- i like this hotel than another hotels near joongmoon area. Why they have secret beach near hotel. Its so Fantastic place. - hotel staffs are very kind. Especially resturant foods are so good everytime. Hotel resturant is better than another outside resturants. (Quality and tasty and price are perfact). But at a bar. Need to some specific things. If bar system is good. Many guests can visit more even winter season.
First and Best time in Jeju”
The location is convenient from the airport, there is a direct bus that brings you there. It takes about an hour to get there from the airport. Staff are well versed in English and are efficient at communicating to attend to your needs. Their concierge services were something I have never experienced anywhere else. They have a menu of the restaurants around the area. And once you've picked something you like, they will call the restaurant for you and tell you that if you spend over a certain amount there, they will send a car to pick you up from your hotel and drop you back off. Do note that not all restaurants offer that, I will recommend asking the hotel staff for their recommendation. And it is definitely more convenient if you're travelling as a big group. There is a convenience store that's about 10 mins walk out. We left some items at the hotel before heading to Seoul and they couriered the items over to our Hotel in Seoul without charging us. Beach 3 mins away.
All Good only one strange thing happened”
We stayed 4 nights in 2 rooms. Something strange happened in my room 619. The lights & TV turn on automatically at night. 1 st night was ok. The 2 nd night, 2 times happened. The 3rd night 4 times happened. We really did not under stand then asked the staff before 4th night, he looked frightened. Anyway, the 4th night we could sleep peacfully, lights & Tv did not turn on themselves.

+fantastic view +good food + very nice staff + excellent customer service and hotel top management - rooms in dire need of renovation - very, very hard beds When I informed management about my issue, they did their utmost to try to make the bed more comfortable. Even offered me a massage since I had a massive back ache. Interactions with the General Director of the hotel were fantastic. Real wow effect. I believe they are aware about the infrastructure issue and said they are in the course of renovating rooms... seems the Korean rooms are all done (didn't get one of those as they were all taken).

it was my famlly's trip and all of us are satisfied for this hotel. we arrived at 12am so we are too tried and quite worried because that was too late, but staffs kindlly helf us and very wellcome. i would like to go again when i go to jeju island again.
Lovely hotel by the beach. Nice view from the room”
I spent 2 nights in this Hotel while visiting Jeju for the first time. Location wise, the hotel is situated right by the beach, in Jungmun resort, which is a nice and secluded area, good for a relaxing vacation. View from balcony of the hotel is very nice. there are good restaurants nearby, although you may have to take a taxi to go there. There is also a small casino in the hotel. During my visit, the casino was very quiet. (I checked two other Casinos in the neighbouring hotels, The Shilla and Lotte. Both were also quiet). Hotel room is clean and nicely decorated. I would go back to this hotel in my next visit.

