Relaxing & site-seeing with partner and friends”
Lovely big room with balcony. Well furnished and beautifully done in wood. Nice bathroom. Relaxing pool and garden area. Excellent buffet breakfast. Nice, polite staff. Laundry expensive. Also they claim to have environment policy of not changing towels but all ours were changed daily despite us leaving them on rail as advised.
Great view and swimming pool”
Managed to stay in a room with a large 8 feet wide King size bed & 1 single bed. The view from the balcony is superb overlooking the swimming pool & the Gulf of Thailand. We love the swimming pool consisting of 2 large pools, 1 children pool and 1 baby pool. Look forward to staying here again.
nice hotel and service”
this hotel is nice place and good location.there is big swimming pool and kid's swimming pool. All facility is completed.Breakfast menu is variety especially Boiled rice is very good.the staff is good serviced mind especially housekeeping and coffee-shop.Room serviced is good and delicious and also not expensive. The hotel is close to Khao KaLoke beach, you can take your kids to enjoy the beach there.
Nice hotel with big bed room and seaside view”
very nice hotel for family stay with children and quite place if you wanted to relax with big pools. breakfast is good and staffs is very friendly. hptel front beach is not nice and if you want to swin. you have to travel to tha ao ka sa forest park which the benches and surrounding is very nice. foods and drinks is very good and reasonable.
Very large room with nice sea view”
This hotel is very suitable for the person who love peace and good atmostphere. you could rent motorcycle 250 THB/ Day to ride along the beach or go to the travel destination. or you could rent ATV 500 THB / Hour to sightseeing. Also you could use the good activities in Hotel as Free of Charge like Snooker, Teble Tennis , Fitness, Tennis, and big Swimming pool which have the high coconut tree beside.
a nice weekend”
Beautiful location & good service! I stayed here 2 nights 3 days. Staff is very kind & friendly. It is thanksful for the welcoming fruit-basket, decoration cake. However, entrance door(old) & Bathroom(leak) facility should be repaired quickly...Nice swimming pool, perfect for families or other also. The overall service is quite good comparing with hotels in the area within the same price range.
it is a good location hotel”
It is a good hotel, quited closed to sea so it is value for money. There are big swiming pool and small gym but the hotel is so far from restaurant and market so you have to eat in the hotel or walk about 20 minutes and no beach front of the hotel so you can not swimming in the sea. I strongly recommend this hotel
This hotel is ready for closing. We stopped here for 1 night on The way to phuket. Everything is old, broken or just not changed for the last 100 years Take a other hotel. Airco sounds like a helicopter. I should pay 500 bath the ok not 1500 bath. Staff is friendly
old hotel all staffs are friendly and nice room in hotel, things are awful such as water leaked , shower leaked, old tv that can watched only 3-4 channels but other than that it's clean and has good view overall it was ok
The place is good if you like to go to somewhere away from people”
Breakfast is quite good, Food in the hotel is reasonable price so you don't really have to find somewhere to eat. The room is spacious, clean and nice. However the surrounding is not as clean as it should be due to the birds stay around the area and they have made the hotel area dirty.
Absolutely outrageous ”
This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in we had to check out & move Had no hot water for 3 days but everyday they said yes it had been fixed House keeping lol shower was dirty when we checked in it was still like it when we checked out Had to get toilet roll ourselves as they never replaced them The lift broke down but as we was the only guests on the 5 floor the turned the landing light off so had to use our mobile phone torches to go down the stairs Whole place is a complete dump with doors open where they are being refurbished but never completed Only good thing for this place is somewhere to record a horror movie
Beach front pristine hotel”
Old hotel with old style room decor , good location beach front , pool is big but need renovate , too many dove problem , water pressure issue in high floor, breakfast is acceptable. General is you get what you pay , But Hotel need to renovate to get more guest
I was excited to take my new sweetheart to Pattawia - this would be the second time I would have stayed there, and I was happy to return for this romantic, important weekend. Everything was ok, but they closed the pool early this time. Last time, I could go swimming until 10pm. This time, we tried to go swimming at 8:15pm and was told the pool was already closed. Why have a pool, when you are next to the beach/ocean, if it isn't for SAFE evening swimming? I hope they go back to their old policy. Otherwise, things were pretty good. I was happy to see them putting more effort into the cleanliness and care of the facilities than last time.
