Would highly recommend ”
The staff was excellent, the rooms where nice and the service was great. The resort is on a hill so it is a good workout getting up to the rooms but they have golf carts that are pretty much always available and the view is worth it. Was very happy with my stay.
great place to stay”
Great place to stay. Spent 5 days. Breakfast from buffet each day was excellent. Hired scooter for 3 days to roam around the island. Location is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful, the room was perfect.
Quiet & Relaxing stay!”
We stayed in a nice villa but had a small incident where the housekeeping gave us pool towels instead of room towels and also 2 'rags' as hand towels. All was sorted out by Mr Jesse who was so kind to come into the villa to check that everything else was in good order. My compliments to Mr Jesse!! Love the pool!!
Perfect stay, except for constant vehicle noises ”
I stayed there with my husband for 3 nights in Deluxe garden view room. Our stay was great! Large room, with nice bathroom and tub. we love the bed. It was so comfortable! Except for that we can hear constant vehicle noises from the mountain road at the back of the hotel, which woke us up very early every morning. I suggest you should choose hill side ocean view deluxe rooms, because garden rooms are almost at the front entrance of the hotel and quite noisy with vehicle noises. Staff are nice and good service. We enjoyed a great ocean view from the top most pool. The hotel has 5 pools to hand around. There are 3 pools next to the beach, and 2 big pools on the hill with great ocean view. Food was quite nice. We had room service and lunch at the pool bar. The hotel is about 10-15 min drive to Chaweng beach where you can shop and hang out at the bars.
The hotel is close to the airport about 2KM. Service is good, especially I lost my cellphone's sim-card after I have checked out. I called back , the waiter said that he found it on the table in breakfast restatrant. They send the card to the reception where I stayed in the second hotel . Very appreciated!
After a long travel by bus and ferry what we wanted was a luxurious and beautiful resort. breath taking was the first word that came to mind after looking at our resort. lovely entrance with warm welcoming staff. our room was big with pool side view. the private resort beach was clean with only resort customers. wonderful breakfast with full of variety! great atmosphere. it was worth it! would love to go again and again!
Great property and beach location”
Beautiful hotel on the hillside. Quiet but close to the main nightlife district. Poolbar was great with very good access to the beautiful beach. Rooms were very nice although they were a hike up the hill. Pools at the facility were great as was their breakfast. Dinner by the beach was great.
Tranquil Hotel with great facilities”
Staff polite, friendly and discreet about their business. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Good value for level of facilities offered. Food was great value except for breakfast offering. The private villas look the best option if i went again.
Not that impress”
Quite a distance from the chaweng beach. Without any car you need to pay quite some fees on taxi. Not and easy place to find for people who drove on the island. Anyway they did had a very helpful and friendly staffs to take care of you. NIce buffet breakfast that u can have in the morning.
A splendid stay!”
Overall I was very very pleased with this hotel and the staff. Me and my girlfriend stayed at one of the Deluxe Villas where we were very pleased with the room. Everything was very comfortable. However, the pillows were a little too high for our liking but that didn't spoil our stay one bit. In-room amenities were excellent such as a bathrobe, slippers, and hairdryer are provided. Another great touch was the beach bag which my girlfriend used during the time we were there as she didn't want to get her own bag wet and/or covered in sand. Negative aspects worth mentioning are: the steep incline to get to rooms since they are located on the side of a hill; beach not worth seeing at all since it is very small and rocky; food took around 20 minutes for a simple fried rice (x2) and soup.
Worst experience! Warning: Do NOT stay there!!”
My partner & I stayed for 10 nights in Dec/Jan 18 & it was the worst accommodation we've EVER experienced. Below are only some of our encounters due to word limit: - Reception staff unfriendly, inexperienced & speak minimal English (picks up the phone in Chinese) Caused us to almost miss a ferry due to complete incompetence - Not given towels after room service on most days. Need to call reception 3 times before they'd bring towels, once we had to walk to reception to ask for towels as they ignored our calls - Both pools not serviced & green in colour, not safe for swimming. Lounges dirty & no umbrellas like in photos - Room had loose taps & sinks, cracks in wall - 80% of gym equipment broken with no signage - Asked tour desk to book ferry, staff said they will check & call room but instead just went home (excuse next day was she lost our room no.) We ended up having to book ferry thru another hotel! - Buffet breakfast bad quality food, ran out of food & cutlery/crockery on most days
Great Ambiance and facilities. We had some issues on check and it took to resolve the same. Hotel has a shuttle going to Chaweng every house so the slightly off main location doesn't affect you much. Rooms are nice but need upgradation. Over all it was a great experience.
