I stayed in 5 hotels in Ho Chi Minh City and this one was the most fabulous one in terms of decoration, service and overall facilities. Everything is done with love for details. Free afternoon tea is served from 15:00 - 17:00. And it's not only tea, but a whole selection of tasty cakes and kind of dim sum. Breakfast is tasty as well and far above average for a 4 star hotel. There is a rooftop terrace with bar, pool, sauna and steam room. The steam room has a big window direction west, making it very special at sunset. The pools are rather small but big enough for a cool down after a city trip. Staff is very attentive and professional. Especially Dais and Max at reception. And a very big thank you to Ali, the butler at the entrance taking care of everything even before you enter the hotel. I had to box a bicycle and Ali helped me with tools and whatever was needed to do the job... and it was great fun to do it with him together :-) Number one!

Nice and Clean hotel in Ho Chi Minh District 1. Close vicinity to major shopping malls and entertainment

Special recognition to the staff at front desk and reception, Mr Khoa, Tin, Hung, and Khoa who have displayed outstanding customer service. Always courteous, helpful, going out of their way to address my requests. The hotel can improve by adding a gym with machines for walking and running, as it is difficult to exercise by walking in traffic dense and air pollution in Ho Chi Minh city.

My partner and I stayed in Ho Chi Minh city for a night before returning home. This hotel is located in District 3/5 which I found was a great convenience as there was a shopping centre located next door and abundant restaurants nearby. I have been to Ho Chi Minh on several occasions and stayed at other 5 star hotels, however I was most impressed with Nikko for their professional, friendly staff and the room in which stayed was just lovely. On check in, we were upgraded to Club executive room due to high occupancy so that was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable (softer than most hotel beds you'll find in Vietnam. We'd spent 8 nights in Nha Trang at the Sheraton before arriving in Ho Chi Minh and for the sake of comparison, the Nikko is comparable to that. Lovely hotel - I will stay here the next time I am in Ho Chi Minh.

The Reverie is the undisputed number one hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. From checkin to checkout the entire stay was flawless and exceptional. Our room was spotlessly clean and included every amenity to make a stay relaxing. The room was cleaned twice a day, delicious chocolates each night, fresh fruit daily and complimentary mini bar. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Each staff member exuded pride in working for the Reverie. Was I able to find a fault or area for improvement? - No. Would I stay at the Reverie again? - Absolutely

The highlight of our 14 days travel around Vietnam was two days stay at The Myst. The staff was soooo friendly. It looks that they love what they do. They would do everything possible to make the stay of guests as pleasurable as possible. The design of the hotel is just perfect. Old Saigon story wrapped in modern package - unique and perfectly carried out. Since the hotel is located in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City urban jungle, the noise around the clock wherever you go is just a part of the package...

Outstanding customer service from Ms. Anh, one of the hotel reps in the Signature Lounge. She was super helpful in every way, arranged excellent show tickets for us for the AO performance in the Opera House which is conveniently just opposite the hotel, provided change for large denomination bills, and was generally willing to go out of her way to ensure our comfort and needs were met. The hotel is excellent in every way; we had a very comfortable and well-appointed room, the breakfast buffet is sumptuous and delicious, we enjoyed using both the swimming pool and gym, and there's even a Moet Chandon 'nook' within the lounge bar on the ground floor. The hotel's location is fantastic - we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit - and there are excellent restaurants and shops nearby. The Caravelle definitely contributed to the pleasure of our stay in Ho Chi Minh city.

This is the third time I have stayed in the Rex Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Each time I have enjoyed the suites which are luxurious and reasonably priced. The tours are very organized and punctual. This time on one of the tours we had to return early as a relative was not well and this was handled considerately and very professionally. This hotel has a grand white marbled floor and red carpet entrance and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are 2 well maintained rooftop swimming pools plus a rooftop bar that has appeared in numerous travel magazines. At the moment they are renovating some of the older room so there is some slight noise in the daytime but otherwise it was not too intrusive. The suites are lovely with large beds, clean linen and good facilities. When next I go back to Ho Chi Minh I hope to return here.

