COMMUNICATION PROBLEM”

The place was good and affordable however they took forever to respond to messages, we have a lot of questions and it’s either we wont get a response or we get incomplete responses. Another thing is the facilities they are not proactive enough to supply the things we need. We still asked for dish soaps, butane refill, wifi password, iron and etc. The only toiletry that we receive is tissue though we don’t need shampoo bcs we bought our own this is for the future travelers. Btw. The water pressure is sooo good 👍 To summarize the place was good but the customer service is not so good.

Needs maintenance”

Okay yung bathroom, bed, medyo luma nga lang ung aircon and spacious naman siya. Hindi nga lang siya as described - walang chairs pagdating namin. Hindi mashadong malinis yung lababo and prang di napunasan yung mga kabinet. And since sa isang bahay siya - if mag oorder kayo na grab in the middle of the night - good luck dahil nakapadlock ang gate - antay ka sa morning.