Staff were very offending and not cooperating. They barely speak any English and it was hard time explaining to them what I want. Check in time should be at 2 pm but I couldn't check until 3.20. Meanwhile I went to get a bite, I found a bug in my salad! And they charged me for the salad, with no apologies or anything. I booked a room with sea view and given a room with wall view! I booked an ATV tour and they asked for a deposit then they refused to give me back my deposit, I finally got my deposit back after waiting for almost half an hour. I would never go back there and I think it's overrated.
Fantastic, unforgettable, will be back!”
Our stay was fantastic. Although a pipe broke in the middle of the second night of our stay, the staff responded immediately and professionally, moving us to another room and helping us transition. The following day, they let us into the room to make sure we got all our stuff out safely. Whenever we asked for assistance/advice, the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The pool was open late, making evening swimming a pleasant luxury, and with a short walk to the beach, daytime ocean swimming was marvelous. This hotel is out of the way, and out of the fray, which i what we wanted. The price was fantastic - we have paid far more in Hua Hin/Cha Am, and gotten far less. This is our new favorite destination.
Old hotel but excellent value for money”
It's an old hotel, but spacious and clean rooms with bath and shower, and balconies overlooking pool and sea. Four connecting pools, two for young children, the other two for adults. Good buffet breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere with lots of families with young children. Friendly staff. Not so good seaside location. No beach to speak of and not attractive for swimming. With transport it.s not too far from much better beaches and good seafood restaurants. Overall excellent value for the cost of the rooms.
Old but nice hotel”
The hotel is old. The rooms are well equipped, a good size, and very comfortable. The hotel is right across from the beach, and the foreshore is undergoing some maintenance and isn't exactly nice. The pool at the hotel is very big and pleasant. The room represented great value and for an aging hotel, it was a very pleasant stay.
Worst hotel ever”
The hotel was very old even after they have renovated. I book the executive suite when we get in the room it was very old, the A/C isn't cold, the balcony seems like nobody used it before and ceiling outside has a big hole in it.
Please put staff with service minded at check in ”
During our stay the hotel have big rally event, so I totally understand that the staff must be stressed and overloaded but our first impression was really bad with the check in staff, grudging face is not what guest deserved as a welcome for sure. Apart from that it was ok, the room is spacious and clean, though the one that we got was in the corner, so we can't really appreciate the beachfront view and also low wi-fi signal.Breakfast was a bit bland though they provide quite variety of choice.Security staff and cleaner were real polite and friendly, esp.the one in the parking lot was really helpful.
Very poor value”
Having made a reservation via Agoda on the road since we'd gotten a late start from Bangkok to Hat Yai, we arrived a little late in the evening. The entrance was like pulling into a back service entrance, unkempt & uninviting. The staff sent the security guard to challenge us whether we had made a reservation, making us feel even more unwelcome. The reception had no reservation in their system, as it appeared their Internet cable was cut. Through Agoda we had reserved a Deluxe Sea View room, but the staff was reluctant to give us without our insistence. No lighting at the room entrance made the place yet less inviting. The bar /restaurant was closed by 11 on Saturday night, leaving no late night entertainment. The room had no hot water, & very low water pressure. The shower flooded the bathroom floor with the poorly designed bathroom placing the toilet in between the shower head & drain. Even more disturbing was the electrical outlet in the shower area. The room was stocked with poor low class amenities, and had a poor breakfast selection with food sitting unheated in open containers. An Omelette to order had nothing in it. Wifi did not work during the 15 or so hours we stayed. The general condition feels run down--for example, the tiny rusty elevator with dirty plastic carpet looked like a service elevator. For the high price charged, this hotel is a very low value.
