We liked hotel we had couoke dramas ie charging for a frisge $50 usd is absurd yiu should not charge we travwl all over states never charge for fridge travellers need this. If you touch their fridge that has thwir drinks and you put yr own and leave theirs on bench you will be charged?? 5 star hotel doing this?? So wrong!! then on top resort fees which we werent advised till checkout and i asked 6 or more times any hidden charges each time was told no .. then checkout i was surprised and wasnt hAppy at all they waivered it off!! The manager Joe was lovely he assisted us to make our stay better and upgraded us we thank him for that! We will return next time and stay in fountain room next time! We will come back as he really did look after us! Thanks Joe

We stayed at the Cosmopolitan for six nights in February 2013. The reception area was very impressive, all reception staff/ front of house were very polite and quick to serve. We had a double room with city view, overlooking the bilagio fountains. This was very impressive. Large room with a bathroom we dream of. Double sinks, large walk in shower etc. Only minor point there are no kettles provided for tea/ coffee in your room. The mini bar is weight detected so anything taken out (at a high cost) is automatically added to your bill. However, of you take items out and place on the Side so can place outside drinks in, just explain to reception and they sort it out there and then. It happens ll the time apparently. Breakfast..Self service...huge selection. Cheeses, bread, omelette bar, salads, meats (beef, ham, pork) Chinese, sushi. Sausage and mash!!? Pizza, cakes, ice cream.....the lot! It will set you up for the day. Service (drinks and clearing plates) not great though, slow, hard to get attention, not many smiles. However that's not everyone we I'd have one lady who was fast, smiled and deserved her tip. If I went to Vegas again I would seriously consider booking again. Great location on the strip, bus stop just outside and the caino was huge! Very clean and was one of the best on the strip.

I hesitated at first to book this hotel due to the numbers of negative feedback's here. Well, I am so glad I booked this hotel!!! I flew from Singapore to Honolulu and reached the hotel exhausted. I'm surprised on how ground staffs treated their visitors so warmly. Peeps are so generous and very friendly. That immediately made me fall in love with the place & of course the people. They even gave me 4 voucher for Mai Tai's (while waiting for my room)! Woohoo! Got into the room and I had amazing beach view from the balcony! And best part was the infinity pool! GOSH! Couldn't ask for more! Thank you all and I'll definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family! Will be back soon!

As this was our 5th trip to Vegas we thought we would splash out and spend a week at the Venetian. It was, by far, the best hotel we have used and that includes the Bellagio! Even the lowest priced suites are twice the size of similar hotel rooms in the 5 star class. Check in was quick and check out even quicker despite the email/text system not working. Concierge was extremely helpful, room was spotless and location is ideal for shows and restaurants. $45 per night resort fee is a tad excessive but most hotels charge a similar amount these days. Our only disappointment was the main pool being shut and having to use the very smart but extremely busy Palazzo hotel pool via the 4th floor walkway. Only shaded on the nearside in the morning so unless you want to sit in the blazing sun, options are a bit limited. A few umbrellas and some shade cloth would work a treat! Altogether a great stay and well worth doing at least once when you visit Vegas.

This was my first trip to Vegas. Aria was a great place to stay and I found that accommodation in Vegas is a lot cheaper and a lot better than what you will get travelling elsewhere in the states, like LA for instance. This is definitely a 5 star hotel but you will pay way more for much less in other cities. One thing I loved which is (I believe) standard for modern Vegas hotels is the technology within the room - electronic curtains, one button turns the whole apartment off, lights, curtains close, tv goes off. Instead of placing an actual Do Not Disturb sign on your door you simply press a "privacy" button - although a couple of times this was ignored by house keeping who I think were trying to get my room serviced before they finished their shift. The curtains in my particular room were not complete black out curtains which I believe should be a necessity in Vegas and I believe is quite common - the sun still crept around the corners which made the room completely day light as soon as the sun was up and therefore not allowing you to sleep as long after a big night. The staff are so very helpful, Concierge will do anything for you, book tickets to shows, fill you in on the shows and what they are about, they even booked a mobile spray tanner to come to my room which was external to the hotel. The check in line when I arrived was really long and did take a while and it always seems to be so busy when I would walk through the lobby. The food for in room dining I wasn't overly impressed with, and its expensive!

I will return. Enjoy the Palazzo for a number of reasons but most of all the friendliness of your staff. The facility is always clean and my room is spacious, maintenance free and "clean". I travel extensively and consequently am overly concerned with the cleanliness of the room and, accordingly, am very particular where I stay. I even use a black light. I also enjoy the Sports Book, the best in town. I do visit other hotels while in Vegas but for both work and pleasure, I prefer the Palazzo.

