This is my second time in Singapore, and I have booked a room at Iyf twice. The location is convenient, close to the MRT, bus station, right next to Fortune Center with plenty of food options, and you can walk to Bugis market. The hotel service is good, and the staff are very lovely and helpful. The facilities are okay; the room size is not large, but most hotels in the same category in Singapore are like that. It has all the basic amenities, is clean, and if I remember correctly, room cleaning is done every other day, and if you need cleaning, you have to inform the hotel; they will only do basic cleaning. I booked this hotel for my high school graduation trip, but there was a requirement for parental consent for those under 21. I didn't read the notes and realized this four days before departure, so I hurriedly emailed the hotel to check if I could stay. “The location is absolutely great.”
During this stay, which was lengthy, I often had meals alone, but there was everything nearby. In front of me was a Kaya toast shop familiar to Japanese people, and a wonton shop that has recently become popular in Singapore, and just a short walk away are hawker centers, Bugis, fruit stalls, tourist attractions, and the MRT and bus are convenient.
