A comfy and conveniently located hotel”

    Location !

This was one of the many places my girlfriend and I stayed at while we were in Bangkok. We both agreed that this place was very comfortable, clean and located close to all the good eats and attractions. The staff was polite and friendly during check in and check out. The hotel is conveniently located between two 7-11's so getting late night snacks and meals was quick and easy. The hotel is also located close to The Mall Bang Kapi which is a great place to go to if you're an avid shopper looking for good prices. We really enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed here the night before we flew back to New York and the service was good as usual. Great place to stay at a great value.

    Good place”

    reasonable price , good service

it was such a good place. my first time here , everything is okay and good when compare to the price. another good thing is that there are so many halal food stalls all round the hotel (5 mins walk) so it's really good for muslims.

room size OK and the price is good!”

    the price!

We love the fact that it is not too far from the airport and the location is not noisy. The price is good and the room is accommodatable. The reception is good and pleasant but need more people skill and good communication. Room issue: cleanliness needed attion because there are dust all around the beds and under the desk, lamp stand. During our 5 days stay at the hotel, we encountered a problem on our last night of stay when the night clerk called to our room one minute after midnight demanding that we pay for the room fee, where we already paid in advance. He called twice that night with the repeated demand of the room fee. I asked him whether it could be handled in the morning, which to our relief he said "Yes". Again, we were jolted from our sleep and were wondering why was that call necessary at the hour? Management needs to look into this and take care the matter so it would not become a habit where it could cause lost revenue to hotel.

    Great hotel”

    Nice staff, breakfast included

The staff was very sweet and tried to communicate with me despite the large language barrier. After numerous attempts at trying to make a local phone to a friend and discovering that the hotel phones weren't working, the manager let me use his cell phone for free.

May be again, if I need to stay off Ramkamhaeng.”

Agoda price good, some restaurants nearby, comfy lobby with wifi (not available in rooms). Downsides were 2 rooms with lots of ants or mites that caused sore/itchy bites and a very loud staff phone in the corridor that rung constantly. Hint - walk in rate 700bt, Agoda 500bt, after midnight 350bt.

    One Night Stay”

Close to the airport, large bathroom, 7-11 next door

I came into my room and found a large stain on the quilt. Getting a taxi to the mall is easy, but finding one home, be prepared to be over charged by 300 baht as no one wants to drive through the traffic in that direction. The staff members were decently friendly, and could speak a fair bit of english. However, a couple of times when I would ask for directions to walk somewhere, they would respond shortly with 'just take a taxi.' The stain definitely through me off, and without it, I might have rated the place slightly higher, but it's definitely over priced.

    Waterzonic guest”

    Location, Hot Shower, Air Con

I stayed at Chaleena Princess when going to an EDM festival, so I was really just looking for a place to crash out after. There was AC (though I was too stupid to find the remote at first), hot water in a large bathroom/shower (though the bathroom was completely invisible at first) and it was a 20 minute walk from the stadium. They were painting while I was there, so the paint fumes were a bit much, but overall the staff was helpful and the room was livable.

Most of the staff is really friendly, rooms are spacious, location is ok

It was par below our expectation. Stinking lobby, internet slip provided but can't access (error - no such profiles) and worst breakfast. But the room conditions was OK & spacious. Most of the staffs are friendly.

    I'd pass. ”

Close to night market. That's it.

Staff are rude, wifi never worked. The room we had was dingy and dark. It was as if the bathroom was built on the balcony. There was a balcony but no window. An I don't think the bed sheets were clean. We didnt sleep under the covers because we were scared of how unclean the bed was. The whole hotel was dingy and smelly and dirty. The only good thing was it was a couple blocks from the night market.

    room size

The only good thing that we found of Chaleena Princess Hotel is the reasonable price of the room. However, there are so much negative facts about the Hotel: Such as staffs lack enthusiasm, friendliness and smile. Shampoo and soap come in a small plastic bottle, which can only supply for one shower. As for the towel, they are quite old and look dirty. The bedsheet is also a bit dirty and old.

Chaleena Princess Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand ”

The hotel is good in size and price and the over all about this hotel is good. What some of the change that needed to take place for the betterment of this hotel is the reception's staff. What we saw time and time again after staying there more than two times of two or three days each is that the receptionist(s) seem to be angry or upset about something and they pass it onto guest(s.

The Hotel is Very old, in a Muslim area.”

Cheap price, close to Ramkhamhaeng University.

the hotel is very old, the room too, but everything seems to work ok. the wi-fi is good, the room is a little gloomy, maybe because there is not a real window, the bathroom has a balcony, but the room not, it has a window that you can not open. i was looking for a ramkhamhaeng hotel with few musqitos and this seems to be it, so this is the best advantage.
