The Air Con is brand LG which has a fan mode of low & is medium-low quiet, don't know why the fan "Super Low" can't be set though, otherwise, it'll be the best for the sleeping. But compare to other hotel using the Central Air system, it's a lot quiet. TV should includes Amarin, and many more of Digital TVs. I like the shower head & the water pressure here. The breakf...

We read other reviews and are not sure we agree with all of them. Yes, the staff speak little English, but they were very kind and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed, and looking at the tile work and decoration, a lot of care has gone into them. Can’t remember when I last saw a bathroom tiled to the ceiling. Sure, breakfast is basic, but it has everything for a nice q...

Having lived in Nakhon Sawan a few years ago, I have always thought this vibrant city needed a modern hotel catering for travelers, tourists and professional visitors. In the Paradiso JK Design Hotel, that's exactly what it has now got, and it is amazing value for money. The location, on the Phitsanulok Road, though not in the hub of the city, is easy to locate and ide...

We were travelling south from Chiang mai in the car and needed to find somewhere to stop for the night so I logged into the Agoda app on my iphone and found this new hotel in Nakhon Sawan. we didn't have a printer obviously so when we arrived at 10:20pm at night all I could do was show the girl on reception, the confirmation on my iphone, this was no problem for them, ...

I am now a member of the Boycott Hop Inns Club. They would not accept my Thai driving license (which has my passport number on its face as the ID number), with no explanation for why. I live in Thailand and do not carry my passport. I've been to hundreds of Thai hotels and never had a problem with the drivers license. In Nakhon Sawan there are better value hotels, sure...

I just spent 15 nights at the Aramis Hotel in Nakhon Sawan and it was a wonderful experience. The Staff was as Friendly and helpful as any staff that I have encountered in a long time. I travel frequently and will be returning to Nakhon Sawan again in October for 2 weeks. The Aramis will again be my choice hotel. The Hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, the room w...

Having visited Nakhon Sawan many times but never stayed overnight we decided to stop over on our trip to Chiang Rai. I booked the room on Agoda at lunch time and we were checking in at the hotel by 4pm. It was easy to find with a big clear sign and even easier to park with a big clear car park. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived which was not entirely unsur...

A nice place with clean well maintained and tastefylly furnished rooms. Very high standard. Well placed. Right behind the Nahon Sawan beautiful park, walking distance to the licely night bazar. The yellow hop on/hop off taxi gets you there from the busvterminal for 10 Bahts. Nakhon sawan wat is a few blicks down to the left. And warth a visit at prayer times Very comf...

This is a nice place to stay for those who don't want to stay in the middle of Nakhon Sawan. The hotel lobby was being renovated, and the entire hotel appeared to have been upgraded recently. The room was large by Thai hotel standards, and the bathroom was reasonably well-sized, and included a bathtub. Typical of most hotels I have used in Thailand, the Internet (free ...

The bed is neither spring or foam mattress, very hard, and towels are thin and useless. The owner is very uncompromising. He didn't make up the room or rectify some room problems despite given him the key. Soap holder, sink and tap are all rusty in room 407. It is 2 km away from the city centre and out of the songtheaw route. His young daughter and wife are more hel...

The Tamsabai Hotel is a modern hotel located just outside the city 5k from Bueng Boraphet main entry (aquarium); built in 2014. The rooms a clean, large and quiet. The hotel is set back from the road so there is minimal noise and provides a great sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful and provide a free simple breakfast of coffee and sweets. The hotel is located...

My second stay in Wangpla Villa Resort, and we would certainly book again on our next trip to Nakhon Sawan. The chalets are excellent, with large ensuite, comfortable beds, refrigerator and flat screen TV. Very clean, serviced daily, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We availed of the restaurant, and the food was of a high standard and reasonly priced. The complim...

Tone and friendliness were not appropriate. True, my wife should have checked first, whether payment is still required, but the issue could have been resolved in a more pleaseant manner. Also, complaining that a light was left on, when everybody went out for dinner, and that insects could have entered the room seems a bit much.

