Top notch staff, excellent breakfast.”
This place is amazing. Definitely pricey but it's in a great location (you walk out the door and there's an escalator down to the train station... and Starbucks). The breakfast is amazing (japanese options, north american style options like eggs/bacon/benny, fruits, vegetables, croissants, etc.!). Concierge is super helpful. If you're new to Japan, make sure you forward your luggage from location to location rather than taking it with you from city to city.
Best receptionist in the world”
The hotel is a short walk to the local station, maybe five to ten minutes. You can walk to Ginza Mitsukoshi in twenty minutes and the fish market in fifteen. You must visit the market in the day, bustling, crowded and fascinating. At night it is quiet but the sushi restaurants are amazing. So the hotel is well located. It is spotless, very well cleaned. The facilities are good, the restaurants are very nice, but maybe not the best, hence four rather than five stars. However the sushi bar was amazing, a bit expensive, but great fun and tasty. The room was well laid out, good sized lounge, comfy bed and great bathroom. The receptionist, Yukiko, was the best I have experienced in a five star or any star hotel around the world, and I have stayed in a few. She combined politeness, friendliness, helpfulness and patience, an absolute star.
This is THE BEST hotel I ever stay in Tokyo in the last 15 years! The room is huge in Tokyo hotel standard, breath taking view, excellent service, nice pool, only downside is pricey but its definitely worth it.
The view from the room is superb. Breakfast didnt change for 3 consecutive days. Although location was not what i expected it to be because ginza is about 20 mins away with strollers and kids in tow. They can improve on providing cheaper alternative food like vendo machines nearby/ convenience store
A hotel with sheer luxury! The room with a stunning view of Tokyo Bay was a huge plus. The guest relation manager gave a warm welcome despite the initial hiccups when checking in. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
Truly, a great hotel”
Great hotel with excellent service. The room rate might be quite expensive but then again, I got discount :) The location was very strategic, near to Ginza and station. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I almost forget that I was there for business trip , not vacation
Personalised service ”
Thank you Mr. Lambert for your warm welcome and personalised service. We were travelling with a toddler. Upon check-in, toddler was presented with a bottle of Hello Kitty water and biscuits. There was a instant smile. To top it, our room was spacious and clean. Location is superb as Shimbashi and Shidome station are within walking distances. There are 2 family mart below; should you need anything.
Amicable staff and fantastic facility with rooms that have unbeatable view of the Tokyo Bay”
It was the most enjoyable stay amongst all of my overseas trips esp. the personalised service given by the guest relation manager. I pretty much could not fault anything apart from the initial check in hiccups. Will definitely come back.
Luxury and clean”
Around 1.5 hrs from Narita airport to the hotel. One rail station is near to the hotel. The view is nice and clean & tidy, Staff are friendly. Wifi only for hilton club member and lobby only. In room wifi need to pay.
Spacious room, excellent amenities, great location”
The room was very big with great amenities. This is a great hotel for business people, not much arround it but the location was great because it's near metro/JR station. Main street of Ginza is 10 min walk, Shiodome centre where you can get great food is about 3-5 min walk. Overall it's good.
nice room ”
the service was always excellent and friendly and i've already been in touch with them 3 times in the last week taking care of details and they reply instantly with everything requested and all the necessary information. as far as we are concerned this is the only hotel we would ever stay in because of the location and the wonderful service. i hope others will enjoy it as much as we did.
One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in”
This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The best value for money. The room is fantastic with all the proper ammenities. Bed and bathroom is great. Very modern through out, very well managed. The view of Tokyo Bay is amazing. Service is well worth the tip!
Good service, pretty big room. But far from main station. A bit confusing how to get to hotel from subway. A long walk from subway to hotel. If you book for city view, u won't see anything because the other building block all the view. Better stay at bay view.
Great Hotel & Great Location”
Shame that a hotel of this class feels the need to charge for wifi which is outragious in this day and age. In addition they also charge for use of the pool. Whilst small issues they certainly leave a negative impression. Otherwise all first class.
Well worth 5 stars (better if free in-room WiFi)”
like all the hardware & software of this hotel. it well deserves to be a luxurious 5-star. very very nice rooms, helpful staff and good view (it's on high floors of a commercial building). only 2 things i don't like - first, no wifi in the room! the paid internet access card cannot be shared by 2 or more devices (e.g. you have to buy 2 access cards if you have a phone & a computer). secondly, its location is a little less than desire for tourists, but still accessible (one of my family members was sick during the stay and couldn't walk too far, so we basically took a cab to everywhere). cabs are always ready though. or if you don't mind an easy 5-10 min (indoor/sheltered) walk to/from the train station, this is a wonderful hotel indeed.
comfortable bed and of course beautiful view. hotel's staffs very attentive and excellent housekeeping. next to the hotel building is the company Softbank. you can have a choice of around 10 restaurants if you wish not to eat in the hotel. There is also an easy passage route from Softbank level two to shopping centre Ginza. ask the concierge for recommendations for good restaurants for tempura or kobe beef. Try famous Gordon Ramsay Restaurant in the hotel. I like it.
If your able to afford to stay here do ! We had a corner suite and the views were some of the best the city has to offer. Only complaint was we had two burgers from room service that cost 10,000 yen for two dried patties with a leaf of lettuce and literally 8 soggy fries each. Thanks otherwise for a perfect experience.
Great location ”
Easy access to ginza by walk (appx. 15min.) And 1 min. To shimbashi station that access to roppongi, shibuya and elsewhere. Really enjoyed staying at Conrad Tokyo this time, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the best part was the room had an amazing view of Odaiba.
Poor cleanliness which out of my expectation ”
We stayed there for 5D4N, they didn't refill the shower amenities and bottle water until we finished all told them on the 4th day. The glass which we used during the 1st day didn't clean up. Felt surprise as it wasn't our first time to stay in Conrad. A cleaner opened our door in the morning at 8:30am and blame us we didn't turned the 'do not disturb' light on.
Great city resort in Tokyo!”
This is the 3rd time we stayed at Conrad Tokyo and we had much great time, relaxing, enjoying food and drinks, and great bay view. This hotel is really recommended and we will choose to stay at Conrad again next time when we come to Tokyo.
