This hotel is well located at the commercial and entertainment hub of Makati. The Ayala Center is five minutes by car and the popular Wack Wack Golf Club is within 20-minutes.All of the rooms are air-conditioned. Facilities include a small swimming pool, a beauty salon, safety deposit boxes, a business center and conference facilities, laundry service, a restaurant and a coffee shop. All the rooms have a satellite TV, a telephone, a mini bar and a balcony. This conveniently located hotel sports slightly dated décor but has the modern amenities expected of a three star hotel.

Pros: location is accessible to malls, pasay, taguig, clubs, foodplace etc. Cons: i found 2 cockroaches in the room. the floor of the room is filthy (sticky like mopping it floorwax without sweeping the floor). when you step on the floor, its really make you feel disgusting. the bedframe is brittle.
Dated but clean and spacious”
It is obviously dated but it is clean. I just have an issue with the smell coming out of the sink's drain. Other than that, I'm happy with MPT Suites. It is very spacious which I appreciate and I love the view from the bedroom. Location is walking distance to a mall and restaurants. Easy to get a cab. On foot, it is about 15 minutes away from the business district.
Overall it was satisfactory”
It was not new but it was spacious and adequat. Although, the bed was uneven and the A/C temp was not comfy enough. Plus the bathtub was tiny not human size more of a pet tub. Still was a good experience.
Worst hotel ever”
I was very dissatisfied with the room provided to us, the floor was very sticky, there's a water leakage on the door, the bed wasn't comfortable. Worst hotel ever!
-experiences water interruption/water is not enough for bathing -heater doesn't function -with cockroaches -unclean place -stinky sofa -light at the sala doesn't function -hard bed -very old towels -noisy aircon -operator doesn't answer the phone -inconvenient accommodation -no good night sleep -waste of money
worst place can find in that area”
No WiFi, room had dirty ashtray in window ledge, hot water did not work, bed was hard, elevator was slow and even stopped on 9th floor so had to walk down stairwell which was disgusting and full of rubbish
Amassing locality and accommodation
lovely hotel. great service”
the hotel has a good location. hotels interior is very pleasing to the eye. very relaxing to stay in this hotel. great service and nice staff. good location too. very very cozy bed and clean cr. very comfortable bed. i love this hotel and will recommend this to everyone
The room that we stayed at is very clean and decent. The beds are big enough for couples like us. The room is ideal for couples who are traveling and are looking for a good budget in their room. The location of the place is in the business district of Metro Manila.
just like home”
rooms are huge, i availed studio and they gave me 1 br. without additional costs. but the bad thing here is the elevator sucks. but everything is perfect. your just like living on your own condo unit. so much fun. one of my best hotel stay so far.
Front desk asked for 1000 peso deposit. I unfortunately didn't ask for a receipt and upon check out the same staff member told me to my face there is no deposit. Cigarette butts, dirty dishes in the rooms.
Outdated Hell as Fire Hotel”
The hotel is a "con". The actual and true condition of the hotel is completwly different from what it shows. Facilities and electricals are outdated. The room and linens are dirty. Ants were crawling on the beddings. Such a CRAP hotel . Waste of my hard earned money. Never will I ever be back. Never would I recommend to anybody, much less to my big family and friends.
AWFUL PLACE....UNLESS YOU LIKE DISREPECT AND FILTH.”
I HAVE STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST BECAUSE OF ONE REASON ONLY, LOCATION. THIS HOTEL IS CLOSE TO MY CORPORATE OFFICE. BUT EACH STAY BECAME MORE AND MORE DISAPPOINTING. THE STAFF AND MAGEMENT IS UNTRAINED IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS. THEY DONT CARE TO HELP THEIR GUEST. THE BEDS ARE OLD. THE TV IS THE SIZE OF LAPTOPS. THE HOT WATER DOESNT WORK. THE BED ON SERVERAL OCCOSIONS WAS NOT CHANGED AND DIRTY. BUT REALLY...THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS. I STAY IN MAKATI AND SOMETIMES TAKE 2 ROOMS FOR MYSELF AND ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES. I COMPLAINED TO MANAGMENT AND RECEIVED A SMART ASS ANSWER. SO , NO MORE. NEVER STAY HERE ...NEVER!!!!
Worst room ever in Manila”
The room is really fucked up, dirty, full of bugs, sticky floor, damaged furniture, bed sheet with wholes, needs renovation since 5 years. I never had a room like that before in Manila, terrible. I booked 2 nights, but I only sleep there one night, then I checked out at 4am. I have pictures to show the room.
In desperate need of repairs”
Was on the 10th floor which was a blessing as could if being higher as the lifts was often busy first room they offered smelt bad and was filthy dirty The second room felt ok so we stayed there however on closer inspection the room was flithy cockroaches everywhere basin leaked toilet seat was broken shower never got hot the floor was flithy needed to wear shoes everywhere the front was hard to lock only positive thing was the location
The room i was in was big.. And that is just what's good in it. There were little roaches crawling. AC was making a loud noise. Tried to call the reception 3x but they didn't answer. I was too tired to care and just stayed since i can't get my money back.
Bdlg was too old need complete renovation and looks dirty with cockroach”
Location wise is good its near the central district close to all u need but its old andfilthy
The front desk pips are nice, yes. But with the accomodation its a no no, ah oh. I made some changes with my booking through email requesting for cooking utensils and they said yes its available but unfortunately when we got there it was a disappointment. No kitchen and etc. So we ask for some plates and glass those things. So when they brought the things im missing a spoon so i was about to ask if the kitchen is far coz i'll be needing a spoon BUT the guys turn right away so i was left left hanging. Hahaha.
ROOMS- very dirty! the floors are sticky and our room have a black plastic patched to an open window in the kitchen. I also didn't get my reserved room. I reserved a room with bathtub so I can relax, to my surprise, there was none! LIGHTS- it was too dim! too orangy, not fit for a hotel room at all. it looks really creepy especially if you're alone. ELEVATORS- too small for a high rise hotel. there were only 2 and each of it can only accommodate 8 persons. PARKING- they have parkings but not even one was available at the time, they should indicate that it's subject for availability or atleast need for reservation. It was a total hassle on my part cause I cannot just park in front of the hotel since wheel clamping is common in Makati. I didn't expect that I would need to find a pay parking somewhere else and pay 500 for a night!!! LOBBY- it was small and smelly even though they have this air humidifier displayed there. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!!!
Cockroaches, faulty toilet...dirty dishes..bad furniture, bad shower, smelly fridge, very dirty floor..only swept not mopped...had to change rooms times. Slowest elevator ever.