Stayed for 10 days visiting family. Delux room was spacious for the price, decent sized fridge, aircon worked, plates and other things if you want to grab street food. Staff were polite and friendly but couldn't speak English. Wasn't an issue as with Google translate you can get the message across. Need a car/bike if you want to stay here. Limited street side parking...

For an overnight stopover the Infinite is fine; although depending on your travel route, it could be out of the way. Nice though because it is not in the middle of the busy town. Could be problematic as there is no restaurant and none very close by. It is a very comfortable overnight stay. Mostly quite clean. Someone did forget to clean the bathroom mirror however!

Location is great for travelers needing a stop for the night. Very clean, huge room, covered parking right outside of each door, quiet. No frills, but had everything we needed - air con, fan, cold waters awaiting in the fridge. We used Google directions and it was very easy to find - a well-lit sign and friendly staff, even late at night. Will definitely stay here aga...

I am having cycling trip around Thailand,my plan is just stay one night here, but this place is so good that I spent one more day to relax. The staff is so kind and friendly. Surrounding is very comfortable, tennis , boating and more fun here.Best choice:)

Daily rooms group d floor have an extra door and private parking area. Huge double doors if you want to let air in. Nice surroundings and garden area behind . I actually decided to make it my monthly stay.. it's a bit of a classy establishment. Very clean and roomy. Has elevator. Local sellers and shops are walking distances but better with motorcycle. Staff is very ...

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms with wifi internet and LCD TVs (thai channels only). If you have to stay 1-2 nights on the budget in Nakhon Sawan this place is good for sleep. No restaurant on the resort's place but there is a restaurant/bar next to it with live music at nights. The place is quite hard to find, it's far from the main roads but asking around the local...

What a strange place! In the middle of nowhere, tucked away in the bushes off the Asian Highway, and after 10km driving down dirt and gravel tracks, suddenly you see a few pink huts. Welcome to the Country Lake Resort! There were two German visitors there when we stayed (God only knows how they found it), but the staff were lovely, the food was great and the rooms were...

This is a budget hotel with nice clean rooms and friendly front desk staff who are more than happy to help you in any way. The only slight complaint I have is that the hotel is not easy to find as it is not on the main street, but inside a very narrow alley. At the same time, it does have a small advantage in that it is more quiet and secluded inside the alley. On the...

New hotel in the suburb of Nakhon Sawan, you may have your own vehicle to stay here due to 5-6 km. from downtown. About 500 metres to find restaurants and convenient store. Functional room and good atmosphere. Unstable wifi signal. Cleanliness is one of the good touching point of this hotel.

Traveler impressions of Nakhon Sawan
This area is the place for stop for rest between central area and northern area only. If you would like to sightseeing should be from 15.
It is a nice city for a short stop when you are travelling more North, stay a couple of nights, you will like it.
Seems to be a pretty good sized town with most of the amenities one would need, a good stop for travellers.
I have been travelling to Nakhon Sawan for the past 5 years. I notice it much more Foreign friendly as more signs in Thai and English .
the center for travel to other province , big city and eazy to go from bkk , and can stop for take some rest if feel tried coz this province is center in thailand
Pretty dull typical Thai town, nothing special unless you need something specific (e.g. visit family / certain company) overthere.
A friendly city with a vast difference in cultures and food tastes, will cater for your own particular taste in foods almost everywhere.

Because the small city is a transportation hub for this region, taking the train to Nakhon Sawan Train Station is a great way to arrive into the city. There are several hotels near the train station, and getting around the city is easily done by motorcycle taxis and local buses.
Nakhon Sawan is not a big city, but because it’s where the rivers Nan and Ping intersect, so the lazy riverside life is very much alive. There are several hotels near the popular attraction of Bung Boraphet, which is the largest freshwater lake in this part of the country. This is a great attraction for marine life enthusiasts, and also features a crocodile farm and aquarium.
Hotels near Pak Nam Pho are a great choice for travelers that are interested in taking part in some of the nightlife in the area, as this central location is where the food stalls, small markets, and neighborhood bars seem to converge. Although Nakhon Sawan may not see as many western tourists as the more popular northern city of Chiang Mai, it’s a great place to try some of the famous northern Thai dishes and get to interact with the locals.
