The Belgrave is modern and clean. It's rooms are pretty simple. For example, there was no mini-frig in my room. The free breakfast is not elaborate. I was a single persom in a one queen bed room and it was plenty big enough for me. I never felt cramped, although it might be for two people. My room, 215, was at the back of the building and so I found it pretty quiet, both in terms of street noise and in terms of noise from other parts of the hotel. The hotel is a two minute walk to the local tube station and I found the Northern Line of the tube system pretty handy for connecting to other lines. The hotel doesn't offer alot of extra services (such as laundry)but I always found the staff friendly and helpful. I stayed for 17 days and was happy and would stay there again. I can't compare to any other hotels in London but the Belgrave seems like pretty good value compared to other hotels a researched on the internet.

Beautiful residential area, near the embassy row. Stone's throw away from Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Easily accessible by buses and Kensington High Stree Station. Apartments have been newly revamped/upgraded. We were first assigned apartment 11 (2-bedroom) on the 4th floor but the lift break down so we were moved to apartment 1 (3-bedroom) on the lower ground floor. Both apartments are superb. Although housekeeping has to be reminded to pay attention to the details (of cleaning)

I was a bit worried before I got here because of some low rating reviews. However, while I was staying here for two days, I had no difficulty staying here except I had to jump over my carrier. At least I could leave my carrier open on the floor, though. The room was clean during the stay (hotel will NOT change your bed sheets but Will make the bed for you). Shampoo, bodywash, and soaps were refilled. The room had a good air conditioner, unlimited hot water from the shower, and a small TV which had a minor issue(maybe resolution problem). Wifi was working fine and okay speed. I was also satisfied with the breakfast buffet. It had various menus and decent taste. I liked how they took care of little details such as preparing small plastic spoons for their yogurts. Although the price wasn't cheap for me as a traveling student, but it is probably because I booked the room a day before my stay. In general, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Fab London hotel. Staff were v friendly and helpful, room was lovely and better than most London hotel we have stayed in. Location 1min walk from both Leiceter Square and Trafalgar makes it perfect fo sightseeing and theatres. Will definately return.

From being directed into the pram accessible door with ramp by the lovely porters at the front .. to having our room ready at 11am rather than 3pm by Noelle .. our whole experience at the amba hotel was 10 out of 10. Locates 2 minutes from Oxford Street .. across the road from hyde park winter wonderland .. 10-15 minutes taxi ride from Euston .. we only have praise for this hotel and can’t wait to book for next year! Our room was huge compared to other London hotels .. clean modern .. free mini bar. Just fantastic! Thankyou amba Marble Arch!

Our London trip was mainly for visiting colleges + leisure. This hotel's location was excellent - 3 minutes walk to Earl's Court Station plus anytime can get a taxi within minutes. Front desk staff and restaurant's staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable except no change for my 9 days stay ( a little boring). All the housekeeping staff could not understand English. Need to communicate via Front desk staff if necessary. Overall, one of the best 4 stars hotels you could find in London. We will surely come back again !

We only stayed at The Shard for one night as part of my 65th birthday and retirement celebration. From the moment we entered the room it was breath-taking. The view (41st floor) was truly amazing, even when it was raining in the morning. Dinner in the restaurant was of Masterchef standard i.e. exquisite. The staff made us feel like royalty. They were courteous respectful and cheerful from front of house staff through to housekeepers and waiters. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room itself was wonderful with every conceivable modern convenience and service. There was even cable internet for those without Wi Fi. We would surely recommend the Shard to anyone thinking of staying at a truly five star hotel in London.

Simply one of the best hotel in London. The rooms are great. The bed is big and comfortable, the pillows and the bed sheets are clean and comfortable. The lighting is perfect, the bathroom has heated floor, and the room temperature is just perfect. The only problem is that sometimes the card key have problem, but the receptionist could sort it out quickly. The location is very good, almost perfect. It's near to Hyde Park, near two tube station Queensway and Bayswater, and located near lots of foods and groceries. The room is also spacious, well-lit (using touch control lighting) and very clean. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We have tons of requests but they help us in all of them. They show us the best way to visit the city, show the route to the coach station, and many more.

