Great location very near to airport and mall”
The facility is very nice. It has a spacious lobby and the hotel staff was very nice. The room was large and clean and had a nice sitting area. The breakfast was very good with a variety of items and they have a cocktail lounge and a wide variety of items from room service. Food was quite nice! The pool area was nice but needs some maintenance as the decking has become warped over time, and they were doing some renovations at the time I was there July 2019.
Hi Team, I booked hotel from your portal and it was a pathetic service and stay totally. Hotel staff was not picking up the call at all and I did late check in because my flight was delay so I called to hotel more then 20 times and no one picked up the call later when I told them why no one picking up the call guy simply said its a night time and less staff. On top of it the hotel room was not clean and lot of noise was coming and someone knocked the door in night like 3-4 times hot water was not available and no one notified for breakfast i stayed only for 12 hours and that too horrible experience. I'm looking forward for refund for this booking.
Good food. The staff was great. Very well maintained . And it was a quite hotel. I will be returning the next time I am in Delhi, so close to the airport as well.
Ideal for a comfortable stay before onward travel”
I stayed just one night. The hotel is within easy reach of IGI airport in Delhi. The room was very large, with a super comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and modern with a powerful shower. Room service was fine and there was a reasonable choice for breakfast. Overall, a good choice for a relaxing stay before a long flight next day.

After awful night here on arrival in India, had already booked two nights before departure but hoped for better than previous stay. Wrong. The first room allocated stank of cigarettes, the air-conditioning didn't work despite staff efforts and no TV remote. After several complaints to Reception and eventually management, we were moved to another room but here we had a list of about 14 items which were broken or just didn't work. Finally we asked the General Manager to inspect the room. He was so amazed (and embarrassed by all the faults) that he authorised a free meal for us as compensation but in reality we would much rather have had a decent room and good night's sleep (another wedding party celebrated loudly all night) than another mediocre meal. No buffet breakfast the last morning so we had very poor selection and even worse service. What a disaster.
Don't book Dee Marks!”
Booked twin room for airport overnight on arrival in Delhi as well as hotel shuttle from airport, both of which I confirmed direct to Dee Marks by email on three occasions, evening getting hotel booking numbers for both. No transport to meet us, double bed instead of twins and VERY NOISY both from aircraft taking off right over the hotel and also from wedding guests celebrating (loud music and shouting right outside our bedroom door until past 3 am). Staff not interested in complaints.
Me and my girlfriend stayed in the club double room. We paid £32 a night which was over 50% discount. For this price it is an okay stay but I would be leaving a much lower review if I had paid full price. Positives The room is clean baring 1 draw that had crumbs in. Working WiFi Free breakfast Reception speak and understand English. The food is nice although very pricey for India. The hotel will arrange taxis or drivers for the whole day. They are more expensive than hailing a cab but it is way more convenient. The bed was super comfortable! Negatives Firstly. If you book through Agoda. The address that is found on the "taxi helper" is the address of the airport. Make sure you Google the full address and screenshot it for the taxi before you get there The hotel is quite dark and gloomy. The view from our room was not very pleasant at all. It was of an old crumbling wall and the air-conditioning units. There were major construction works going on in the hotel grounds just above the pool. We therefore did not feel comfortable swimming as there were lots of workers above the pool area that were constantly watching. We were also not informed of these construction works, nor did the hotel even address this fact while we were there. The TV in our room was at an angle. We found this amusing but it's just lazy of them not to fix it. When ordering room service, they brought double of what I ordered and argued with me saying they had made it for me so I had to pay. This frankly ruined my mood and appetite. The hotel had multiple power cuts in the evening while we are in the restaurant. If this was the hotel or the power grid we will never know, as no one bothered to come over and explain why it was happening. They all seemed pretty chilled about it though, so I guess it is a regular thing. Conclusion Overall, I will not be staying there again and will not be recommending them to anyone. The location is no doubt good. I liked the rooms, they were spic and span. Only issue was a reachable contact no. None of the contact nos provided to me through Agoda were reachable. I had to call the Agoda customer care to find out how to reach them. I think rest all was great. Will love to come there again, if only they can stay reachable.

Overpriced, poor quality rooms & poor service, due to big road not as close to the airport as it would suggest. Had to wait an hour & make multiple calls for prebooked airport pick up, also booked car back to the airport which took 20 mins to show as they hadn't actually ordered it. Food quality very low, and service from all staff was the worst I've had in all my years of travelling. Don't bother.

Had a great time but the hotel just needs to improve their service time. They take a llllooooooong time to fulfill any of your requests. Everything I had to ask (bathrobe, towels, slippers, ash tray) except two little water bottles.
Disappointing Last Morning”
All things considered, I was happy with my choice of hotel. It was my second visit to Delhi within a couple of weeks and, although Dee Marks is far from Central Delhi, its proximity to the airport was adequate compensation for me. (I had already spent a fortnight more centrally on my recent trip.) It is also relatively near Gurgaon. On my final morning: 1. My promised early morning alarm call didn't happen. 2. Check out was slow and inaccurate. I ended up paying more than the total shown on my final bill. However, I think (I hope) this was because the hotel omitted to include some restaurant and bar expenses on the bill (rather than ripped me off). 3. The taxi to the airport was going to cost Rs 500 which I thought was ridiculous. I declined and took a taxi (not an auto rickshaw) outside the hotel for Rs 200. Had my final morning been better, my review would be much more positive. It's just a pity my final experiences at the hotel were so negative.