Overall the stay was very satisfactory with the hotel offering a clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay whilst in Ho Chi Minh City. The location was good with easy access to the rest of the city. I was there on business and the free WiFi made my stay that much more enjoyable being able to keep on top of e-mails when travelling. The accommodation was bright and airy, well appointed and everything in good working order. The bed was super comfortable offering for a good nights sleep before attending to meetings the next day. Although, some loud music could be heard from the room facing the front of the hotel, whilst my colleague having a room facing the side/rear never hear the music. Only one criticism; there was no iron or ironing board in the room, which when called for on 3 separate occasions, wasn't available until early the next morning. The hotel could do with placing an iron and ironing board in the rooms. The restaurant could do with upgrading the selection/variety of food as, whilst being adequate, could be better, but ample and tasty nonetheless. Overall a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and certainly a hotel I will return to.

Upon checking in I alerted the staff I would be checking in late. They were alerted and knew who I was when I showed up. The check I process Which meant no extra stops waiting for other people. was simple and they guided me through the condo style securtity and high-tech elevators- only one stop per ride...The room was large- much larger than any normal hotel room and the kitchen was big enough where I could have cooked at home. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The washing machines saved on sending out for clothes cleaning, the kitchen saved on eating out... The comfort of the room made it a great place to get work done while still being comfortable... Only problem was there was an extra cost for Internet (except in the lobby where it was free). Overall the nicest place for me to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Booked through agoda and had to check out early due to business. Lost two nights rent. If booking straight through the hotel - was told they would have refunded.

WOW, what a lucky find in Ho Chi Minh! We were so pleased to have discovered this boutique hotel while “surfing” websites for lodging options for our recent visit to Ho Chi Minh. It is truly an oasis of serenity and peace in the very busy city of Ho Chi Minh. The hotel is located in District 1, close to many areas of interest. The hotel is an architect’s dream that has become a reality! The hotel building is very well designed...there is a great restaurant and pool on the top of the building, 11th floor, with wonderful views of the skyline of HCM. The pool is a good size, allowing the opportunity to swim and/or plunge…such a wonderful option considering the heat and humidity levels. We throughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts that included both Vietnamese and European options. We also had a nice dinner at the restaurant...such a relief to stay in this oasis and not have to search for a restaurant. Our room had a very comfortable king bed with plenty of space to relax, read or watch cable stations. The bathroom was part of the room with a walkin shower and double sinks. Service was exceptional … the staff was caring, warm and professional. Everyone greeted you with a genuine smile and then an offer of help. On transportation, we recommend that you consider using "Grab" that allow you to experience driving on a scooter in traffic. The cost was very reasonable and quicker than using a car due to the traffic. My wife and I are retired, travel a lot and wish this high level of accommodations and service would be available for all of our trips. Definitely would give this hotel a 10+ star rating!!!

We stayed at the Lotte Legend Hotel from 6 September 2017 to 11 September 2017 in an executive river view room. We found the staff at the hotel very attentive and professional. They were always welcoming and would meet you with a friendly smile. The facilities and food at the executive lounge was always excellent. We have stayed at other executive (Club) rooms in many parts of the world and have always found them to be good. However, In this instance the big difference was the staff that served you. The staff and the supervisors at the executive lounge were willing to assist you with any request that you had. I like tuna sandwiches and hot fresh chili with my food and once the staff got to know about my liking, any time I visited the lounge, they would make sure that our table had an extra plate of tuna sandwiches and freshly cut red chili. Everyone who worked at the lounge seemed to love what they did, with two waiters who stood out. We had Jack who was always smiling, very attentive, polite, and willing to assist you with any request you had. Then there was Kyle, who was a consummate professional who was doing what he liked. After a day of sightseeing in the hot and humid climate that Ho Chi Ming City offers, it is refreshing to go to the executive lounge and have these wonderful personalities greet you and serve you with a smile. We will cherish the 6 nights we stayed at the hotel with fond memories of the wonderful characters that make your holiday more memorable than others. We traveled to Nha Trang and returned to the Lotte Legend Hotel on 15 September around 11 am and were presently surprised to find that they has already made a room available for us , although the checking time is normally 2 pm. We had booked a city view room for out last night in Ho Chi Minh City, but had been upgraded to a river view room. Worth for my budget with this premium 4-star hotel at the central of Ho Chi Minh City, prime location to Ben Thanh market, Pham Ngu Lao also many attractive place in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City. Cleanliness is one of my impressing touch of this hotel. Room is comfortable and functional, Hot shower is quite slow. Breakfast is consumable and varies. Nice relaxing pool at the roof top with superb sky view of Saigon especially for sunset ;) Overall is impress and feel good to stay at this hotel,, will recommend :)