Great three nights!”
The staff are really friendly and helpful. We hired scooters from the tours desk and they were 300baht! a day but had no trouble with damages scams or anything like that. Definitely worth a visit if you want to hide away from the hussle and bussle of Chewang but still be in arms reach of it.
2nd visit to Koh Samui ”
We had a wonderful stay at Bhudhari, when we arrived our room wasn't ready due to the last occupants breaking a window, we were given the room next door until ours was ready in the meantime an ocean villa became available and three staff quickly advised us and offered us this accomodation. We took the offer and it came with our USB plunge pool also. The breakfast each day is lovely and fresh, the restaurant offer good quality meals and the spa area of the resort was also most accommodating and the massage superb. Would stay again
Beautiful resort with really friendly staff”
Built on a steep hill with stunning views my wife and I loved this resort. The villa we stayed in (Ocean View Pool Villa) was spacious and had a bathtub that overlooked the ocean. Hoi our housemaid was very friendly and surprised us everyday with different animals on our bed made out of towels and flowers. Babu the manager was very catering to our needs and was very quick to sort out any requests we had. Breakfast options could be better but the WiFi was really good and available around the beach area as well. The buggy service was very efficient and needed as the walk up to our room was quite steep. Overall we were very happy and would recommend this resort.
This resort is really cute but they need to keep it maintain more. The pool up at the resort wasn't open and it didn't look clean. You have to go down to the bottom which is across the street to use the pool. Some fitness was out of order. The restaurant by the beach was taking too long to get food because they have to come get it from the one up on the mountain. If you want to eat at the resort, don't eat the the beach. The service was excellent! I bought the package with couple spa but when I got there, they didn't have time for me and my husband together.
Beautiful resort with friendly staff, albeit a touch unprofessional”
Fantastic place for the money you spend. The staff was super nice and was willing to drive you around the steep resort to the different cafes and areas. We found the pool staff to be a bit unprofessional and lax when it came to service. Seemed like a few kids working during their summer break. Other than that it was a great location really close to the airport. Rent a scooter for $8 a day and drive around the island!
Great place for families”
Stayed at Bhundari Deluxe Villa with our 2,5 years old daughter. It's a resort with many facilities and in very good and clean shape. 1 pool area with next located gated playground for the small ones. Met motivated and friendly staff. Housekeeping was very good too. Range and quality of food at restaurant also surprisingly very good. The Resort is large and offers club cars for transport. Security staff is helpful with Crossing the street. Had a good time there.
Please note..That this Hotel is built into the side of a Mountain. So if you have bad knees/hips or back etc. Then this hotel is NOT for you..It really is...Very very steep.. I was travelling with my elderly uncle and had to get the room changed to lower location. The hotel does however provide a 'golf trolley' and will drive you up the hill... We stayed in the upper part of the hotel. The pools and restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was good... The lower part of the hotel is just across the road and had 3 smaller pools and is situated on the beach..That is very nice with a nice relaxed atmosphere.. The hotel is situated a little way from the main bars.(10 to 15 minutes drive). On beach road.. So we got Taxi's to and from the main street.. The hotel does provide a taxi service at 300B per trip. (£6) and return Taxis from town ..were between 300b and 500b.. Depending on time.... I think the price I paid for the room in the Agoda flash sale was about right.. I would have never paid £600 per night as the site suggested at the time.. I would say £50 per night is about right for the room we had.. The rooms were a little tired with stains on the ceilings from previous leaks and the silicone around the bath and sinks..were mould stained.. Which was a little disappointing considering it's star rating... Would I stay there again ? Sadly No I wouldn't... but Thank you anyway..
Excellent, Very good Staff, Nice Environment, Close to Chaweng City and Airport”
It was an excellent stay of is in this hotel. My wife had an accident in the beach but the hotel staffs helped us a lot. they brought us to the hospital by their arrangement. Others staffs like receiptionists, Restaurant staffs did their best for us as we were in a trouble. Just one recommendations I like to give which is the hotel should give Hot Water facilities in the bathroom and tissue paper in room.
