Hotel with good location and price, if you dont mind the slightly old furniture and fittings. There were some fittings broken that required the maintenance to fix.

Recommended but no WIFI”
Will go there for second time. Got swimming pool and gym. Also breakfast was okay. Got iron and iron board. Fridge. The room was big! I like it. The room have everything except WIFI !! Got bath tub also. The room was clean. However, there is no food stall nearby.

Our 3 night stay in Avillion is a total disappointment. Our studio room is full of ants, housekeeping did not replace towel for 2 until we called up the receptionist twice for the towel. The breakfast was average and the worse part was the food was cold. The hospitality service was bad. The door man was happily chatting away with security guard when he is suppose to greet and open the door for the hotel guest.

OLD BUILDING AND THE ACCESS CARD IS NOT FUNCTIONING”
This hotel looks nice at outside but the inside oh mm ggg its more to "indah khabar dari rupa' . Like an idiom 'dont judge the books by its cover' but this hotel is u can't judge its by the outsiders design with a beauiful craetion but inside its horrible plus the access card is not functioning in a second, we have to wait till one minute plus plus plus and then the door will opened for you. The bathroom also is not in a good condition. The door have to shut it louder as if u make it soft it cant be locked. The bath tub's pipe also have put a lot of energy to push it for showering . Overall I will not stay here again and again and again.

I book for this hotel RM133 including breakfast, if value for money, yes! what you expect when u pay for RM133 to getting super best hotel? Car park is abit old, hotel everything is old. But if with this price , the free breakfast is consider awesome. I would suggest this hotel should renew the whole interior.
