Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur
KLCC,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"Great breakfast! Great buffet dinner! Very helpful staffs, very courteous and very very polite!! Excellent cleanliness!!The best hotel I've ever visited in Kuala Lumpur. Better services compare to Singapore's hotels. I remember the lady during the buffet dinner. She was very polite. Very accommodating. She deserves recognition. I talked to her while paying my dinner bill. I forgot her name. She was wearing spectacle. However I commend all your staffs. The reception ladies who met and greeted me and assisted me to check in. I commend the bell boy who carried my luggage to the room on 23 Sept. Those also assigned in the security check, they very courteous and polite. You usherettes and ushers they always greet all the people. They deserve recognition. Also your staffs during dinner and breakfast are also deserve recognition. Very clean. Your hotel is the best. I've been to number of 5 stars hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Shangri-La is the best among them. Worth for money! You have best staffs."

The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur
Subang Jaya,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"Our stay at The Saujana was indeed a great experience. After travelling for 8 hours, visiting friends and relatives throughout our journey, arriving at the hotel was indeed the highlight of our day. A great place to unwind, to put our feet up and while away the evening, and also soak up the simple luxuries the room had to offer us, including the all-important internet connection! Though boasting an entertainment centre that was close enough to walk to, our stay was never intruded upon by loud incessant music, or rowdy revellers. I highly recommend the Saujana if you're a KLite, and needing to get away from it all, without having to travel to far. For leisure tourists, the place may be a bit far off from the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur city centre, but public transportation is never too hard to get. Overall, anyone who doesn't enjoy their stay at The Saujana may just be too fickle, as it affords luxury but is indeed value for money!"

Empress Sepang Hotel
Sepang / KLIA,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"i booked this hotel at the last minute due to a 20-hour flight layover in kuala lumpur. so, i booked the closest available to the airport as i arrived at 2:30 in the morning. i booked two nights, even though i would be leaving no later than 6:30 p.m. the hotel staff were tremendous! getting me registered pronto. my room included breakfast, so they gave me tickets for two, in case i wanted to eat one early in the morning and one sort of at brunch. the staff arranged a quick car tour of the city for me, gave me two wakeup calls and provided free internet cafe. the hotel is about 40 minutes from the city and the surrounding area looks a little rundown, but don't worry about the hotel itself. it is beautiful and clean. also, the hotel had amazing christmas decorations in the lobby and restaurant...something that surprised me in malaysia. Dorsett Kuala Lumpur
Bukit Bintang,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"This is my second time staying at Dorsett Regency Kuala Lumpur Hotel. Face some hiccups in booking as we are not aware that the connecting rooms are of different room types. However, Agoda and Dorsett Regency resolve the issues before our trip. Friendly and courteous staff. The staff are efficient in their service when we requested for extra towels, newspaper and tea spoons for the cakes we purchase at their Checkers Café. The rooms are cleaned up well and properly and the young housekeeper always make sure that we have bottled water and clean towels. The food street (carpark convert to make shift stalls at night), mama shop, coffee shop selling noodles and convenience stores are just available a stone throw away. Will re-visit Dorsett Regency again after they revamp the hotel this August."

Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur
KLCC,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"Hotel Maya is absolutely unique and charming with Malaysian hospitalities, since the hotel interior designed is very attractive. Room is very big and functional for itself like bathroom is really wonderful, comfy bed and pillow also the atmosphere inside the room. Cleanliness is one of advantage point of this hotel not only room inside but almost everywhere in this hotel. Swimming pool (they called 'hydrotherapy pool') and Spa are very sanctuary, it's nice to pampers it for the relaxing time. Breakfast is awesome, varied choices and tasty! Hotel staff are OK for me. The location is really at the centre of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) but around 10-15 minutes to KLCC LRT Station and also Bukit Nanas monorail station. One thing that I think many people would concern is hotel location is beside by Islamic Cemetery BUT if you don't mind for that.,, Go ahead,, try HOTEL MAYA for once .,, and you would impress with this charming 5-star boutique hotel and I'm sure that HOTEL MAYA is one of the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur (that i have been to Kuala Lumpur many times) :)"

Sama Sama Express KLIA (Airside Transit Hotel)
Sepang / KLIA,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"I came from the US and my final destination was Myanmar. After 25 hours of plane travel and layovers, I had a 9 hour layover in Kuala Lumpur. It was GREAT to catch a few hours of sleep in a very clean and quiet atmosphere and to take a shower. They provided body soap , hand soap, shampoo, and a toothbrush, so if your personal hygeine items were in your checked luggage, you would be okay. I would absolutely recommend this place. Just mentally, after being crammed on a plane with hundreds of people, it was nice to be alone. WARNING - This hotel is rented for 6 hours, which was just right for me, but you need to know that in advance."

Sama-Sama Hotel Kuala Lumpur International Airport
Sepang / KLIA,Kuala Lumpur - View on map
"First of all, the hotel room is very quiet, although you can literally see the jets landing or taking off every few minutes. Just close the window curtain, dim the light, and you'll feel like sleeping in sanctuary. This hotel is also more luxurious than most 5-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and the room is equipped with digital pad to control lighting, smart alarm, room service, etc. And you will be shocked with its affordable price. This hotel has a tunnel to KLIA Airport, with 24-hour free buggy car service. From the hotel lobby, it will take 5 minutes to reach your room, or 3 minutes to reach the airport (with buggy car). So, it is literally faster to reach the airport than to reach your room."
