"Property is new and a little hard to locate but the location was perfect for our needs - near BU where we attended a seminar. Faith and her husband was very accommodating and easy to talk to - with our requests. I would only suggest to have the room/bathroom cleaned regularly and also change the towels/linens maybe 2x a week. No complaints anyway and will stay here again if ever I return to Legazpi."Show more

"PROS: The place is nice! AC works well. Each bed has its own socket for charging (2). Kitchen can be used for heating food and making coffee. Complete utensils. Very accomodating hosts. Strong wifi👌
CONS: Just a bit far from the main road but no worries, they got a tricy contact if you want to go to a certain place. "Show more