Terrible Customer Service Very Deceiving. ”
Dont ever stay here! We accidentally booked this place but we found out it was the wrong location in Jeju island. Upon realising, we immediately called Agoda to cancel our booking (within a couple of hours of the booking). The hotel send an email (black and white proof) that they are willing to cancel 1 night and refund the other night. After giving them (Agoda) all of our credit card details and waited. They sent us email saying that the hotel doesnt wanna refund us anymore. What the? They just changed their mind and refused to give us a refund WHICH THEY PROMISED! Very unprofessional for such a big well known company. Will never stay at any HYATT hotel again and neither should anyone. TERRIBLE!!
The location is great and the sea view wonderful. Quality of service was very basic and not up to Hyatt standards or a 5 stars hotel in my opinion. Rooms and facilities are obviously old and would need a good refreshment. There was holes in the bed sheets and on the bathrobe. Great breakfast, although no fresh tangerine juice which was really disappointing considering that is the island specialty!
First, something positive. The hotel gardens are nice and most staff were very helpful and courteous. Now that is out of the way, the hotel had a lot of negative points. Worst among them, from my point of view, was the restaurant which doubled as a cafe with no differentiation. The food prices were outrageous. Roughly $25 for a burger or club sandwich (among the cheapest things on the menu) and the prices go up from there. Menu choices left much to be desired as well, for those seeking to keep meal cost for two at a reasonable $50 or less per meal. After having the eggs benedict for breakfast two days in a row (again, trying to keep our food costs relatively low), I decided to switch it up for something new and ordered the "fresh bakery" set. This amounted to an $11 meager basket of four pieces of regular toast and a couple "fresh" pastries directly from the Sesco truck. I understand that Hyatt fancies itself a higher-end hotel, but I resented being taken to the cleaners during meal time (the other hotel restaurant was closed for renovations, but I have no reason to believe that it would have been any more reasonably priced). The hotel itself is rather old and the structure is clearly not well maintained, although the gardens are. The electric car recharging port was out of order for example, and wood decking is rotting (although freshly stained according to the Korean technique of covering up something bad with a fresh coat of superficial covering). Several facilities were closed while we were there including the outdoor pool, an outdoor restaurant (unclear if that was seasonal or simply no longer operating), and the second restaurant as mentioned earlier. The "business center" could more accurately be described as a business closet, having only one computer in a 1x1 meter space tucked away in a remote corner of the lobby (printing was free, however, which was a plus). The gym was nice, and the spa seemed clean. Our room smelled of mold, the hotel
this place is romantic. near to beach with a wonderful view. not noisy compare to those in town. hotel's lobby are big and stunning! rooms are great/comfortable with nice toilet. big balcony. staffs there are wonderful. 80% of them speak English. nothing much at around the hotel. but if u are able to walk 15mins, you can get to 7-11 and fastfood. casino at level 1. own by genting. not a big place but good enough. ask the hotel to get a taxi for you for any place you wish to go. they are indeed very helpful.
Good as a weekend resort”
Friendly staff and in-room service made up for a not-so-ideal location. If you like to be away from the action, this is the place for you. However if you intend to go around Jeju a lot, be prepared to do quite a bit of travelling
They have a few wonderful English-speaking concierges who helped us to find the bus to hallasan and showed us where to eat. One of them came when we needed some help with tv technical issues so that was really nice since the technician didn't speak any English. It was fun to be in a hotel where Boys Over Flowers kdrama filmed! :) The location is close to a couple of the trails on the island so that was really fun to walk one of them. It's not very close to more authentic restaurants but we enjoy walking so walked to some other restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and in a beautiful location. I would definitely go back.
Pleasant stay if a little dated”
I really enjoyed my night at the Hyatt. The room would have been classy 15 years ago and needs updating. From the missing grout around the tub and the mold stains on the bathroom ceilings, to the TV cabinet with doors that no longer close. But the staff were fantastic, the lobby is an amazing place to sit and chill even if the coffee is stupidly expensive and not the best quality. The jacuzzi and pool are a great place to hang out and the free upgrade to an ocean view was superb. Even if it is not a new modern 5 star it is a classic 5 star and enjoyed my stay.

This is very nice when we are over there. The room is big and the seaview is good. The WIFI speed is fast. There is a bus stop for this hotel from aiport so this is very convenient to find it even you do not know Korean. The hotel is near to beach, we have fun here.
Perfectly located by the ocean!!!”
The hote itself is a bit old-fashioned but the location and the facilities of the hotel made up for it's weakness compared to other ones around that area!!! The view from outdoor swimming pool was gorgeous and it would've been better if the weather was warmer so I was able to dive into the pool!!! Breakfast buffet was not the best but was still a good mix of western and asian food!!! Overall, it was a great stay and I'll definitely stay at this hotel when I travel Jeju again!!!
Very good albeit expensive experience”
I stayed at this hotel as a treat to myself for my birthday. I had never stayed at a luxury hotel like this and I loved it. The room was great; beautiful and clean. The staff speak English quite well and everyone was very friendly. If I ever have the budget, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, I loved seeing the chapel from one of my favorite Korean dramas.

It is a happy expereIence as a whole. As a family tour including old parents and kids, enjoying a wide variety of breakfast buffet is crucial. The food is good and staffs as a whole are polite and attentive. During my stay, one of your staffs who is a Chinese native working in consiege. He is very helpful and cheerful. Appreciated his caring services.
