This hotel was very friendly and had quite good English speaking staff, they had free bike hire up until 8pm and was very handy exploring the local area. room size was comfortable with two people and suitcases. We rate this hotel as one of the most memorable, friendly and in a nice area. It is a good base for traveling in the northern Japan area. we did not dine at thi...

If you don't speak Japanese, this hotel may not be suitable for you. I am a first-time solo traveler and I admit to have made some mistakes for the duration of my travel, and I did not expect that their staff only has one English-speaking attendant. Her name is Yuki. Typical of city hotel, very small but clean rooms, access to Wi-Fi, and beds typical of all Japanese hotels with very hard mattress, and a staff who has no clue of the English language in order to help you with area sites. Breakfast is limited and typical of Japanese style breakfast. Good hotel for travel stay-overs, but not for any time duration.
