No hesitation to stay here again ”
This hotel is in a very central location with tube station next door. Lots of little shops to buy basics and then big Westfield 5 min away. 24 hr reception and I stayed here 4 different times over last two weeks. I even rang them at midnight to come back, as a new hotel I had booked into in London was woeful and the W12 lovely staff checked me back into my old room. I'm an older female solo traveler and my bags were carried up to room and down to street level each time by staff. Rooms were spotless, maybe a little small by some standards but my God not like the broom cupboard in the other hotel that I fled from. Fast wifi and I could watch Netflix on ipad and use my phone as well which not all places can accommodate I found. I would not hesitate to return.
Absolute hidden gem!!! Stayed in the Dorchester on Friday night (£130), stayed here in Sunday night (£60) - had a better experience from Check in to Check out - fab staff. Rooms are clean, Modern and have everything you need.... DONT LET THE OUTSIDE put you off, lovely inside throughout.... See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best Hotel for Single rooms I've ever stayed in London”
The hotel is newly renovated with nice shower and clean cosy sheets. It's just beside the Shepherd's bush station. It's probably the best single room I've ever stayed in London with the value and the quality provided. The reception is on the 1st floor and the receptionist are on standby to help you carry your luggage up and down should you need help.
Comfortable room at Shepherd's Bush”
Cute and comfortable, small room in the hip area of Shepherd's Bush. Easy and quick access to the airport via a bus to Hammersmith and then a train.Room is very small, but cosy. Westfield Shopping Centre and the train is a very short walk away.
Lovely little hotel at Shepherd's Bush”
Right next to Shepherd's Bush station. Lovely, clean, comfortable room with very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of good eateries and shopping nearby. Only issue is that the safe in my room was located on the ground, which meant sitting/lying on the floor to access it....not a good place for people with mobility problems.
Beautiful hotel, great location, but steps to climb, it's Europe ”
Wonderful location, esp if you're attending events at Olympia convention center. Very clean, tech savvy hotel with electronic controls for temperate from front desk. Great value for 80 gbp. Right next to the underground and rail service. Very happy overall. Only slight downside is no elevator. No work desks in rooms per se.
My second stay”
Considering how awful London hotels can be W12 Rooms is a little gem. The location was perfect for our needs. The room was warm in January thanks to the double-glazed windows. Comfy bed and the room is in a good condition. Nothing serious to complain about (well, you could replace the silly little not-too-cold fridge and put a shelf for guests' own shampoo in the shower but that's nit-picking). I will stay here again if the price does not go up.
What a lovely hotel ”
Greeted by really friendly staff who helped us with our bags. The room was spotless, lovely and bright and you couldn't fault the location. So close to the tube station and Westfield around the corner so plenty of places to eat and drink. I plan on returning!
No Lift. Since no lift it is very difficult to carry bags even to the reception. ”
Carrying luggages from ground to first floor reception and from reception to the rooms in the third floor is a big hazzel. Sometime staff helps if there is any but most of the time we have to carry by ourself.
Dirty room service, extremly small room”
I took the DELUXE double room and it was extremely SMALL which has a size of maximum 14 or 15 square meter, The cleaning of the room is extremely DIRTY and I do have PICTURES of that , room service ONLY put the SAME bed sheets as it is WITHOUT being changed, NO facilities in the hotel at all , no gym ,no swimming pool ,no restaurant and even NO ELEVATOR. Wi-Fi password keeps changing every three days, I had to use three passwords for my seven nights stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.
I stayed at W12 as I was visiting the Westfield Shopping Centre, so the location of this hotel is perfect. It is metres from the train station and just around the corner from Westfield. Whilst the room is small, it had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was a great size. I would definitely stay here again if I was to visit the Westfield shopping centre. Only downside is no lifts so you can end up climbing many stairs if staying on the higher levels. Staff were great in transporting luggage for you, which was great as my bag weighed 25kg!
Clean hotel ”
The room was very clean and tidy. Coming from a picky person. Right next to mega shopping mall Westfield and next to the underground. Very accessible with public transport. Loved it and will definitly return to this hotel.
Lovely but no window!”
We enjoyed our stay lovely and clean but the only window in the double deluxe was the sky light! Made me a little uncomfortable but at least it was quiet! Perfect for shopping at west field or gigs at the Shepards bush empire.
Great hotel at great location”
The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel and our rooms were beautifully arranged. The location of the hotel is just next to sheperd bush station which accomodates underground, overground & lots of busses. The staffs are very helpful & had done their best to accomodate our requests. They had stairs leading to the desk & rooms, and they had their staffs helped us to lug our luggages to our rooms. Wifi was great too
Brilliant. Will be back.”
Everything's superb; including the location, wi-fi & staff. Always looking forward to go out and discover London in the morning; and always looking forward to return to the hotel in the evening. Highly recommended.
Nice and clean Boutique Hotel”
W12 is conveniently located next to Shepherd Bush station. Very clean room. The downside to this hotel is that there is no elevator and the stairs are rather steep. This hotel might be inconvenient for people with difficulties climbing stairs. Bed and pillows are soft, might need a change soon. Overall I would think W12 is good value.
Good location, nice place, small room”
Good stay. Can't beat the location, right next to Shepherd's Bush station and the Westfield bus stop. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bathroom is very nice and the room is modern. Room was a bit tight, even for one person with a small suitcase. If you have large suitcases or more than 2 small suitcases, you'll want to find somewhere to store them. I'd stay here again.
Not agree with the high rate”
When I arrived I was shock no elevator no real lobby no breakfast what make me more comfertsble was great staff . The main problem is the noise for me I don't like to be on main road. The room itself is good . You need to climb stairs so depends if you mind or not .
overall great hotel”
Love the environment, the service provided by the staff , very beautiful English style deco , very clean place, mineral water bottles were provided everyday , they also provide airport transfer service
Fantastic location and cleanliness”
The location to Westfield, Underground and other nearby services (supermarket if required) were fantastic. My only concern would be the steep stairs (no lift) but there is a porter available to help during certain times. Rooms are very small but very well presented. I would stay here again. I stayed here with my 12 year old daughter.
