Please note that there is no onsite reception. You must provide the property with an Australian mobile phone number, as your check in details will be sent to you via text message, on your check in day. If you do not have an Australian mobile phone number, you will need to provide an email address for this information to be sent to you. The preferred contact method is via the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can use the Special Requests box when booking.
Please note that reception office hours are 8:00-18:00. If you need to contact the property outside of these hours, please use the Special Requests box, or send the property an email. Please only use the mobile number provided in case of emergencies.