We did some price comparison before booking and happy we selected the Trump International Hotel at Las Vegas. We came for touring (not gambling) and like the hotel without casinos. Our room is Superior King, spacious with marble decorations, beautiful views, refrigerator, microwave and electric cooking stove. We ate our breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food is good with excellent services at reasonable prices. Next time, we would select Superior Queen Room instead of Superior King Room so that our son will sleep in a standard bed instead of a rollout sofa. The sofa bed is big and comfortable, yet , the blanket for the sofa bed is much thinner than the standard bed. We didn't request change or additional blanket. It's not a big deal. Overall, the hotel is a five-star hotel at reasonable prices. We enjoyed it.

I wouldn't usually write a review but this hotel deserves it. With out a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in (and I've done a bit of traveling around the world). If your looking for that room with an outstanding view, spacious suite and service you can only dream of, then this is the hotel for you. Considering the cost of hotels in Vegas are relatively cheap we didn't mind paying for one of the more expensive hotels in Vegas. Check in and out was very efficient, staff working at the hotel always had a smile on their face and happy to help with any questions you may have. Encore is located very close to walgreens (supermarket) so if you didn't want to pay the hotel prices you have that cheaper alternative. My only negative and it's wouldn't be a negative to most people staying here was the price of the blackjack table. Minimum was $15 per hand. Not a big gambler and I didn't see what was wrong with not having a $5 table like you would see in most of the hotels. 😁

Recommend both restaurants attached to the hotel: the Charleston Grill and the Palmetto Cafe.

Large rooms as advertised. Clean and in good location. Nice spacious bathroom, comfortable beds. There is room for improvement.No Ask for a room facing north as the large windows of rooms facing south are damaged due to sunlight = the beautiful view is ruined. For a 5 star hotel many amenities are missing such as showercaps, slippers etc. They also have a kitchenette but the cupboards are all empty. They do provide amenities upon enquiry but take it away again the next day (e.g. plates / cuttlery) and/or don't replenish (e.g. showercaps) so have to ask reception every time again. Suggestion for the management to have a simple nice signage in the rooms stating what is only provided upon request and to train their staff to replenish whatever has been used up.

First I would like to comment on some things I read in other comments ... 1st: "the hotel is a bit old". Yes it was build in the ninetyseventies but the rooms were remade and they are compared to many other american hotels I have visited in an extreme good shape. Modern design, very practical, good quality, very clean. Our room was close to perfect. 2nd: some guy complained about the valet parking and that while not wanting to use it he had to remove his car immediately. This hotel is big and it was full. I counted 410 rooms. So I understand very well that it is not possible to leave a car for several minutes in front of the lobby. The parking lot is big and still it was difficult to find a place to leave your car there. If you want to be alone you should go another place. Now to our own experiences. The ressort is not cheap but its worth the price. We only stayed for two nights and after beeing there we would have liked to stay longer. The staff is very friendly and although that place is crowded there are also a lot of facilities that distributiv the load of people quite well. There are e.g. several Restaurants that you can choose to visit - none of them really cheap but nevertheless worth the price. There are a lot of activities you can do in our around the hotel. We did not have the time to test all of them due to our short stay but we did see others using them ... like surfing, riding, canoeing, teniis, golf, ... actially some are promted as adventure but I would call it adventures for the rich and unsporty. If you expect a thrilling experience you probably would like to visit another place ... but if you want to get a first taste you are in the right place. My personal favorite was the pool area with the big pool beeing more than 3 meters deep on one end. It was really cool to use it and inbetween swimmng and diving enjoy the good service of the pool bar (again not cheap). But we loved it. We like the pool so much that we didnt even use the private h

We stayed here in part because it was one of the best priced mid range hotels we would find at the last minute (we booked same day) and were really happy we did. Reasons it gets good ratings from me: - interesting architecture of past era - excellent customer service, greetings, concierge, etc. - terrific pool (17 meters), can do laps but also set up so families and friends can enjoy goofing around - whirlpool which was a great temperature with interesting over the head water jets - nice gym- usual cardio equipment including a rowing machine, free weights, bands, jump rope, roller, etc. - bottled water everywhere (when you walk in and out of the place, spa area, so on) - complimentary hotel car that can take you short distances - complimentary NYT and WSJ (not sure if this was a fluke but we came across both on our floor) -only downside-- major shortage of hooks/bars in bathroom (all hotels have this problems now it seems) and no drawers (also a new trend we have noticed)

Could not have asked for more! Excellent, and loved that their sister hotel, the Waldorf Astoria, was within walking distance (Or golf cart shuttles were readily available), to enjoy their amenities. We had lunch there one day and was able to charge it to our room at the Hilton. The only negative is that there was a conference being held there the same days of our stay, and the NOISE level in the lobby (which was very expansive) was deafening. It felt very stressful even walking through there. If you're coming for a restful and peaceful respite, I would call ahead to book when there is not a conference being held.

