    Great Place to Stay”

We had a good time. The rooms were clean, strong wi-fi and the staff were very friendly. The only drawback was because the hotel was such a good location and money for value, it was used by a lot of China tourist. They were rowdy during breakfast and practically cleaned out the breakfast buffet with no consideration towards the other guests.

    Good value ”

    Price, location and value

Although the hotel seemed a fraction tired especially the rooms being quite dark it was very good value for money. The provinces for food and drink we're very reasonable and had a great massage package deal. The internet service was intermittent. The pool bar area was great. Very good value overall. Would stay again.

    Value for Money ”

Old Colonial Charm, Centrally Located, Had all the amenities that I was looking for

The staff were excellent, personal and willing to help any time. The hotel it self was older but well kept which added to the charm of staying at Siem Riep. The pool was small but had a lovely garden and bar area, just the right size to relax. The rooms were small but very comfortable bedding, nice thick quilts and big pillows. The bathroom had been remodeled and had a nice walk in shower. Excellent value for money

Medium sized hotel, homy feeling and attentive staff

The stay at the Casa Angkor Hotel was quiet enjoyable. Very good benefit for the money spent. Our time in the room was very limited, because we were out exploring the Angkor area. Really enjoyable time. We would leave the hotel before sunrise, come back just before the end of breakfast. Eat, relax by the pool and head back to the temples in the afternoon after the weather cooled down a bit. Hotel location is great of this approach.

Location, attentive staff, car parking space

I have stayed here on numerous occasions and will do so again. Check in was painless with a great English speaking receptionist. Even a late request for an extra bed had been attended to prior to my arrival. Bags were delivered to room a minute after going to room! Room was serviced very well. In room wifi was as good as can be expected anywhere in Cambodia. Staff were at all times attentive, helpful and friendly.

Large room, beautiful place and helpfull staff”

The hotel is a colonial building with big spacious rooms. The pool is nice and refreshing, you get a free 15 minute foot massage in the spa, and the breakfasts is great. The staff were all incredibly polite and smiley. We went there with a last minute deal so it was worth it. Everything else in hotel was very expensive, bar and restaurant three times more expensive than anywhere. So we didnt spend there much, we rather went out.

Colonial style hotel in a quiet location”

Charming colonial style hotel perfect for relaxation after days at the temples and in and around Siem Reap. Great value, recommended.

charming colonial style hotel with helpful and friendly staff. buffet breakfast sets you up for a day at the temples while the rooms are comfortable and cool. one block from the river and about 10 mins walk to the night markets so you are away from the noice and bustle of pub street and the markets. pool was nice after days at the temples and in and around siem reap but quality of the filtration was a bit questionable - the water certainly had a funny taste! only criticism is that the airport transfer on arrival never showed up - but we had us$ handy so weren't stranded. the hotel made up for it with an foc transfer to the airport when we left, so all ended well.

    Good location and good service”

Clean, air conditioned rooms, nice pool with bar service

We were a party of six adults and the hotel staff who collected us at the airport (complimentary ) were waiting for us with smiles, even though the flight had been delayed. At the hotel we were greeted with a drink and refresher towels while the "paper work" was completed. The rooms were as described on the website. Although the pool was relatively small it was a great place to cool down in the late afternoon/evenings. The poolside bar was an added bonus and food was also available in this area. Tuk tuks were always waiting right outside the hotel and cost US$1 per person. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of Pub Street and several interesting markets. A variety of Western and Asian dishes were included in the breakfast menu and the dining area was located in pleasant surroundings. Staff were attentive and quick to remove used dishes. The French influence could be felt in the hotel with whitewashed outside walls and even an interesting outdoor spiral staircase down one end of the hotel. The complimentary foot massage provided welcome relief after a day of sightseeing.

friendly staff, good value for money

Casa Angkor Boutique Hotel is quite a clean hotel, which is very important when you are travelling in that country. Good value for money. The staff here are very friendly, pleased to prepare a packed breakfast for us at the early morning when we went to see the sunrise. We use the complimentary 15min massage for foot massage, that was very relaxing.

Old World Charm; excellent service; Great location; Value for money
The rooms are a bit worn, but nothing that will spoil the holiday

This is our 3rd time staying in Casa Angkor and the experience was still great! The staff are so friendly, accommodating. And we certainly love the old world charm of the hotel, compared to the sterile feel of the new hotels sprouting up around the city. The location's great..only about 10-15mins walk away is Club Street. Great value for money.

Rather old building and facility but well maintenance. Room was clean and enough spacious, variety channels of TV include CNN, BBC & NHK. Breakfast was included but very poor like 2-3 stars Hotel of mainland China, not tasty at all. Many noisy tourists from Mainland China, will never stay again though local staffs were very friendly.

    Advertised wrongly”

I paid a lot extra to stay somewhere with a bath and a gym, I even sent an extra email about having a room with a bath but when I arrived they had no baths. Over priced and the bedroom walls were very stained and dirty, water damage to ceiling. Dated decor, location is fine and of course Khmer people are always so welcoming so the staff were kind.

    Clean rooms, peaceful ambience.”

The hotel lobby was not very brightly lit and there was a lot of mosquitoes around. During the first night of our stay there was no wi-fi, however the staff were very efficient in rectifying the problem within 24 hrs. Breakfast choices could be improved, some dishes were delicious while some were bland and greasy. Bathroom was clean but a little run down. Suggestion to provide larger sized bedroom slippers. Laundramat was just 5 mins down the street, as well as massage parlour, salon and a few restaurants. Do try the Korean bbq buffet and the steam boat next door. Not much privacy from the steert pedestrian when using the pool. However a few brave souls were enjoying the water. Overall the stay was enjoyable and money for value.

Casa Angkor Hotel - Terrace Room ”

Great room. Wonderful staff. Fantastic Pool

I'd go back. I will go back. Room - great - but get a terrace room. Staff - fantastic Pool - superb Location - perfect - quiet ; leafy ; short trip by Tuk Tuk to Temples. Biggest negative - not the breakfast which , was let's say, adequate - mostly designed for the palates of the swarms of Chinese tourists on bus tours who stay at the Hotel ( on that note, they are gone by 0800 , return 1600 - 1700 ; so have breakfast either very early , or after 0800 ) The biggest negative was the feeding frenzy and noise and utter mess generated by the other guests at breakfast. My advice would be - having seen the result of hundreds of hands on the buffet, the coughing , the spitting , the refuse littering the tables and floors - await the replenishment of the breakfast buffet. Don't eat from a desecrated buffet!

    Lovely”

    Location, staff, accommodation

We've stayed at the Casa Angkor before, enjoyed it so much that we naturally chose to stay here again. In a quiet little street and only a very short tuk tuk ride to Pub Street and the markets, it's the obvious choice.

Well maintained which is hard to find in Souteast Asia, the pool was superb, just a short walk to the night market/ dinning area and other dinning

I would definitely book this hotel again. The breakfast had a lot of choices and it was good food.Well maintained which is hard to find in Souteast Asia, the pool was superb. The only thing I didn't like was the wireless but that is a problem all over southeast Asia but the business center had computers so not such a problem.

Great Location, Very friendly and helpful staff, great pool for relaxing

I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and able to assist with anything that was needed. They also have bicycles that you can borrow for free for two hours to ride around the city. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a good variety while the pool was perfect for cooling off after a long day at the temples. Definitely would stay here again.
