A good value for money ”
This hotel is really a good value for money. location is also good. only complaint will be, I guess, that there was no fan in the private room. It was okay at night but hot during the day

Cramped room, small kitchen and toilet”
Room was so cramped that the bathroom door could not open properly as the bed frame was blocking it. But breakfast was good with toast, cereal, juice, tea/ coffee

Great value for money!”
Great little backpackers, just outside Hobarts CBD. I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was included in the price and was very decent. Toast, cereal, tea, coffee, orange juice etc... They even supplied morning papers to read over breakfast. I was attending a course in town for the week so not the usual backpacker. I would suggest bringing some earplugs though as I had some of the worst snorers ever in my dorm, but once I worked this out I slept very well. The mattresses are thin foam ones but good enough to sleep on. The hotel looks to employ other backpacker from around the globe to do the cleaning etc... which makes perfect sense due to their multi lingual capacity. Their is also a small kitchette avalable for lunch and dinner preparation and a fridge which was very handy. All in all a very positive experience, one I would definitely recommend to others. I for one will be returning if I'm down that way again. 🙂

Excellent everything”
Service was too excellent given I was staying in mixed dormitory. Bed was comfortable for good sleep and they provide all basic needs breakfast, towel and soap unlike other backpackers hostels. Only drawback is little away from city center about 10 mins walking, but it should not be a problem if you are looking for a comfortable sleep and good service in budget.
