Traveling to China? Find Wuxi hotels

You can enjoy a good view of Wuxi from your high floor room. But changing of lift is a little troublesome. Overall a nice stay. Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, courtesy staff.

Great location, in shopping area. Located 5 min drive away from Wuxi Railway Station. Friendly & helpful staffs. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Taxi to Lingshan from the hotel cost ¥100. Also there's a bus stop nearby to the hotel to Lingshan only cost ¥2 but long journey. Overall good experience.

If you are traveling to Wuxi and looking for a great hotel that is close to the Airport , I would recommend Pullman. Too bad we left at 5am for our flight and missed the breakfast but ourother friend who stayed , told us that the breakfast hav a great selection . Would certainly choose Pullman on my next trip to Wuxi

The check in staff were excellent, as were the restaurant and door/concierge staff. The hotel is located very close to Lihu so if that is what you are looking for it is a great location. A little far from New Town if that is what you prefer. The gym and pool facilities were not as the website indicated and I confess to finding them disappointing. Not 5 star cleanliness in the gym and pool and a public gym not simply hotel facility. The hot dip pool was colder than the main pool, which was absolutely freezing. Evening buffet ok ish, though the front desk staff member who handled our dinner voucher request at the excellent advice of the restaurant staff, was brusque at best, he seemed to try to turn this around once he realised I spoke Chinese, however more politeness should have been present from the outset. The breakfast was excellent, a very wide choice available, well stocked and attentive staff given it was extremely busy! Early check in and late check out facilitated which was much appreciated indeed.

Excellent stay, welcoming staff (with warm cookie was a nice touch!)and in the evening walking distance to several restaurants. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Wuxi and make it longer non-business trip.

I stay here 3 days this time and it is always great to come to Millennium Hotel in Wuxi. It has a nice garden great food and very quite. Though it is raining for 2 of the 3 days tht I am there. I am still enjoying my stay there.

Staff are very helpful, friendly and attention to details. The staff at the front was very proactive, not only helping to make sure we don't get rip off by taxi, also came to check the lift button when he saw the people were waiting at the foyer. Receptionist also helped for arrange pick up and tours for us. Hotel is close to subway. Room is clean and good size. Breakfast is ok. Will choose this hotel again next time in Wuxi.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in while in China. This a true 5 star hotel. The room was fantastic, it was very large, large TV, large bed, just amazing. The bathroom and shower were fantastic. The food was brilliant, dinner and breakfast. The staff were very nice, very helpful, almost all could speak english. I would suggest other so called 5 star hotels (crown plaza, hilton) to visit this hotel and see how a 5 star hotel should be. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Wuxi, it is the very best hotel in the area and one of the best in China.

I'm very satisfied with my stay in this place. It's located near department stores, bakery. A very good place to wander around when i finished my tour schedule. This place also has a good security system, since anonymous can't enter the room section without owning the hotel card. So, it's pretty comfortable. The room, is beyond our expectation. The room is very clean, spacious bathroom, big and clean bed. Further more, when I got problem with the wifi in my room, the technical person quickly visited my room to help me fixed the problem. I truly recommend this place when you visit Wuxi :)

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views of the city, rooms start on the 40th floor. The hotel is located right smack in the city centre with the pedestrian shopping region just downstairs. Lots of food stalls and restaurants to try out, all at very cheap prices. Shopping malls are abound.

The hotel is conveniently located in Jiangyin City (5 minutes by taxi to Wanda Plaza or Downtown. If you choose to walk its only 20 minutes (1.6km). The staffs are friendly and very helpful especially Shir Wang. She spoke good english, very friendly and always be helpful. She seems to have good skills and experience in working at 5 star hotel before

I was a little apprehensive about staying in Wuxi, as it's not a tourist town and I have very limited Chinese skills. However, staff went out of their way to be friendly and communicate, ensuring I got to town and the airport on time. There's no doorman so staff would run up to the door to open it for me, and when I left a small tip under the pillow for housekeeping and they tried to give me the money back! Rooms are a good size and stylishly appointed, particularly the bathroom, and it's not too noisy.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and has a very modern minimalist design which gives you a very peaceful feel.

The hotel location shown in the map in agoda.com is incorrect. The hotel is located at the corner of Airport Road and Gaolang Road instead. I traveled to Wuxi airport. Therefore I booked one night in this hotel for transit and travel to Shanghai the following day. This is a new hotel built in 2014 in a new district in Wuxi, so the taxi driver may not know the way to the hotel. I had to show taxi driver the direction from the airport. The hotel is close to the airport though. It is just about 10 minutes ride by taxi and it costs around 23 yuan. You can also take the airport bus which cost 5 yuan and get off the first stop from the airport (there is no stop on the way back to airport though). It takes 20 mins to travel by taxi or one hour by bus to the train station. Next to the airport is a shopping mall with restaurant. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor just outside the hotel. Check-in took about 10 minutes as the staff had to scanned my friend and my passport. The room was spacious with a King size bed. It is actually a service apartment. It is equipped with a stove top and a microwave oven so you can cook in the room. The toilet does not have bathtub, but it is provided with all amenities. The hotel has a gym room but we don't use it. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. They serve Chinese, Western and Japanese food and fresh cook eggs. Highly recommended if you are traveling to Wuxi airport.

I enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep after my day in Wuxi. It was convenient for my meeting locally and easy taxi ride to the station for my ongoing journey. Friendly welcome when I arrived at midnight and speedy check in and out. I've stayed there before and will do again in future.

The hotel is conveniently located and just minutes away from the Heliekou train station. The staff at the reception and concierge were efficient and friendly. We wanted to travel from Wuxi to Wuzhen, a water village near Shanghai and Wuxi. The staff at the concierge gave excellent and precise information on how we can get there. We enjoyed our stay due to the outstanding level of hygiene of the hotel rooms. Thank you, Sheraton Binhu for the wonderful experience.

Staff are very helpful and most speak good English. Room was sufficiently large enough with comfortable beds. Breakfast was "reasonable". Easy access to main road routes. Cons: Temperature in the room could not be got below 24 deg no matter what set on the AC. Internet was vastly overpriced at 50RMB/day, with no discount for longer stays. Restaurant completely unable to cope with demand during breakfast when hotel busy, most food plates remaining unfilled for LONG periods, and no cups or glasses. No information in rooms of service prices, ie Spa prices, or Hotel Restaurant offerings / prices. A little far from anything, taxi / car needed to go most places

The stay is fine. The reception is good. The stay is a service apartment but hotel. The service might a 4 star hotel. Good for stay more than days with budget.

Rate was great. Fitness was great. Staff was great. Only thing we did not like is breakfast, which selection was huge but not impressive. Anyway, we still rate it 9 out of 10. Their Chinese restaurant was also very good.

we booked last minute and booked a 2 bedroom apartement because of the space and the 2 seperate bedrooms. our 2 oldest kids (4&6) slept in the double bed and my wife an me with our 2 year old in the other bed. walking distance of bars and massage places

The location was good for where we were heading (Wuxi Sports Center 无锡新体育中心), and it was pretty easy to get places from there by bus or walking. As you walk into the courtyard to get to the hostel, it looks shady and there is currently construction going on, but the hostel itself is very nice and the construction wasn’t ongoing at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage there early in the morning before our room was available. The walls aren’t super thick so you could hear people in the hallway if they were talking, but generally people were quiet and we had a pleasant stay.

Really this is very good located hotel at Wuxi city , it is also very near to wuxi train station, the staff are very friendly where there are some different types of restaurant facility available in this hotel. Hope every one will enjoy this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Wuxi Marathon starting point. and also close to city centre. But there isn't any fine dinning around, have to take taxi.

it's very low price so do not expect free paper slippers, toothpaste or toothbrush. but you can always purchase from vending machine at the lobby. blanket is available upon request. location is near city centre but surrounding is quiet. bus station is just in front of hotel, offering almost every attraction by a single bus journey. to the right on the street lines a row of restaurants though the dumpling local delight is the best.

A dream come true, for someone who needs a quiet stay in the country side, away from the city noise. Very hard for the taxi driver to find the place from the Wusi train station. Also known as Lakeview hotel and Park hotel. Walking distance (1km) to Turtle Head national park. Very romantic area Many sightseeing places around the hotel. We should have stayed more nights. Lake Taihu is very nice. We were on low season in August, so not crowded. The hotel also provides in the basement game rooms, Arcade, Karaoke, pool table. The big restaurant offers excellent view on the lake and delicious food.

Really newly opened, hotel signs are still not ready. But staff are really helpful and nice. And there is a big supermarket, convenient stores, coffee shops around. Convenient location. Worth the stay.

everything is OK, but there are not convenient so we can't have lunch at hotel restaurant around 2p.m.

Strategically located beside the Great Cannel of China，the hotel is a good place for both business travellers and tourists. Across the cannel to the east is the downtown area of Wuxi city. Driving to the west you will reach the famous Lake Tai， which is the signature attraction of Wuxi. The Chinese food restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Wuxi,featuring famous Wuxi pork rib, Xiao Long Bao and assorted vegetables. There is a swimming pool and gym in the third floor. You can even enjoy swimming in winter time. It is a memorable stay in the hotel.

My stay at this hotel was comfortable. The first room offered - a Superior Room that was reserved online, was not exclusively a non-smoking room. I was told this was a "business room". An alternative room was offered at an additional cost of RMB100 per night to the online reservation . This room was a better standard but still not exclusively non-smoking. The online booking system is not clear for room type and the hotel policy on smoking is not clear. Staff were courtious and handled everything very well. I would still use this hotel again because of convenience for business and other than the first room offered it was entirely satisfactory.