The Trump is wonderful! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Spa services are great and the bed was one of the comfiest I slept on in my entire life. I didn't leave the hotel-that's how nice it was.

With impeccable service this place will not disappoint. From the moment you walk in the doors you are greeted with a smile. Be sure to Try the Worlds best mai tai's at the bar and enjoy the breath taking view of Waikiki beach. If your prepared to spend the money don't look any further then the trump.

Hotel and staff were fantastic from start to finish. We booked a standard room but a few days before the holiday we received an email inviting us to request upgrades at a great discounted rate which we did. The upgrades to both rooms were honoured and gave us a fantastic view of Times Square but despite being in the centre of NYC the rooms were gloriously quiet. Rooms were both spacious and clean with beautiful bathrooms, the hotel had great restaurants but in addition- Jakes, a great cafe with simple breakfast items good for a light family meal. All the staff, especially the doorman were cheerful and welcoming. I had mentioned in booking that it was my husband and my anniversary and on our first evening the manager sent us a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate strawberries with a lovely note which couldn’t have made us feel more special as visitors. I do not have anything but praise for this hotel and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. We will definitely be back.

i have stayed at the plaza before just a few doors down from the helmsley which is out of this world - but a lot more expensive; the helmsley wasn't too far behind the plaza standards and is a fraction of the cost. it is a beautiful hotel and our central park view room was so magical and made us feel like we were truely in the very heart of nyc! just steps away from fifth avenue and a subway station directly across the street makes it so easy to get down town in a matter of minutes. staff so friendly and knew us by name. the gorgeous hotel bar harry's is great to kick start your evening out too. the best thing about the room is the oh so comfortable bed - which called your name at the end of a hectic nyc day of shopping and partying! will definately stay there next time i visit nyc :) no complaints at all

I booked a "Delano Queen Suite" at $115.26 for one night as a layover for a return trip from Hawaii. I walked into room 60905 an said whoa, this room was the size of an executive or presidential suite at most hotels - which I've stayed at for business travel. The room was very clean with many amenities including Jacuzzi tub (for 2), floor to ceiling windows, 2 TV's in the bedroom/sitting area, 2 TV's built into mirrors in the living area, huge couch, sitting area, and conference table from reclaimed wood - just to name a few. Yes, this was a Monday night, but for $115 (plus resort fee of $30) this was a great value! I actually called down to the front desk to make sure they set me up in the right room. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the hotel amenities as this was just a layover, but I'm sure everything is fantastic. The hotel staff that I dealt with was very professional and friendly. One of my concerns was that staff would be very stuffy as some 5-star resorts are, but staff here answered all of my questions in a very positive way. Even my wife, who is not a gambler, would go back to Las Vegas if staying in this room.

All in all a great big resort; however in some ways too big with required bracelets for the pool, queuing for towels and reservations required to get covered pool and beach seats. Napua Club more limited in selection and amenities than others we've been to and for the price, expected more. Almost full sized, great tropical scented bath products in the room.

Loved the activities! You should do one with showing how bees make honey or cocktail hour. Had a fabulous time.

The hotel is a city icon with a magnificent lobby. They had their famous gingerbread house out for Christmas which brought in many locals. The rooms were well furnished but as well stayed in the main building (older, I like old places) we could hear everything through the walls. We stay twice and in both rooms we could hear everything. I guess stay in the new tower that they have recently refurbished. The bar is a bit kitch, tropical island style bar complete with a tropical downpour (isn't California in a drought?) full of mid western american tourists loving it. Overall its a lovely hotel but I feel they could up their service levels like adding a turn down serivice to be really considered a 5 star hotel.

Tried to give us a Vista suite instead of City view suite even though cost was a lot more. Spent 45 mins to sort out and showed them paperwork to confirm booking room type. Was not happy but did get a free meal out of it. Nevertheless, not what is expected from a 5* hotel. On the plus side, it is a very cool, trendy hotel and the included breakfast although only cold was good.

I have visited Red Rock since opening never stayed at the Hotel. This time my wife and I were excited about staying at the Hotel. We noted the cleanliness of the room, hallways and all. The only disappointing issues I have with this and other resorts are the resort fees. I simply have no stomach for resort fees and believe that should the corporations wish to charge resort fees on the strip then go ahead. Add the now parking fees on the strip my wife and I will not be going anywhere near there! I have visited Vegas since 1978 and a lot has changed. Resort fees is one change. Hotel and Resort ownership is another. Corps. seem to have the idea that they should charge all kinds of fees, and let's not forget STATE taxes now, and get away with it. Some folks have no choice but to pay and others really don't realize what Vegas was truly like back in the day... In closing, I would really be impressed that Stations considers what they are doing when charging additional fees of any kind.

