Stayed 2 nights in January, 2018
Best soft adventure ever”
Seems expensive for 2 nights but worth every cent. Starts with spectacular low altitude tour of Tas S coast in light plane then 20 min cruise down attractive tea-tree stained waterways to their bush camp-4 basic tents on timber platforms with shared facilities on beach of magical Bathurst Harbour. Then 3 full days touring this vast pristine remote wilderness in their speedboat with visits to deserted beaches , islands ,hilltops ; then another spectacular 1hr flight back to civilisation over W Arthurs/Federation Peak/SW wilderness. Near perfect weather helped a lot(best chance late Jan to March ,+ maybe June/July for cold weather lovers) but great efforts by all concerned, from pilots to our tour guide Peter(whose detailed knowledge & passion for the area & its history was infectious) , to chef & general helper Ken.
