From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
A security deposit of MYR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
A cleaning fee of MYR 200 will be charged if you hold any events, parties or ceremonies in the house.
Setting up a canopy or an outdoor buffet catering within the compounds of the house will also incur an additional cleaning fee of MYR 100.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests can use designated smoking areas in the balcony or outside the house.
Please note that additional guests (above the age of 1 year old) are subject to extra charges.
Extra pillows, mattresses, blankets and towels are available at a surcharge.
All additional payments are to be made upon check-in.

Please note that keys will be issued to guests upon arrival at the property. A representative will be present to meet guests.

Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of MYR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