William Vale did not come close to meeting the expectations, or for that matter the requirements of a 5 star hotel rating. On the positive side, the rooms are nice, bright, clean, and reasonably sized for New York. The location is w/in walking (10 mins) to 2 subway lines, one of which (L) gets into Manhattan in 1 stop, union Sq. in 3. There’s plenty of good food around; swimming pool, valet service, etc. The main problem with the hotel is the service. I arrived at 10:00 AM, so understandably the room was not available yet. It wasn’t available at 12:00 or 14:00. Yes, the check in time is 15:00, but it is reasonable to expect more from a 5 star hotel, which was not fully booked at the time. I was told that after housekeeping finishes cleaning the room, it needs to be “inspected”, presumably to ensure that it is ready for the next guest. Again, the normally expected room amenities of a 5 star hotel were not met by WV; no bathrobes, no slippers, no toothbrushes, etc.…Hotel’s primary function is to provide a comfortable room, and room in a 5 star hotel should have most simple things like robe & slippers. They were of course brought to me within an hour of calling, but the point is; they should be available w/out asking for them. One of the items that were available in the room was a shower cap, which I left wet on the counter (forgot to throw it away). It was waiting for me there the next day – housekeeping did not throw it away either, nor did they replace it. There are positives in this hotel, but I’m not commenting on them more because these petty and miserly measures of the hotel totally overshadowed the good points. The hotel has great potential and revisiting customer service policies and room amenities is vital if the hotel wants to live up to the 5 star claims.

We were greeted with a glass of champagne and given a bottle for our anniversary. Customer Service is the best. They definitely aim to please. We asked for and received a lake view room, but when we got to the room, the welcome message was for someone else. Not only were we given the wrong room, but we were also erroneously BILLED for their room. To make up for the inconvenience, we were upgraded to a King suite. The location couldn't be better - on the ground floor, at the far end of the building. There was a weird issue with the design of the bed/end tables. Sitting on the bed, leaning on the headboard, somehow lifts/tilts the attached end tables, nearly spilling our drinks. The grounds are gorgeous. The pool and jacuzzi with the lake right there are spectacular. The free shuttle is a nice touch, too. Would definitely go back, preferably when the golf course is closed, to be able to walk and explore the grounds.

We recently stayed at the Omni at Montelucia the second week on March. Not knowing anything about the Pheonix/Scottsdale area, I researched dozens of properties looking for a property that would work well for our family (2 adults, 9 yo, 7 yo). There are a lot to choose from but because of the deal on the Omni, we ended up going with it. We are so happy we did! The property is beautiful, pictures on line don’t do it justice. We had a room in building 9 in the back side (single story). It had a yard area in the back that the kids would run around and play in. I read some reviews saying the buildings were forever apart...it was about a 3 minute walk to the main pool, so I guess those people don’t enjoy walking and enjoying a beautiful property. The resort has 2 pools, the main pool and an adults only pool. We spent time at the main pool. Again, loved it...no slides or anything crazy like that but put a kid in a pool and that’s all it takes. A great time and will be back!

Pro Location is not too far from places of interest. Cons Upon our arrival on the 31st of Aug, we were told that they were overbooked and had to downgrade us to a smaller room on the first night with 150USD credit to dine in the hotel. WHAT DOES OVERBOOKED EVEN MEAN? We booked via Agoda on the 13th of July and paid in full. The fine print in the Agoda receipt clearly states that rooms are guaranteed upon arrival. Clearly this hotel does that respect and honor whatever that has been paid for. Poor customer service! The next day we had to ask the reception when we could move into the room we supposedly paid for but instead of the hotel having the courtesy to notify us after the inconvenience! Front desk staffs were not the nicest either! Hairdryer was broken in our room on the first night and it took the hotel 15 mins to get us a working one. Furnishings like carpets and sofa seems old and dated, some furniture were even tattered. My shower was constantly flooded because the pressure was so strong and the water could not flow fast enough. For the price they are charging, I would've expected more.

The Casa is indeed a great place to relax on the beach and get a tan, swim in the pool or play in the sand. The hotel is clean and the rooms could be better, but its Key West after all. The beach is not great for swimming unless you have swimming shoes, due to the rocky nature. There was also lots of seaweed. There are only a few beachfront hotels in Key West, so the Casa is almost in a league of its own in terms of real estate. Roosters will awaken you at 5:30am each morning? Dont ask why.
