                When we arrived they did not have any rooms left that we paid for. First night we stayed in a basic room but they did move us on the next day to the room we booked. We were ok with that. Staff was friendly and helpful. The worst thing about the trip came after we got back to NZ and realized they charged our credit card the amount we already paid for through agoda. I wrote emails to the hotel regarding the double charging issue but i never got a reply. In the end i was only able to get the money back through my bank. Check you credit card after you stayed to see that they did not charge you again.

                My 3 nights stay booked on line for a cottage ended being 8 nights in Suprior standard due to Domestic flight cancellation. I rebooked 2x at reception thanks for keeping me in same room. Housekeeping ladies for the awesome towel display in my room when I was struck with another flight cancellation Tropical Cyclone Gita. These little deeds meant a lot when ye away from home. I did not get the chance to experience the cottage but will be back next time. Not too mention that pool is a beaut and the gardens & landscape very clean. I understand it's a 3 star but ye need to work on the mildew & dampness in the room with sparkling bathrooms 👉 Thank you to Mala & team/ House keepers for the towel display and to the young slim Fijian guy at the restaurant/bar with that flipped hairstyle your smile & g8 service keep it up. Thank you Skylodge & see ye again

                this hotel is good for the price. Its clean and the air conditioners work. However the food is not good at all so eat elsewhere.

                Place is ok,disappointed with foyer staff, we arrived early,room not ready, bags put in safe storage while we had a meal, we were not advised when room ready, nor taken to room or given any instructions on use of any appliances or power operation as one would expect, again just basic formalities overlooked,

                I had actually booked the room for 3 people and upon check-in, when I was given the key I did ask if its for 3 people and the girl at the reception says yes it is. Went to the room and found out AC is not working. Called reception and the lady tells me to slot the card beside the door. As if this was my first time going to a hotel room and as if I didnt know all that. Booked for 3, only 2 towels was given, 1 glass, 1 teaspoon only, no ironing facilities in room as shows while booking. When we went for breakfast, the lady asks for room number and says “breakfast is only for 2 and not 3”. Being so rude and not even a smile on her face. Came to reception to enquire and they say sorry sir its for 3 people. Went back to thr reaturant and the lasy even did not bother to say a sorry. We were treated like locals and not given any importance. I would never suggest any of my local friends to get to this hotel.

                BUSINESS TRIP”
                Hi this is the first time I have visited a hotel like this in my 30 years of Travel, Allotted the Room which was not cleaned, bed spread just looked like person had vacated just seconds before leaving the Towel on the desk, unven position of things..... just said dont want this room and want to upgrade to good one but that was also not up to mark but as it was late I came back I could not cancel and move I asked for TV remote they said the TV comes with out remote then one persons tried and asked me to operate by Hand....said will try to see if possible but never came back I never switched off the TV....as after a drive from SUVA to Singatoka to Nadi to lautoka to Ba..... meeting my clients I was tired....but whole days pain was in so much stress.....with BOOKING a shit hotel and more over no co-operation in front office I often visit Fiji for Buisness I will never ever in my life go back to Nadi tanoa... as I stayed in water front in Lotouka and even said to the person in Front office that I enjoyed my stay there..... Please do not support ....this place as people after all want to relax few hours after work....but I travel all over this is my first bad experience....mistake due to front office as well.... rooms not quite good for Business people good for only travellers who go for cheap stay I stayed all my visits in Mercure....this time I did not get room hence booked in this.....not any more to be back to this place .... they should have refunded for what they did....no TV...remote and no excuse....

                Its at good location to airport and to Nadi town. The food was not to my satisfaction, ie breakfast and also dinner. There was no food menu in the room n no chairs or lack of furniture, until u request. Overall not bad

                The room we had was spacious with plenty of room for us, our child and baby; that's about it for positives. The room and bathroom were dirty, housekeeping did not clean until 4pm, after having taken our dirty towels in the morning. Music and loud drinking could be heard until 4am on both nights of our stay; for an airport hotel where many guests must be up early in the morning, this is absolutely unacceptable. Staff were unwilling to make arrangements for us to stay in the same room two nights in a row, despite having confirmed this on check-in. Airport shuttle only ran on the hour, every hour, leaving us either way too early or too late for our flight. Staff were incompetent and unwilling to make travel arrangements for us, for example, they booked a small taxi for our family of 7. The pool area was disgusting with broken tiles and filthy water - far from the image shown above. All in all, a terrible experience. For the record, we are not 'picky' travellers and have spent a lot of time in developing countries with low standard accommodation; this was exceptionally bad.

                Located away from anything..probably good in its day but rooms were like stepping back into seventies. Staff friendly and helpful. Our friends were moved twice due to a smoker using one and a mouse and cockroaches in the other. Credit to the staff who promptly changed rooms.

                Location is close to the airport but major road works are happening on Queens Highway so it was very noisy and also caused lots of dust. The room was dirty and is in need of a major make-over as the resort actually has the potential of being great, with lots of 'tender loving care'. There was no remote in the room for the TV and the staff really couldn't have cared less about me as a guest, except for the driver of the complimentary airport transfer who was polite, friendly and helpful. One other groundsman was very happy to help me with my luggage to reception on departure, as I was struggling. Until this hotel is up-dated I would advise people to search for other accommodation as there are so many places to stay in Nadi.

                Just right....cozy, the location is not too far from shops about five mins up the road also near a bus stop which makes it easier to get around Nadi. The staff friendly, the food at the restaurant is good but might be a little overpriced, there is a laundry area for the guests to uses, with a swiming pool area and clean restroom for guest to use.... just need to check the shower plumbing; it drains very slowly ..... other then that i would love to go back there!
