Great swimmin pool”
Having a Swimming Pool is a must for Siem Reap. The room was big, the building is obviously old but well maintained. It is a pity that breakfast is so overpriced (it is easy to get breakfast in town for ~1USD). Location is as good as it gets. On the way to the ruins and close to the active pub street. The swimming pool is large, but could be cleaned more often (the water was not being filtered periodically).
Hotel in Good location ”
hotel location is good, reasonable price,
This hotel was cheating us.. ”
Staff and service very bad! Cheating me.. over charge, don’t have responsibility! One word is very bad...
Good Potential ”
This hotel was pretty reasonable for the price. Staff were friendly. Breakfast a little disorganised as they say 630 breakfast starts. Its 7 before they have everything out. If you pay for breakfast included, order from the breakfast menu. More variety and for us westerners you can order bacon and eggs rather than eating rice and soups. As far as the rooms go, not too bad. Still have the old style tv but enough channels, bed wasnt good, too hard for my liking. Like sleeping on a plank. Shower button broke on second day so unable to shower. Rooms are quite large and had a balcony which was nice. Pool was good size but chlorine way to strong burning my eyes. This hotel has very good potential to be a really good hotel. 10 minute walk to night market and pub street. Enough distance to be away from all the hussle and bustle.
neat, good staff and recommended to stay
It's not too bad.”
It's not too bad but the breakfast is very bad.
I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. The staff weren't good at speaking English but they more than made up for this by being friendly and actually wanting to help you in anyway they could. The kitchen and restaurant staff were especially friendly and helpful. The hotel bathrooms need some attention to make them look as nice as the bedrooms. The pool didn't look as clean as I would expect, but nevertheless, I swam in it with no problems. I would stay here again.
Central and good for sight seeing”
Very poor property - Lots of mosquitoes”
- Lots of Mosquitoes - Very poorly maintained property - Very poor service level - Standard rooms are dark wood which makes room dark and attract mosquitoes - Very few staffing - It probably is good for people who are budget conscious or back packers but not for us. - Pool area was nice if not for the messy construction just next to pool & if property was better kept! - For the price it's good value but we had to compromise to stay heretogether due to our other family member's budget. Otherwise, we would be at a 5*hotel & willing to pay for it.
Poor service, poor maintained hotel”

we were a group of 5 people and had a pleasant stay. the rooms are big but dark as we could not open the windows due to mosquitoes. the hotel is not new but well maintained. the swimming pool was great and we could swim laps and get our exercise. the location is a walking distance to the pub street and night market street. if you are lazy and you can get a tuk tuk for a usd1 ride. there are a few local eateries around the area and it's convenient.
The hotel was nice, and fairly clean. Where was a huge pile of trash in the lobby we we arrived, but they cleaned it later. The included breakfast was not that great. No real effort put into it at all. The day staff was relatively knowledgable, and a little bit friendly. But the night staff did not seem trained at all. They refused us ice when my friends jaw hurt, food orders were regularly incorrect or ignored, and they were a bit rude. This was a lot different from my other stays in Cambodia, where you really do feel like family. For the money, there are much better places.
great location for a hotel in Siem Reap”
The room was large and comfy. The omlette with the lot is great! It was great being able to flop in to the pool even at 10pm. I was so glad we were at this location and not down in around Pub St/Night Market area for NYE. The electrical connections need some improvement. Because I didnt get confirmation back that the hotel would send a car to collect us from the airport I made other arrangements on arrival. They waited for us for hours - it would be helpful to ahve a policy of responding to such requests.
Good Location, Reasonable Price”
hotel was clean, bed comfortable, and it was central to most things you would like to do in siem reap. pub street was with in walking distance and handy for the night market.
Budget hotel with swimming pool in good location”
Despite the good location, would probably try another place.
Good location hotel”
There are many restaurants and Internet shops around this hotel.
