"Once you enter the apartment, you will find a nice hallway and on its left the living room, which is decorated with an original wood flooring, a lovely marble chimney and a mirror.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (120cm), a TV-stand and a table with 3 chairs. Adjacent the chimney you will find the door leading to the bedroom, the latter decorated with a light wall-to-wall carpet (changed in June 2015). The windows of the bedroom and living are equipped with curtains and external obscuring shutters. The room faces a quiet street without shops. The apartment is discrete and not noisy, even if it is situated on the first floor.
In the bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed (140cm), two comfortable wall wardrobes, two armchairs and a private bathroom, serviced with washing machine, bath tub, basin and a window.
From the hallway, you can reach the kitchen, small but well equipped with a tip-up table (to use as kitchen counter or table). Outside of the kitchen, on the left, you will find a small bathroom with a WC and a window.
Probably the most visited district in Paris, the area surrounding the Eiffel Tower (7th arrondissement) is perfect for anyone -both businessmen and tourists- looking for a typical Parisian apartment for rent.
The Eiffel Tower was built in 1889 by Gustave Eiffel and it is composed of three levels, which offer marvellous views of Paris’ skyline. Inside, you find four restaurants, the ‘Jules Verne’ - a sophisticated venue by Alain Ducasse-, the ‘58 Tour Eiffel’, the ‘Bar à Champagne’ and the ‘Salon Gustave Eiffel’. A few steps away, there is the charming Parc du Champ de Mars, where the Parisians meet to relax and enjoy the show of lights of the Tower.
The closest metro stops, that allow you to reach every area of the city, are:
Dupleix (line 6) and La motte – Picquet – Grenelle (lines 6, 8 and 10).
Not far from the apartment, you will also find: Cambronne (line 6) and Avenue Emile Zola (line 10).
Moreover, you can take the Batobus (the stop is very close to the Tour Eiffel) and try the emotion of a cruise on the River Seine.
The closest parking is Parkeon, 316 m far (100 av Suffren, 75015 Paris)."