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Ho Chi Minh City. All staff are friendly and do not always lose expectations. Their laughter is not a pretense but a true welcome. LAN is memorized during reception staff. For breakfast, NHAT HA 3 HOTEL is by far the best. Satisfied with everything and thanks to the professionalism of our staff, I will go to this hotel again. And I recommend NHAT HA 3 HOTEL to my friends.

My favorite hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Nicely located right by the Saigon river it has great character and offers excellent service. Ideal for anyone who wants to get a taste of the old Saigon. Compared to other 5star hotels in Saigon the service and the cleanliness are outstanding, and the rooftop bar is the best one in Ho Chi Minh City. Would come back anytime.

My experience at The Luxe Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City is exceeding my expectations. The location, the staff of the hotel, and the facilities are great. The hotel is well-catered to the needs of the guests, especially the staff who serve breakfast every morning. The location is ideal for walking to several site seeings, restaurants, and nightlife. Awesome place I must say and I hope that it will keep up the same service and its facility when I come back to visit the city next time.

For me even only 1 night stay but it's totally pleasant stay and impress. Location is the best, you could reach to almost every interesting place of District 1 with 5-10 minutes or walking distance. Many international and local restaurants surrounded, convenient store is just opposite also supermarket, main sightseeing places, business hub of Ho Chi Minh City especially Bitexco Financial Tower, etc. The hotel appearance is colonial style since 1930 but it has renovated thus it's look elegance. Room is functional and look nice especially bathroom (really love it). Cleanliness is one of my pleasant point of this hotel, almost everywhere in this hotel is clean and neat. Staff are very nice, friendly and informative. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool in the backyard, quite relax. VINASUN Taxi stand is just the front of this hotel. So, don't worry to travel to anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City with hassle-free. It's a 5-Star hotel in HCMC that i would like to recommend :)

This is my first time to Vietnam. I selected this hotel and I made the right choice. Location is close to the Independent House, and other attractive areas. Staffs are nice. Facilities are very good. I will recommend my friend to stay here. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I will choose this hotel.

This was a nice place to relax and rest in a busy place of Ho Chi Minh City. Stayed here 3 nights. The room was very nice, cozy and spacious as seen in the photos. The bed and bathroom were extremely clean, comfortable and satisfied. Excellent breakfast dining in higher floor- many various choices of meals. Staff was very friendly, helpful and serving the guest with professionalism. Every staff member spoke English well; Manager Jenny was especially kind and wonderful. I would definitely go back to this hotel again if visiting Ho Chi Minh City as it was superb value for money, comfortable and friendly staff.