Very good stay, hotel overall is very nice, although rooms are small in size but it's location in a very nice shopping aria cover this issue. The staff specialty the customer service are excellent ... rooms are clean, loopy hall is very nice. Yes the value is somehow high but it is in the acceptable range in London. Hotel is advisable for all kind of travelers ... food is very good... TVs channels need to be increased. Bathroom is clean and very.well covered with all necessary issues. Staff are very helpful.

At the west end of London lies the district of Hmmersmith. It is a small district but it has its own charm and tranquility afar from the bustling area of central London. The hotel is modern new and chic best suited for the family and if your on a budget. The staff are very friendly courteous and accomodating specially Victor who helped me with my questions and booking my tours around London. Free breakfast is plentiful and their packaged i cute paper bags. Only thing is the design of toilet and shower which were separate and a bit small. The hotel is 5 mins from Hammersmith station and many shops. All in all my experience is superb at this great hotel. I would recommend this and will definitely come back for more.

I know London inside out having lived there for ~20 years, and I would say this hotel is very well-located - just a very short walk from a tube station. (There are many hotels on the west side around South Kensington/Hyde Park, but really this is much more conveniently-located for Central London activities.) Another good thing about this hotel is the fact that, it is modern (many 3-4 stars hotels are have very dated decoration and facilities in London), clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, this hotel is very outstanding.

I booked the Santum Soho as we were out at the thetre and wanted it as a treat from My husband. The location is great, close to so many bars and restaurants and Carnaby Street. Our room was small but normal for a london hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a wet room. We did not use the roof top bar or the restaurants so can't comment but had a wander in the morning and the roof bar looked like it would have been fun. Minor irritations: no shower cap and it was a waterfall shower so you couldn't just have a wash without washing your hair ( I could have called for one apparently bt a bit late when you are already in the bathroom.) There is no tea and coffee making facilities (as the owner wants people to use the restaurants). I missed my morning cup of tea and didn't fancy spending £3.50 for on downstairs. The TV was on the wall to the side of the bed so if you wanted to watch something you got a crick in the neck. But these are minor and we had a great stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Churchill. It is a luxury hotel and the location is absolutely fantastic. The staff at the hotel are extremely welcoming and seem to go out of their way to do whatever you need, from the doorman to the reception to the Club staff. Really excellent. I booked a Club Room, which I highly recommend. The rooms are fairly standard, but large for UK standards. Well appointed and clean. The location is perfect. It is situated on Portman Square, which is a large park, which gives the impression of space. The hotel is a short walk to Oxford Street from which you can easily access downtown London to the left or towards Marble Arch and Harrods to the right. It is all right there. Nothing is more than a short walk away. The hotel has a small gym (don't forget to turn on the air conditioning, otherwise it gets quite warm) and is quite a happening place. There is a restaurant downstairs that seems always busy and the Churchill Bar on the corner. But if you want to get outside the hotel, there are lots of eating and drinking options that are London favourites. Room Tip: Book a Club room. The Facilities are very English and very enjoyable.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is very close to the Lamberth North tube station and buses. You can walk 10 minutes to the London Eye. Tesco Express and other convenience stores are close by. The room was very nice. The front-office staff was nice. The main problem is that the hotel is very noisy due to the vehicular traffic on the road in front of it. So you should request a quiet room not facing the traffic and on the highest floor possible. The hotel has a bunch of elevators. Another problem is that the cleaning lady can be stingy with the toiletry stuff and free water. We had 4 people. The cleaning lady did not provide enough toiletry stuff, and we had to ask for extra. The first day that we were there she put 4 free water bottles in the fridge. But the next several days she gave us only 2 water bottles. So we have to call every day to get 2 more water bottles. We paid a lot of money for the hotel. So they should not have been so stingy.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. We really felt welcomed and liked the fact that this was the first hotel in london to have the 'qibla direction' (never seen in other hotels) for prayers. The rates are affordable and the location is very convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's located very close to Edgware Underground Station. The hotel was very quiet and I slept like a rock. The hotel is within walking distance from Regent's and Hyde Park. I guess this is my new favourite London hotel.

