A bit of faff at the start but nice stay. ”
Started by being told that they no longer were linked with Agoda as of April 2019 so not sure where it stands now?! Made s stressful start to the staY but was sorted out within an hour. The hotel was out of town but did have a shuttle service which was free. Staff were very helpful. Pool was fantastic and lived up to the pictures. Pool was the highlight.
Very helpful staff”
Stunning resort v. Relaxing atmosphere . Fabulous breakfast buffet.
Hotel is very beautiful and staff helpful. They give you feeling you are special guest as VIP. The hotel manager Cristy has very personal approach to customers. It was best decision to stay our last honeymoon days in this resort. We love the acomodation, pool, breakfast and staff.
Gorgeous, well made facilities, really peaceful place, nice people”
We needed a quiet repreive after the noise and chaos of city living for a few weeks, so we stayed in this lovely resort. Really, there must have been a huge amount of money spent on building this place because everything is made to a very high standard. It is a gorgeous resort not too far out of the city center. It is very good value for money all things considered, and while the food is described as expensive in many comments here, our bill for food wasn't that bad at the end. There isn't a great selection of food but they did have decent wine for sale, and they know how to store it properly so it doesnt suck when you drink it. The facilities are top notch, in all regards. I highly reccomend to anyone seeking peace and quiet in reach of downtown Hue.
Friendly staff and beautiful resort”
The Pilgrimage was by far the best hotel experience in Vietnam. The resort was beautiful, great food, spacious and very comfortable rooms. The only thing is that the resort is further away from the town, although they provide a shuttle bus. Definitely worth the stay, especially if travelling with children (there was a really good kids room in the resort).
nice place for those who love nature and peace. ”
staff: nice, friendly facilities: it'd be better if water in the bathroom got hot faster. i like the slope swimming pool. breakfast: My Mom likes food there. really like coffee. will come back next time!
Very good resort with excellent pool and pool area”
We'll run resort hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. We were upgraded to honeymoon sweet. Huge room and bathroom, however is beginning to look a little tired. Food prices were very expensive for Vietnam as were wine prices. Afternoon tea was an added bonus with the upgrade, and we also received free foot massages, excellent! Some distance from the centre though a shuttle bus was provided. We would recommend if you are looking for a balance between a resort hotel and city centre access.
I happy with resort, so very nice
nice yoga in the morning”
serene - but very spread out. try memorising the way back to your chalet before dark. nicely appointed chalets, and swimming pool
Verry good hotel anytime!”
The hotel is always in nature~ Especially the pool is beautiful! Also, employees are so kind. I'm korean. It was so comfortable because there is a staff who speaks korean.
Great resort experience in Hue”
I had a phenomenal experience here. Staff was exceptional with quality of service. Food and facilities all top notch. They upgraded my room upon check in without me asking - amazing. I live in Hue, and have been to many hotels and resorts around the area, and can say this one definitely checks the box for value for money if you want a resort style getaway. I would stay here again (which is saying something as many places I would try once, but never a second time!).
A great hotel for a quiet holiday”
This hotel has everything one needs for a perfect holiday to recharge the body and soul. Great facilities and staff. Outstanding breakfast in a beautiful integrated nature setting. A hotel that I will definitely come back again.
A gem in Hue”
Loved the pool and the property in general. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Free shuttlebus to and from town was just what we needed. Had a food massage and it was awesome. Breakfast was average.
Best for some relaxing days”
Though a bit far from the city it is worth staying at the hotel. It’s staff is extremely friendly and service minded! From offering help with the transfer to the city or a late breakfast after the usual service hours everything was perfectly arranged. The restaurant offers a huge and good wine selection!
Lovely resort, expensive food”
The resort is huge and absolutely beautiful. The pool, yoga room and gym are lovely. The staff is great, always greeting you with a smile on their face. The rooms are large and well equipped. It’s a little outside of town but the free shuttle works great. We found the prices for food and spa services too high for a property in Vietnam, even for a luxury property. There’s a small store and restaurant across the street to stock up though.
Miwa. To you and your staff I say thank you. Thank you for an Amazing experience, beautiful caring staff beautiful clean and perfectly maintained gardens and surrounds. Highly highly recommended for a quiet relaxing getaway.
Wonderful place to spend a quiet holidays with the family. My kids really enjoyed the kids room and the pools. Only difficulty was the limited restaurants inside the resort. Maybe the can have more varieties in the menu. Our host ms Miza (manager) was so polite and caring. Definitely made us feel more comfortable in the resort. Was impressed they had their own bird santuary and a free billards room. Recommendation for the kids room maybe should have some dining table so the parents or kids can have some meals there.
Quite far from Da Nang ”
It took me 2 hours driving from da nang to this place. Hotel was nice and clean. The room was big and nice. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. I liked the hotel and really had a great time
Perfect retreat for weary city dwellers”
This sanctuary was tucked away behind an unassuming entrance. All the staff were cheerful, helpful, and friendly adding a nice touch to the already beautiful surrounds. The free yoga was interrupted by some construction work right next door, but wasn't a huge issue. The rooms were well laid out and very spacious. I'd highly recommend this establishment to anyone planning a trip to Hue.
Fantastic place to relax”
The property is great, although grounds seem a little run down some landscaping works ongoing might improve small details. The pool is absolutely fantastic, highly recommend the evening happy hour at the swim up bar. The kids play room was really useful for us to entertain our baby and let him blow off some steam everyday. The restaurant is very nice, although a bit expensive by Vietnamese standards, and room service great. The breakfast buffet is also very good, nice range western and Vietnamese options. The only sour point for us was the front desk selling us some repackaged ginger candies then discovering them for a fraction of the price in the mini mart over the road. We really appreciated being upgraded to a honeymoon suit and would highly recommend the stand alone rooms over the apartment style rooms if available.
