Hotel is behind Apte Road just behind FC Road so the street noise is minor. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Best waffles I have had while on a travel anywhere. The rooftop was also great for watching IPL games on their big wall. Roomss were neat and clean. I will stay here on my next visit to Pune.

Stayed there for 11 days and I would say excellent service. Nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms and facilities. Great room service, foods though a bit pricey and special mention to Sushant who was very concerned about how we found our food, very nice guy. There's a lot of choices for breakfast with very attentive staffs who always encouraged us to try the local Indian food, which we did and did not regret our choices. We also had a great experience using the taxi service. We had Shrikant Sajjan drive us to Mahabaleshwar and around Pune, and he was excellent. All of the staff never failed to greet us and ask us what we needed. This is my best ever hotel experience so far.

i loved staying in this hotel. the apartment was comfortable, clean, well maintained and spacious. kitchen was well appointed with a fridge, stove, all utensils, toaster, drip coffee maker. complimentary tea, instant coffee and 2 bottles of water daily. free use of laundry washing machine and dryer, and they provide washing powder at the front desk. the hotel provides a free auto rickshaw service within pune area which was perfect for me to attend the osho commune retreat centre in the mornings (which is only a 10 minute walk back to the hotel). breakfast was an extensive buffet with local, indian and western foods, and was good quality and very tasty. they cook eggs to order. staff were very friendly and helpful. i would definitely stay here again.

We stayed only for 2 nights but that was all the time Corinthians needed to make a lasting impression on us. Every employee we met, from doorman to senior managers there were extremely hospitable and genuinely interested in our welfare and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible, frequently checking in to see if there was anything more they could do for us. Corinthians Resort will always be the place we'd pick to stay in Pune. Thanks to all the wonderful people who made our stay there so wonderful and hats off to the management for putting together such a great team!

Stayed at St. Laurn for 2 nights in an executive twin room. The room was perfect, spacious, could adjust the aircon to my liking, good bathroom, what more do you want? Breakfast was included and it was okay, with the usual order your own dosa etc. The room service was good as well, with a variety of choices of Indian and Western food. Loved the Muligatawny soup. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well. The location is just perfect for exploring Pune and if you need an auto rickshaw or a cab, it was no problem to get one. Koregaon Park area has some lovely alleys and streets lined with trees with little cafes and restaurants with gardens. For the price paid, it is very value for money! Will stay here again if I come back to Pune.

We loves this hotel! Amazing staff all very polite and professional. The breakfast was amazing, some of the best food we had in India was from the hotel. The room was also just great- huge bed, clean great view. No complaints

The hotel was ok, the room 422 was good, but the facilities was horrible. There was NOTHING in the bathroom, NO lotion, liquid soap for bathing and liquid shampoo. I have travelled and stayed even in a 2 star hotel where they provided everything. This is supposed to be a 4 star Hotel. I had to literally beg for lotion, then when i went for a shower, there was NO shower cap, so when i called the reception saying there is NO shower cap, he turns around and tells me that only if we ask for one they provide, that too after half an hour the shower cap was provided after calling the reception over and over again. Will never stay there.again, was very disappointed with the service. Even at breakfast the staff was NOT at all helpful :(

Excellent Service. Personell at reception and restaurant was always very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping Service provided by Mr. Pravin was extraordinary. I will surely choose this Hotel again for my next trip to Pune. Unreserverved recommendation!

I have stayed here 5 times in the past 2 months. This review is after 5 different experiences. The Hotel Location is a big plus point. Under 10 minutes from Station, touches the M G Road/Eat Streets. Provides quick connectivity to Swargate (15 mins). The staff at the hotel is courteous and polite. The rooms are good and well maintained. It's an old hotel, so some squeaks here and there can be expected. Jyoti and Krishna at the front desk have been very helpful at all times. The hotel seems to support local products as I see the paper napkins etc are sources from local (Pune) vendors. So, that's great! Overall, I recommend this hotel to everyone. They don't allow your guests to the room under any circumstances. If you expect guests during the day time, you should book for those many heads. Or, if you have already booked solo/double occupancy and expect guest during the day, they will charge you a nominal fee and then let them to your rooms. Which is fair.

Hotel Sagar Plaza I booked for nostalgia. 25yrs ago my Father had brought me to this four star hotel for my engineering admission process. This time I got my kids. The hotel is nice although furniture looks a bit outdated and bathroom water flow etc could be better. What makes it great four star stay is the staff. They are super excellent. The breakfast is good and staff there are very friendly and helpful. The reception staff Vikas went out of his way to help my multiple times. When my flights needed to be changed I used his phone and more importantly I needed the EPL channels on my room tv which weren’t there. In 2hrs he arranged for another set top box in my room and I got all my beloved sports channels here. I will return and stay and Sagar Plaza whenever am at pune. i travel to pune very often for my bussiness,this was first time i stayed at royal suites & i can say its very good hotel royal to stay.hotel is located in middle of pune city .food is great.service is exelent.rooms are specious .love to stay here again.royal orchid golden suites is recomended by me.

This is a hotel located in the best upcoming area of pune. Exactly opposite inorbit mall and next to phoenix mills. We stayed in ambiente room which was pretty big. The room interiors are five star. Room view was really great. The deal through agoda was really good. Amenities like swimming pool and health club are good. Hospitality is fantastic. Overall a great discovery for stay in pune.