I absolutely love this hotel, from arrival you get the stunning views of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben across the Bridge. The entrance with clear signs on where to go (even though there are a lot of different places to go). The spacious elevators with their colour changing lights. When I walked in the room I was greeted with light streaming through the glass of the windows which wet the full width if the room and an introductory video for the hotel. I managed to easily find out further information by flicking through the different options on the TV. Any time I needed to ask questions the staff members engaged in genuine conversation even though they were busy, it really made me feel that they valued me as an individual and not just to see me as one of the many people they must have staying at the hotel. All of this went towards me having a fantastic stay in London. I don't think I'll go to any other hotel in London now I've stayed here.

lovely stay at the Z, great service by the staff during our trip last weekend. able to drop our bags off in the morning before check-in to go round london. free cheese and wine every night between 5-8pm which is always busy and a lovely atmosphere in a boutiquey hotel and dining area. the rooms are small which is expected for a building of its size but more than enough when your visiting london as your out throughout the day and evening. beds were good though. typical modern hotel glass bathroom/shower area but the sink area is small and awkward but good shower. full sky tv in the rooms too with all the channels which is great and free wifi which is added bonuses as most chain hotels charge for wifi and dont have full tv package. air con unit is locked and can only change the temp but our room didnt get cold for the temperature and windows cant be opened so was a bit warm but fine but maybe the unit needed a check/service. would definitely stay here again though as for the price and location and free extras its unbeatable and its only a couple mins walk from traf square so your saving money you would spend on a cheaper hotel further outer london needing to get tube/train into central london. great service by all the staff too!!

I have stayed at the Tune Hotel before and this is my go-to London hotel! Located just down the road from King's Cross it's in a perfect location to get anywhere via Underground. The rooms can be quite small but are clean. Compared to the cost of other central London hotels, this place is inexpensive but you get a clean, well-kept room for the minimal price you pay. I've stayed in other higher star rated hotels that were dumps compared to this place. Highly recommended for solo or pair travelers!

great hotel with very helpful staff. amazing location next to st. paul's cathedral. room service was lovely and not too pricey. room was a bit small but to be expected in a london hotel. only problem for us was there was no parking available and we couldnt find the car park they suggested as there were roadworks everywhere so we ended up paying for parking for an overnight stay in a ncp car park. overall loved the hotel and would definitely stay again!!

London House hotel is a good place to stay. The front desk staffs are very helpful. The cleaners always do the cleaning well. Taking the room with the garden view is recommended as every morning you will feel very refreshed just looking through the window. There are also some snack machine at the lobby if you wish to eat something. I am curious if the toilet amenities can include Toothbrush and toothpaste, it will be best. London House Hotel is quite near to both Bayswater and queenways station which is the best location to stay.

our room was gorgeous and very comfortable. location was super, walking distance to most of London's main attractions. and, there was a bus stop very close. we paid a bit extra , when we arrived, to upgrade to a better view. well worth it! a "million dollar" view of London! compared to other London hotels, we found online, this price was SUPER, for what we got! We would love to stay there again, and see more of London, as 3 days was not long enough.

this really is one of the best hotels i have stayed in within london, for a long time! i really couldn't fault it! (and we stay in a lot of hotels worldwide!) from the minute we arrived, for the whole weekend, the staff were really friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you (even offering free cheese and wine in the evening!) the room was fairly small (as you would expect in a boutique hotel in london), but was exceptionally comfortable with a huge bed and all mod cons. we loved the modern element of the glass walled shower room that's part of the whole room and the huge flatscreen tv with sky tv! bonus! it is also literally a minutes walk from victoria station and tube and london's museums and buckingham palace are just a short walk through beautiful belgravia... this really is a jewel in victoria's crown and we loved it and will definitely visit again! thank you!

