OPEN THE PROPERTY WHEN IT IS READY”
The experience is completely awful and the property is not ready to open for business yet. Power failures, Indecent & unprofessional staffers, bad dinning and breakfast. Excellent location and property is well build, but running like a lodge. Seem like the promoter is a realtor, can see only lot of advertisement on real estate and purchases. Will not recommend.

Place is good , but management is very bad , there is no signal for any other mobile network except vodaphone”
Pros - infrastructures Cons- NO network coverage , worst management (maydeen) our checkin time is 12 , but we waiting for 30 min after that we got one. My advice - please improve service and management , infrastructure is good but management ia bad

A Fantastic resort at a fantastic location going bad just because of worst Management. Issues: No Cellphone signal or wifi. Cannot reach out to outside world. At times elevator stops working or room phones stops working Room was not cleaned properly while they handed over the keys. Spring Mattress is of worst quality. At times, you can feel the spring. Management does not know how to handle online bookings. Its a nightmare to find out whether you booked the hotel or not.

Got 1 room instead of 2 rooms. Amount for 2 rooms already debited from my a/c. While booking thro' Agoda online they told breakfast is complimentary. While checkout they told we waive charges for breakfast. Do not book online thro' Agoda.com

One should have own transportation and WiFi stick”
The stay and breakfast was very good. The location seems to be a little away from the action points which can be managed with own transport. Others would well chose to stay in Tenkasi. We were allotted a room approx 200 mts away from reception and the WiFi reach was only upto 50 mts away from the room which was irritating. Only BSNL is reportedly having connectivity. More to come. Our Airtel & Jio SIMs don’t get any signal inside the bldg let alone the rooms. Land phone provided is only intercom and to make outside calls one has to go to reception to make a call. Remember I stated that our room was 200 mts away. Chk in - chk out time is 12.00 noon and 11.00 AM. They might permit early chk in with extra payment. This seemed annoying since visitors would try to reach early morning, dump the luggage and hit to the falls to enjoy the bath. This would be an annoying experience. Mgmt can consider changing the timings. Take care of the cons before booking.

Resort needs to pull up its socks”
New resort, their restaurant service was pathetic. Food was never ready on time, they have shortage of plates, space to eat and quality was below par. No house keeping service done in the 3 days we stayed in the resort. Can be put down to teething issues in a new resort but they really need to act fast to ensure they don't lose customers

very friendly staff rooms were clean and classy location was awesome (walkable to 5 falls) food at restaurant in 2nd floor was good swimming pool was still under construction - little disappointing as we expected that will be available heaters were not installed but it did not matter as we took frequent dip in 5 falls that was nearby

Worst Resort ”
We booked 3 rooms through Agoda one for 12th August to 13th August and the other two rooms for 13th August 2017. On 12th August we arrived at the resort at around 8 pm in the evening and I was told that there is no booking in my name . After showing the Agoda booking confirmation I was told that agoda hasn't conveyed them regarding this booking. After a bit argument I was given an alternate room which was under construction with no locks for the bed room. Inspire of asking for water many times, drinkingwater was not provided and the reason given by the reception was that there is no room boys available. Water heater was not working and I was told to adjust with cold water!!!... The worst comes last.... My remaining friends arrived on 13th August night and I was told that there is no room available,in spite of having a confirmed booking which was paid in advance Please never ever book this resort... Please avoid

Very Disappointing”
I chose this resort based on the reviews published in Agoda. After been to this resort, I think the reviews were intentionally published for marketing and very unfair. Only good about the place is, the location is very scenic, the interiors are good and ample vehicle parking. 1. The resort is far off from the main place, yet it does not have even basic facilities such as a Restaurant. You should take care of your food yourself. 2. We were promised free wifi but no connections at all. 3. The resort promises a swimming pool, but that is still year away. 4. Since the resort is under construction, we didnt have any facility. 5. Though new, there were lot of complaints. Our room door cannot be locked from outside. Lock was having a problem. 6. No mobile phone connectivity for any of the service providers. Airtel - Zero, Reliance Jio - minimal. 7. The staffs were patient, exhibits basic hospitality but lacks professionalism. Our hired driver was not communicable and he was not there in the van. When we cross checked with the receiption they said they dont have an idea. However after 3 hours we found him and he informed that he was staying in the drivers cabin after informing the people in the reception. 8. For Lunch and Dinner, you need travel a good 7-8 KMs to have good food. Hence always your private vehicle should be available. If I was to stay in this resort for a second time for even free of charge, I will think twice.
