The location of this hotel is superb. Walking distance to everywhere in bukit bintang. Very near jalan Alor food place. Right opposite of pavilion mall. Every about this hotel is lovely. Room is big and bed is comfortable.

perfect location for shopping, helpful staff, great breakfast. however, be prepared to wait a long time for taxis or to sit in the traffic at peak times as the area from before pavilion to where the hotel is is very busy. If the weather is good you may consider taking the taxi from pavilion or from the mall opposite the hotel

Great Hotel! Great Service!”
This was our first ever experience in KL - it was splendid and definitely one to remember! Grand Millennium also played a great role in this. The breakfast was great - would be nice if some of the staff had a bit of a smile though :) Hotel room was excellent - as seen in the pictures. Requested for a city view - was given this ! We stayed at the Club Room and had access to the Club Lounge. Excellent, kind demeanour and friendly staff at the lounge. Hands down to the manager - he was very nice! Also a huge shout out to a friend we made - Lily! She was amazing - extremely friendly and gave the best service during our visit to the lounge. The complimentary dinner (which we had no idea about) was very good! Overall, an awesome visit to KL and the hotel was great - will definitely stay here again :)

Second time here, ALL GOOD.”
My second time staying here, took the Club room as it is worth the upgrade. Staff at the club lounge especially Mr.Omar is superb. Called each guest by name which makes you feel well cared and taken care off. the only thing that needs improvement is the evening cocktail hot food, at some days food can be cold and unappetizing. All in all its good due to the location it is at.

Ok but started to get BORED”
After multiple times staying in tis hotel i started to get bored.Please dont get me wrong in terms of service i must say they r top notch..started from Club Lounge team to Hskp team down to staff at The Mill Cafe & down to e Concierge team they r all outstanding.The only problem is i started to get bored with e surroundings & i think its abt time i change hotel next time im in KL.The excitement when i staying with GMKL for e 1st time is not there anymore.Believe me e staff r fabulous & they took care of my well being thru out my stay & Thank You very much guys but well its time for a change.Keep up e good work guys & hope to c u again in a near future.

Love the location of this hotel. Very convenient to alot of shopping malls and restaurants. Safe as there is a mobile police truck parked just beside the hotel. Staffs were very courteous and friendly. Making the experience a very pleasant one. I hope the hotel could do an upgrade on the room clealiness.. toilet doesnt smell good and the glass and handles is not clean... overall, i would definitely do a comeback here.

This hotel surely was a value for money for me. Starting from honoring my early check in request to allowing me to check out as late as possible on my day of departure - all showed their sincere interest to fulfill customer's requirements to the best of their abilities. Their rooms, reception and lobby as well as the lobby cafe, all decorated elegantly and staffs give a warm welcome all the time. The hotel location is at a prime spot - close by to different malls, restaurants etc. Haven't got a chance to dip into the swimming pool but the breakfast option was good and breakfast time suits all sort of travelers. Overall, enjoyed my stay and surely will recommend the hotel.

Good hotel, with small caveat”
the only problem is on the final day of my stay, the toilet's flash suddenly went out of control. opening the cover reveals a poorly done maintenance job. as a result, water from the toilet tank was overflowing the bathroom. since i am about to check out from the hotel, i dont bother to complain. perhaps if the maintenance is done professionally, it would not happens. also during the stay, i often heard the cleaning ladies grumble/quarelling with the colleague. it is not nice if you quarrel/grumble where visitors could hear every details of your grouse. better discipline would be recommended.

Everything is perfect, except the hassle during check-in....”
Perfect location. Clean room. Friendly staff. The only drawback is the express check-in for Club Floor seems defeat the purpose. The concierge said I cant go to the Club Lounge without access card, and I was directed to the Reception at the lobby. I got to join the long queue at the lobby for my turn before the receptionist assist my to Club Lounge for my check-in (again, checkin for Club Floor cannot be done at main Receiption). It is such a hassle. They need to seriously look into this problem, no other hotels gave me such an issue when I checkin for my club room.

Pros: Location. Location. Location. Can't get any better than this. Just beside Pavilion. Cons: 1) Road infront of hotel always congested but moving. Noise expected. 2) Stayed in Grand Deluxe room on 19th floor. The highest floor. The shower needs maintenance. The water temperature is not stable. Sometimes too cold.. sometimes too hot. A disappointment. Additional points to take note: 1) From KLIA to Hotel if taking 'Grab' is around RM110. For a 6 seater car. Journey is about 45mins to 1 hour.

Hotel is located centrally in BB; ne xt to Pavillion, several 24hrs convenience stores and scores of restaurants/ cafes & food stalls. Cons is probably location, expect difficulty coming in and out of the area as its jam packed at all hours. Better to just walk around and take the MRT/LRT. Still an excellent place to stay in KL.