I was very impressed by the economical and trendy design, space saving, yet not compromising ample room space. Walking distance to Phoenix Marketcity and a short auto ride away from Koregaon Park and Aga Khan Palace. Much thanks to the staff at the reception, one of them drove us all the way to Swargate to catch our bus back, even though he wasn't familiar with roads in Pune.

we loved this hotel - the best stay of our entire 2+ months in india. yes, you pay a bit more, but it was worth every penny, especially if you can get an agoda rate. we arrived completely worn out from aurangabad, where we’d witnessed a petty thief getting beaten. needless to say, we were pretty down about india and tired. when we explained this to the hotel, nicholas the concierge took such good care of us, we felt like we were back in a modern western city. have never seen this kind of hospitality before in india at this level of hotel (usually would have to get it at high-end places like taj/oberoi). after viewing a number of rooms that were not to our liking (carpet, cigarette smells, near conference hall), nicholas promptly called the front desk and within a few minutes showed us the zen studio, which was great. huge room with 1.5 bathrooms, separate living room, and nice bedroom. marble bathroom w/tub-and-shower and separate stall shower with rainhead fixture. best of all, they gave it all free as a complimentary upgrade. top floor room with many windows overlooking the busy street but we heard little/no sound. breakfast was awesome: huge buffet spread of indian and western items, with eggs and dosa cooked to order, + delicious fresh yogurt, fruits, and even cheese, which my wife loves. on day 2 when they didn’t have a cheese platter, my wife asked if she could get some cheese and one of the waiters kindly brought her a large plate of it. on day 3 when we walked into the breakfast room, the same waiter greeted us and asked if my wife would like some cheese again – wow! never had this kind of service in india…top notch! the rooftop pool isn’t great – a bit dirty and too many pigeons hanging around, not to mention it was freezing, but it felt good for a late afternoon dip after a hot day in pune. it closes around 6pm as there’s a restaurant up there in the evenings. loungers were covered with pigeon poop and could have been better maintained.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. place was clean; we especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere away from the hussle bussle of the city and the view onto a Mango Orchard behind the hotel. great breakfast room for improvement: internet coverage could be a bit better; there were some issues quite a few times. pool needed clean-up Spa area was closed

I stayed over for a night, booked a suite. The hotel is in a bad condition. Unlike what you see in the pictures. The lift itself isn't clean and not maintained. There were two TVs in the room, none s working. No matter how many times i called up the room service, they couldn't make it run. They say the wifi is free, but you would not be able to connect it. Trust me, I'm a Software engineer and i know stuff. It's just a bluff. We ordered chicken starter and main course, which was very pathetic. Very bad experience.

In India even if you keep glass in washroom to indicate the tap water is drinkable, its not really authentic, so some kind of filter water should be provided and not to mention FREE OF COST.

We went here second time in a year since we liked it first time..the property is pristine and calm amidst the madness of Pune..hotel offers a lot to everyone from adults to kids..rooms are spacious and well laid out..food is ok and could be improved..this time because of a marriage happening same time the staff was over stretched affecting restaurants..but overall a stay for memory

Clean, silent good restaurant and room service. Breakfast is complete. We just missed filtered coffee and maybe some sunbeds in the swimming pool. Staff was always very kind and willing to help any time. We will come back in our next time in Pune.

Though in a pristine location, the hotel was quite dirty. I had high expectations being a 4-star hotel, but those expectations died out after I saw my room. The floor was unclean and there were bed bugs. The restaurant were we dined at night was not clean when we went for breakfast. I was also under the impression that the breakfast was complimentary, which I found was incorrect when we were checking out in the morning. Overall, I could have stayed at a better hotel with the slashed rates available at Pune.

Clean hotel friendly staff enough space for couple. Location is clean for Pune understanding. Breakfast is modust. So if you book for less than 63 euro per night its really good

Sorry for late intimation. But on arrival at the hotel we came to know that breakfast was not included in this package. We had to manage on our own.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Breakfast Options most are Indians, Foreign boarder may not like. Other everything is very good.

It was our first stay in Hyatt chain of hotels. As a brand we had our own set of expectations and to our surprise it did meet all our expectations. Hyatt Place is situated at the start of Hinjewadi which is quite accesible from Mumbai Pune expressway. The check in formalities was done with an ease and in no time. Thanks to the wonderful staff. The hotel has a extra ordinary safety for the guests were u need to swipe ur card in the lift and so u r only eligible to press the floor wer u stayin and hence cannot access the other floors (u can access the common floors of resturants,gym,pool,etc) We had our lunch n breakfast at the hotel itself. The breakfast has a wide spread of menu and everything is just made to perfection. Though the hotel needs to open some more inhouse resturants as currently they just have one resturant. The rooms are clean and designed to have a relaxing stay. We had a good city view from our room. All in all a good place to stay.

This is my fav. hotel in Pune. They staff are very good, personable and take care. The restaurant makes great food. Its a nice hotel. Rooms are well furnished and they have good wifi, etc. Close to the IT parks.

This is the best option as budget hotel in Chinchwad area. Good food and very clean Hotel.

1. The hotel is good with reasonable price offered. 2. Hotel staff`s said YES for everything but didnt turn out to fulfill what has been spoken 3. Location wise, a little hidden i assume 4. Food choice are limited

Hotels often lack that ingredient which separates the mediocre from special. This hotel has most things..but is missing zing. Colour schemes, freshness of plywood, and that last mile element of care for detail. Lighting and colour needs to change,

I stayed in the hotel for three days and it was a pleasure to say the least. The staff was very hospitable and generous. The rooms were extremely clean and well decorated. The food was delicious and the buffet breakfast use to be the high point of my day with a lot of variety. I would definitely give it a 5 star rating and would recommend this to anyone visiting pune as the location is also very nice as its just 3 kms from the airport and in the main hub of the city. With many good shopping centers around it. Happy Traveling!!