it was well worth the money for a central hotel in london the staff where excellent and friedly,the service ,food,and very clean hotel. the only thing was it was a bit of a walk from the tube station at westminster but that was my choice to walk and not get a taxi (cheaper)

the hotel was newly renovated, all the rooms were furnished modern and the bathrooms were also very modern and clean. we were impressed by the value we received for such a good price. it's hard to find a hotel in london that is not oldish or run down. the staff was very friendly and helpful and always available. the gym was out of order, but that's ok. the location of the hotel was right next to a tube station, very convenient.

My first impression when arrive to this hotel was WOW .. cos I can feel the luxury in this hotel ... and what more that my room was upgraded to the bigger one which was so spacious yet the number so scary "444" but Praise the Lord that everything was okay during our stay as God protected us :-) The location is opposite the railway station and there were some buses stops nearby the hotel, so it;s so convenient if you want to go anywhere in London city by bus or by train. The facilities itself are so great, we can have fitness and indoor pool, sauna, and you can eat fruits for free everyday there. Definitely nice to stay here in Landmark London hotel yet it's a bit pricey.

The Pilgrim is now my favourite hotel in London. It’s not only tastefully done but it’s clean, and has everything you need, with understated efficiency. There’s no fuss, no process, no uniforms, just fantastic service, comfort ,and decor . Everything was perfect.

Our stay was excellent. The service of the staff was excellent and personable: it seemed like the entire staff, even those we hadn't yet met, recognized my sister and I after one day of our being there. Upon arriving to London, we realized we had mistakenly booked a room with a double bed instead of one with two single beds. A room changed was facilitated almost seemlessly after one night (we stayed there a week). Our room was excellent and was very well cleaned each morning, and the free breakfast was nice and generous. The location is fantastic, about a 1 minute walk to Earl's Court tube station. The price was very reasonable (for London standards). Our vacation was greatly facilitated by the Mayflower Hotel: if their prices remain reasonable, I probably will try to stay there every time I visit London.

I have just returned from a 3-night stay at Flemings hotel in London and I am NOT looking forward to my own bed, for a change! I experienced the most restful nights in the lovely, perfectly spotless room (classic double). This relatively small hotel is wonderful even before getting to it: the location (a couple of minutes' walk from Green Park and then on a short delightful stroll - or jog - to Buckingham Palace, underground station, buses, the Royal Academy of Arts, then the iconic Piccadilly Circus), the quiet, totally safe, elegant street, the refined exterior. Once past the door, you're greeted by always smiling, efficient, helpful, yet discreet and unintimidating staff. The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for London standards (undoubtedly, our American friends will find it quite small, but I will repeat "for London standards"; I stayed in a couple of otherwise excellent and more expensive hotels in central London, and the difference in size is impressive!). Immaculate, quiet, no view to speak of, as I was at the back and could mainly see some air-conditioning boxes and walls, but one assumes that being in London you want to look at the view once outside!), everything in perfect working order, excellent plumbing and water pressure (another possible issue in London hotels...). A small extra point - it was a pleasure to walk down the corridor to my room with lovely classic film stars tasteful black and white photos on the walls; to sneak a secret smile and wink to Gregory Peck each morning and evening was a treat!!

Overall my stay exceeded expectations. Awesome location , the suite I booked was great for my friend and me for the three nights. The biggest call out is the staff - they were very friendly and extremely helpful. They allowed me to leave my bags for a few days while I travelled a bit of Europe, this was greatly appreciated! Thank you guys! The only down side was the check in - after 23hrs of travel and arriving at 8.30 am , the room being available, could not be prioritised for cleaning until 2pm! This i could not understand but that said the ladies at the reception were awesome and very understanding. Overall, I’ll definitely come back here and would recommend to my friends travelling to London to stay here.