It was a great experience staying at the hotel as I receive excellent service. It was above my expectations as I thought since it is a 3 star hotel, the service won't be that good but I was very much surprise and happy that I chose Silverland Central as my hotel during my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. For Muslims, Silverland Central would be a great choice as outside the hotel, there's variety of Muslim Food Restaurants thus it is easy to find Halal foods. Other than that, there's many shops selling cloth that you can tailor and they can even make Malay Baju Kurung and it is ready for collection the next day. The hotel is also near to Ben Thanh Market where you can shop and bargain at good price. Also at night, there are night markets (Pasar Malam), near Ben Thanh Market which also sell cheap stuffs and you can bargain. For those who loves photography, just go to the rooftop bar at night time to take Long Exposure of Light Trail as the traffic are always busy. You'll be amazed at how awesome your long exposure would look like. (Simply brilliant). I would definitely stay at Silverland Central Hotel for my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

This is one of the two 4-star hotels that have the best location in Ho Chi Minh City. You are a walking distance from all major touristic hot spots, shopping areas, restaurants, bars and the river. Do not get put off by the initial old-fashioned look of the interior. This is Vietnam; and the fixtures are not worn out, just a bit old-fashioned. They maintain it perfectly and everything is clean. What the hotel lacks in looks is compensated by very professional, helpful, and friendly staff. There is a nice swimming pool on the top floor, which is not Olympic size, but is very cleverly designed and has a great view of the city. Spotless clean. All in all -- very good value for money.

I loved the Fusion Suites Saigon and I'm so happy I discovered it after the horrible experience I had when I arrived at Cinnamon "Boutique Hotel" in Ho Chi Minh which was horrible and I knew I couldn't stay there. Anyway I was looking for other options and was lucky enough to come across Fusion Suites which was actually very close to Cinnamon, Before booking I walked over, I wanted to avoid another booking disaster, and I loved it! Super hip and trendy, not to mention one daily massage included per night. Breakfast was included which was actually quite gourmet. Fresh fruit and fresh fruit juices, a lovely buffet and a number of other menu options to choose from included in the rate, such as smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and cream cheese on a bagel, croque monsieur, pho, and a host of other delicacies. I loved it so much that rather than going for an overnight to Phu Quoc which I had intended, I decided to go to their resort in Nha Trang which also exceeded my expectations. Great value for money! The Suites are spacious and just absolutely lovely. I'd go back in a second!

This is fantastic accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartments are huge with great facilities, modern and extremely clean. There is a nice pool area with jacuzzi. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and we caught a taxi for less than £3 to the market however we did also walk this in around 25 mins. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Found this hotel to be in a great location for all avenues to venture around Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast was great and fresh, along with nice coffee. Staff where very helpful and spoke great English with all my queries to help me around Ho Chi Minh. Recommend Highly

I've never felt so at ease and truly valued as a guest before... I had arrived in Ho Chi Minh city and at the hotel without my baggage and the staff were really helpful to go that extra mile in calling the bus company (the left my baggage behind in their Phnom Penh office) on my behalf and keeping updated on my baggage.. everyone was warm and helpful in the whole plight of my being in HCMC with no luggage, no extra clothes and nothing much other than my passport, atm cards and clothes on my back... I'm always staying in HCMC as a stopover or end point of travels in Indochina and have stayed in many hotels but this one deserves a 10 rating... The front desk staff was nice enough to extend my check out time till I got my luggage (which came at 12.30pm two days later which incidentally was the day I had my late flight out) and allowed me the extra time to check and repack my luggage in the room without chasing me out of the room even despite the hotel being fully booked up and had to adhere strictly to the check out time to accomodate their incoming guests... This shows the staff truly have compassion and heart for their guests... The room was spotless, clean, tidy, water pressure was excellent especially after the long day of running around getting my basic essentials amidst the wild goose chase for my luggage... Was really a welcome, warm, homely feel Inspite of the circumstances... Location was perfect, close to the market, convenience stores, restaurants and pretty much everything else. I'm definitely gonna stay there again and fully enjoy the facilities next time round. Considering I was preoccupied and stressed about my missing luggage. Am truly greatful to both ladies on shift at the front desk for going that extra mile (which was completely unexpected) to help enquire about my luggage status and patch me to the relevant people via telephone and helping speak to the relevant folks in Vietnamese to assist in both sides understanding.
