Easy access to everything”
Located at end of Soi 13/1 & 2nd Road, 10 mins to Walking Street or Central Festival down the road. Across the road is the Soi Buakhao area which is where are the activities are nowadays. Robin Hood Tavern opposite the hotel entrance (on left side) is run by a Michelin star chef owner, serve really good food at reasonable prices. It is one of the rare places opened at 7am for BF. The baht bus right at the hotel entrance will take you down to Terminal 21.

If you are thinking of staying for 7 or more days ask for the monthly rate - you will be pleasantly surprised PS - the standard rooms are OK but the larger rooms are brilliant (and not much more $$)

Clean big rooms, cable TV, wifi, cold Aircon and with a pizza restaurant at the ground floor. Entry to the hotel is thru the restaurant to the reception/lift. Only issue is there seems to be no hot water in the shower, something to consider for those who cannot stand taking cold water showers. Anyway, it did not stop me from extending another 5 days.

The location was nice only little noisy from the bar outside but after 12:30 mid night they kinda stop other than that was fine..the bathroom was big n water pressure was so good

I booked the hotel for a friend- I did not stay here. I was told by my friend she only got drinking water on day 1 and the room wasn't cleaned. She has no reason to make this up.

Not bad... but better take other hotel”
I shall not say it is a bad hotel. But there are better hotels at same price. Biggest problem is staff. There are no staff 555. One old lady stays at the reception. No staff on the night. I checled in late anf discovered that my room does not have hot water and handshower is "missing". But the receptionist left and there were no one at the hotel to speak to for resolution. Rooms are good size but old with lots of wear and tear. It does not give you a happy feeling. Take thid hotel only at high time when you cannot find another place.

Not the best place to stay”
Many issues with the Hotel. Most of the hotel is rented out to monthly tenants, and not all are desirables. Room cleaning is not automatic on a daily basis, and you must request it. Request too often and they will make up excuses to skip days. No staff on duty during the nights. I think you probably can find better deals than the Privi.

There was photos of swimming pool and jacuzzi but non here. Also no wifi towels water TV ( TV had no channels ) Hot water. I would not book again and if not already paid for 2 rooms for 6 days would of left.

Not as expected”
Stayed there a few years ago it was OK. This stay arrived to a dirty room not cleaned at all. Hairs in sink and on floor, no towels in room. Thick dust on shelves. Had to ask for towels and received towels with holes in them. There was no phone in room, we were told there was only one maid but never saw her. Moved to a different room only to return early evening the next day to discover no towels. Called the front desk only to find out she had left for the day and the front desk was unattended Contacted her and she said she was home and nothing she could do. Upon leaving the next day the elevator had broken down and we had to carry our luggage down the steps, the desk attendant never showed before we left This was the most horrible hotel experience I've had to date. Oh! I forgot I was told the internet did not work after signing in as well! The whole thing was ridiculous, a stay we'll never forget, but we survived. Hope things improve!!!

Staff needs customer service training urgently. Rooms are refurbished but hot water is not working and air cond is not cold. Not recommended.
