Great experience”

We found it a very positive experience. Bajaj felt like a little oasis of calm in a manic city. The staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this Homestay to solo or independent travellers because you are really well looked after and you feel safe and at home.

Excellent cute hotel”

I was so tired after the flight from Australia that I didn't even notice my room didn't have a window until the next day, but I didn't care. The hotel is cute, and has several floors with a café/restaurant and fantastic rooftop garden. It's right near the metro. Staff were so friendly and one manager helped me book three train tickets, as they are also a travel agency, spending over an hour helping me. A fine little hotel. Thank you everyone at Bajaj.

1st time in an Indian Homestay”

This felt more like a small hotel rather than a home stay. The room was very dated The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was extremely good. All in all a value for money experience, but as I said the rooms could do with updating.

Extremely good budget place to stay for couple of days”

Good service and staff, descent breakfast and clean room, good for short stay for group of people. Will definitely stay again.

Bad (no) service, biased treatment of guests ”

The hotel is located close to the New Delhi train station, room service available, good shower, good bed. However, I am not recommending it because of the poor service, especially for the price. I arrived at the hotel at 8pm and my room was not ready because the previous guests had decided to stay in it all day, and the hotel let them. Which would be fine if the room wasn’t being reserved for other guests. So after a day on the train I arrived and they put me in another room. Something felt off, I said this is not the room I paid for, and they were like yea it isn’t. Asked me to wait for 10 min with a complimentary cup of tea. Refused any sort of refund on the room. Didn’t get into my room until 9pm. Later found out the room they tried to put me in (uncleaned)is the bedroom of the hotel staff. They were sleeping in it with the door open when I walked by. Also in the morning told me the only way to the train station was by taxi for 800 rps. When in reality the rickshaw cost is 60-100.

Excellent”

It's a friendly, efficient place that will organise anything you want. If you're a high-end traveller it's not luxury but its value and knowledge are excellent. I paid a few bucks extra to be driven to a station and organised into my train. When the train was rescheduled (delayed) for four hours, they waited with me at the station, offered chai and food and put me on my delayed train four hours later. That's service. Thanks Jatin and Sanjay for being extra nice.

The management and staff were extremely helpful . Room was very clean, Breakfast and meals were excellent.

Nice marble and wood pieces. Small rooms, clean. Ours was noisy though.

Best Location at reasonable price”

I would have given 5* rating, if late night check-in process would have been simple. Mr. Sanjay took care but hotel need to work on this. Mr. Dinesh prepare good fresh breakfast for us. Another issue which I told to Mr. Sanjay to check all the lights are working and AC remote (should not be with timeout). He agreed and assured that this will not be repeated.

Friendly behaviour of staff but Room facilities could had been better”

Pros: Nice Location, Very good behaviour of the owner and the staffs, Tasty breakfast (specially tea and Bread omlette), Room's ambience is good equipped with mini fridge which is great for summer and with Wi-fi. Cons: There were differences in the amenities which I read on agoda and the which I got. No telephone in the room, No electric kettle in the room (though you can get the hot water from upsatir kitchen), Only 2 Charging socket are there out of one is not working or loose, Slippers were not provided as it was mentioned so I couldn't bring along with me and then had to buy. No hair dryer. AC remote needs to be replaced as it was not working properly, Cable tv is just for the sake of formality wont find any good channel running. Though these things are minor but shouldn't be mentioned if cant be provided. No window in the room so you always have to turn on the AC and for a person like me who rarely like to use the AC can feel little uncomfortable. Overall a good stay but need to work on these amenities too or shouldn't mention
