Corbigoe Hotel
Westminster,London - View on map
"i booked a single room and the room i was given was so small that there was not enough space to put my bag ( i think it was room 19). the bathroom was even worse, the toilet seat was so close to the wall that one had to sit diagonally to use the toilet. the toilet/shower door could not open , one had to squeeze themselves against the wall to open the door from inside. that's how small it was! on departure; check out is 10.30 am; understandable, though my flight was at 9.00pm. so i had to wait at the reception for some friends to pick me up since i had already checked out. the reception area is very small without any chair or waiting area for customers. while waiting at the small reception area i was kicked out into the cold and was told that i could not wait at the reception because it was small and it was not allowed!!!! you can imagine being told to wait outside in that cold in december!!!! and after staying for six (6) uncomfortable nights there. i was even told that the hotel was in central london and a lot of people were looking for accommodation! Mowbray Court Hotel
Earls Court,London - View on map
"This hotel is often full; no wonder given the appalling standard of a lot of London hotels in this category. The Mowbray is a bit of a surprise inside. The common areas are light, fresh and guest friendly. The rooms vary: some are VERY small, but still adequate, while others are quite roomy. All have modern bathrooms, which is a real relief, although I would say that a bit of attention to cleaning detail now will save a lot of unnecessary maintenance later. The staff are reserved but always helpful. The location is perfect being just around the corner from Earls Court Station and busy, bustling Earls Court Road. I would definitely recommend this hotel in the three-star category; however, sometimes the price is on the high side. Book early to get value for money. "

The Z Hotel Trafalgar

"Comfortable room right in the heart of London. Room is a bit small but acceptable for the price. Free wine and cheese for all guests which was great. Room did not come with toothbrush and toothpaste but that was just a minor issue. "

St George's Hotel
Westminster,London - View on map
"This hotel is quite basic in terms of roommate facilities but great price and standard. It is in an area that provides a nice retreat from the hustle bustle yet has excellent access to easy transport to all the areas of London you want to see. Nowhere is more than a 10 min tube ride away. Also the area itself does not require travel to the city for night life as Pimlico has lots of pubs and restaurants an easy stroll away. Don't be hesitant to book, it is all h Good form your trip."

Nayland Hotel
Hyde Park,London - View on map
"So many hotels in London are criticised for small rooms. Often the condition of the interiors are rated low. The Nayland is spacious, clean and in good state of repair. The beds are comfortable and the staff are faultless. Centrally located for a wide range of pubs, restaurants, takeaways, cafes, shops, transport(Paddington Station approx 5 min walk),Hyde Park, etc."

Ibis London Earls Court Hotel
West Kensington,London - View on map
" Overall my stay at the Ibis London Earls Court hotel was good except a very unpleasant experience with one of a senior staff at the information counter on the first day. Had requested to retrieve my baggage from the depository room as I needed to take out my jacket from the baggage due to the unexpected cold weather in London (as it's my first trip in London - unaware that the weather would turn cold despite a sunny day). However, the senior staff was rude and did not want to assist me to retrieve the baggage and he complained that I was delaying his job and he could not go back to the information counter. Hence, I had to do a search and retrieve the baggage myself and had to slowly push aside other travelers' baggage before I could reach my baggage. The senior staff just stood there and kept grumbling that I could have taken my jacket out before I deposited it (my room was not ready for early check-in and thus, I had to deposit my baggage with the hotel). I was shocked by the service provided. First time encounter such service from a hotel, I had stayed at Ibis hotel in Thailand and the hotel staff there was much more service-oriented and was always willing to assist customers."

Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel
Hyde Park,London - View on map
"This is not a paid but honest sincere review on my stay here. This was my 2nd stay since Feb 2016. My recent stay from 19-28 dec was a blessed one! Im sincerely thankful to the RM for her kindness solving my accommodtion ‘hiccups’ caused by Agoda, housekeeping Mgr and Ops Mgr for accepting my apologies on my ‘blunder’ in room 505 and their premium customer service staff around esp the front counter. Rooms maybe be small, walkways maybe narrow, water pressure maybe low but friendly, approachable, patient and kind staff, perfect location, accessible amenities and public transports overuled this hotel shortcomings. We felt welcoming and no regrets staying in Berjaya. Tks for the pleasant stay BERJAYA EDEN PARK LONDON HOTEL. We left London with sweet memories you. "
