"Stayed here on our last 2 nights in Fukuoka and we were very impressed with the staff's warm hospitality and the entire customer experience received from this hotel. Location is about a 10 min walk from Hakata station and close to eateries and nearby malls. Room is of decent size and there's a back massager in the room as well! The breakfast spread was acceptable and the coffee machine offered 24 hours in the lobby was a plus for guests who wanted a cuppa anytime of the day. Will definitely stay here again!"

"It is a new building and great location, the room is a standard size same as another hotel in Japan. The staff on day shift don't have much smiling, but it is still ok. We can't park our bike in front of the hotel, that makes our trip very inconvenienced. Riding bike is very common in Fukuoka, they should have a place for parking. Nearly the hotel, has many good places to eat."
