I will always recommend this hotel to everyone..as this is not my 1st time staying here..we’re always feel welcome here. The room was comfortable..the bed, especially,my son really love the small pillow..as he said that was his pillow prepared by the hotel..food-variaties of foods..facilities-near to lrt/mrt station.my son loved it..staff also great!!nothing more to ask.will stay here everytime in kl

Value For Money Like 5 Star Hotel”
Very comfortable room. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with many choices. Near the city center so its easy for you to go anywhere via cab or bus. Train station is within walking distance. I didn't take the train so I can't tell how long you need to walk. Right in front there's a nice Chinese restaurant, and 24-hour convenience store. Nice place to stay!

Everything was perfect n will always my kids n i first choice of hotel to stay. We stayed there for two nights but maybe i went out late at 2 pm the house keeping did not tidy our room n fill up the facilities. But next trip i will make sure they tidy up my room. Anyway this hotel is my priority. 👍👍👍

Very Good Hotel Relocation Arrangements”
Received an email saying they didn't opened until end of April but they gave me two options either change the date or they will relocate me to their sister hotel, The Majestic Hotel KL. Since I have function to attend on that day, I agreed to hotel relocate with no extra charge. The reservation staff was very helpful & informative. Tq very much AC Marriott, even though I didn't have a chance to stay at ur hotel this time (this stay should be my third stay at this hotel) but I am very happy to be relocated to a very good hotel, even though the new location a bit far from the venue I had to attend (PWTC)

I stayed there for 3 nights, I booked this hotel through Agoda, the rate for the night was quite reasonable. The hotel room was clean and big. The only thing that needs to be improved is the lighting with in the room that was less during the night time, rest facilities were fulfilled my needs.

Clean, tidy and can feel the luxury style”
I booked executive deluxe room and really happy with that room. The bathroom was cleaned reallywell, water pressure was good but only one toothbrush were provided. The room aircond is centralized but there is temperature settings next to the bed. Loved the bed! Breakfast was good , they have western and malay breakfast. The nasi dagang curry was really tasty. I wish they use the same curry with the roti canai. The roti canai curry was not really well cook. They also have muffins and 3-4 type of pastries. There were station for eggs. Others food like mee rebus, kuih muih, cereal, toast bread , salad , fruit salad, fruits , hotdogs, baked beans and kuehtiaw goreng

We had a lovely short stay and love what improvements they have done. We were looked after by Austin and Faizal at reception and enjoyed their business lounge Breakfast had good selection and the hot food were good Kudos to Hasnol who looked after us, his attentiveness needs mention even though he’s there as a trainee We will definitely come back My only snag was parking otherwise it was an enjoyable stay

Its Close to the MRT. Check in was bit slow. Perhaps understaffed due to Covid. but I'm glad to stay here to also help out the hotel industry. Room and bed are comfortable. I love the rain shower head.

VISTANA KL been my 2nd home for past 20 over years. This time it was special; I accidentally left my favourite Uni Qlo shorts hanging in the closet. I Whatsapp the next day and the staff immediately check and confirmed the item is there and agreed to hold the item till my next visit end of year during my Xmas stay. Well done.

Everything about this hotel was great. Huge room on 15th floor great view., real comfy king bed and serviced daily. Bathroom perfect and great hot shower within secs. Friendly staff everywhere and great bar/coffee in lobby. Pool fantastic and clean. Train was walking distance to anywhere in KL. Couldn’t fault our stay here. Great value and would recommend and stay again anytime.

Noisy Neighbors and Loud Singing from the Food Court Across the River”
Someone should caution the Food Court opposite the river. They were screaming until 12 midnight. A noisy guest was banging on god knows what in the middle of the night in the room next door. 0625 i believe / 0628 i am not sure.
