Dalat for a good relaxation away from the busy city. And, got more of unexpected satisfaction by selecting Anada for my stay at Dalat. The property at Anada was much better than what it showed at Agoda and importantaly the room was clean and very well faciated just like a home awy from home. I actually regret I have planned to stay Anada, Dalat only for couple of days. Breakfast was served individually by order from many choice from western to local Vietnamese dishes along with freshly homemade yougurt and cake by the owner. And, the property offers free flow of very high quality coffee and tea which was cultivated from local area. All the staff at the Anada has true smile for welcoming visitors from all over the world. For my next visit to Dalat, the Anada will be my prior choice to be and will stay in Dalat at least 3 to 5 nights to enjoy the clean air and inexplicably beautifull environment of Dalat.

Osaka has always been my prefer choice to stay in Dalat. This is my second time staying here and it could be my third time of next trip. Opening the door is the view of mountain and Dalat city which is a plus of this place. That is all I love about this place. My room was very far from reception by walking down to almost the end. But no worry, the taxi could pick me up directly from my room by just informing the receptionist about the ride. Great stay!

Love it. Apparently an old one, lots of old customer so we were lucky because they don't usually post rooms on agoda. Professional, actually put us in the room like in the picture, unlike many other hotels in Vietnam. There is an absolutely huge courtyard so hcm expat with a car can drive it there for summer retreat and won't have to worry about parking. The location might not be the tourist center, but is actually the center of the city, so lots of locally famous restaurants nearby. Dalat was simply beautiful, would recommend.

We spent 2 days here Very helpful staff , she helped me everything from booking in Facebook - to the day that I stayed there Our room is at 3rd floor with little balcony where I enjoyed taking photos with the view and take a deep breath. So peaceful and quiet , no horn and crowd sounds Beautiful decoration with flowers and french style , classic music played all day from their lobby. But the location is a bit far from town center but no problem!! As we use Grab taxi (50k Vnd per time) Bathroom is nice , warm water provided Nice bed Breakfast is great with western & vietnamese food to choose for On last day, we also met the owner , he was so friendly and nice :) We would come back here when we back to Dalat💕💕💕
