    I already prepaid with Agoda. They charged me again on the credit card I used for security deposit. Total waste of my time to initiate a dispute with my credit card company and provide evidence from Agoda. Please do yourself a favor and double check your credit card statement. They may double charge you!

    Dear Chi Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the double charge you mentioned is not actually a charge, but a pre-authorisation security deposit holding. This is immediately refunded upon checked out, however it does take time for the financial institution to process this back into your account, being an overseas transaction. I regret the inconvenience this caused, and do reiterate that we do not double charge. Please do not hesitate to contact the hotel should you require any further information.     The cleanliness was disappointing. I ordered room service. I called the room service to clear the dishes after eating. I was instructed to put the tray outside my room. Despite repeated reminders it was 36 hours before the tray was removed from the corridor.

    Not bad, close to central station. The room is very basic, bathroom kits are like in 2 stars hotel. The smallest gym and slowest wifi. Breakfast hall is not large enough when many guests inside.

    Very expensive for a basic room. And don’t get trapped by the car parking. Park elsewhere otherwise they will sting you.

    great location in central sydney but nothing else”
    the rooms were small but the queen bed is the smallest I've seen in my life. the staff gave a different room on check-in and when asked to give me the room for which i had paid, they said they were out of the rooms. On asking for a upgrade, i was asked to pay more- which i clearly refused. ultimately got the room which i had booked(which means i was lied to initially). not worth the amount i've paid.

    I was greeted with a smile upon checking in to the hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Hotel has gym, swimming pool and sauna facility. Location is extremely near Central station. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of varieties. The only downside I would say is the wifi. It tends to be very slow at night. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to others.

    NEED HELP IN STAFF TRAINING”
    This hotel is badly in need of staff training. The lady on the phone on the evening of 4th of October is very bad in handling queries. She must have forgotten she's supposed to look after guests' queries - no matter how silly they are. I am sure to have spoken to her on the phone on the 2nd or 3rd of October (before guests arrived in the hotel) too and she's just as arrogant. Friends around me heard the conversation as I was on speakerphone looking through reservation details. They asked: "what's wrong with that lady?"
